- Kama (10/5): - Staff were very helpful at all hours (they are available 24 hours). There is a nearby grocery store. Area is quiet with pizza place and nearby. Good for a few nights stay out transit.

- Nathan (6/5): Good value accomodation but with flaws - Good location and really good value for Dublin. Staff are very friendly too. The rooms are very hot, with limited ability to open windows (safety windows), and they have no air conditioning/ fans. Beds are to be expected from a student accomodation. Blinds only, no curtains so quite light in the summer months. Located next to a pub, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

- CLIVE (10/5): Dublin stay. - This is close to the city centre. It is basic, but excellent. Do, if you want a TV in your room forget it. It is clean, there is a kitchen and it is quiet. I wanted somewhere to stay overnight as I have a transatlantic flight and further flights
- John (10/5): - I will always stay here when visiting Dublin. This is my 2nd stay. The area is relatively poor, but a short walk to plenty of retail and easy walk to main parts of Dublin. Parking is on the street and can be paid by ticket machine or with an app, so it is convenient. 1st floor has a Mexican restaurant that also is a good place to get varied coffees, etc. The rooms have nice work desks, the WiFi is good. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low-cost, clean, convenient place to stay in Dublin.

Described as a double bed but it felt very small though, especially as we were two friends sharing rather than a couple. Would have benefitted from a bath mat. Kitchen was supposed to have tea and coffee provided but it wasn't clear where this was.

- Mila (6/5): - This was the best price we found for a short stay in Dublin which is a very expensive city. We arrived pretty tired and the room was delayed a little over an hour due to the cleaning taking too long, which was unfortunate. However, the receptionist was very nice and waived a charge we had for upgrading our rooms to two beds because of the delay so we really appreciated that. One big issue was the floors of the room. They were sticky and walking on them was very unpleasant, which is why I would rate this lower for cleanliness.

- Ellen (8/5): - If you are looking for somewhere a lot cheaper than a hotel to stay in when in Dublin, this is great. It is in a nice area with a lot of good amentities, and is a 10 minute walk away from the main city centre. The only thing I would highlight it that you are staying in student accomodation and the walls are very thin, so noise travels easily. We had to tell our neighbours a couple of times to turn down their music. As I say, I would still recommend this place and I think it's a great alternative, but just keep in mind that noise is something you might have to deal with.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and we found a nice pub right across the street. The facility is bare bones, but had access to a kitchen and an ensuite bath. The room and bath were simple, but clean.
- Francis (10/5): Excellent value for money - Excellent accommodation close to Smithfield area and access to Luas tramline. Lovely little pub outside the front door. Very friendly and helpful reception. Also a great cafe with shop in the building. Highly recommend.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Very underwhelmed - Massively overpriced for a very basic "hotel" room. Advertise it for what it is... A student halls of residence not a hotel. Bed, desk and small ensuite shower room. No TV or tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. Functional, clean but not worth the price, even for Dublin.

The only downside was the cleaners hoovering outside our rooms at 8am in the morning when trying to sleep. Had to ask them to stop. The mattress also very thin and uncomfortable.

- Adam (8/5): Nice budget friendly place - It was a nice big room with 2 small beds, room was hot but thats not their fault it was unusually warm in Dublin. They supplied us a fan to get by. There is a shared kitchen with all amenities if you dont feel like eating out. Decent location, only a 15 minute walk to downtown.
- CARYNE (8/5): - This is a student hall of residence that operates as a hotel outside of term time. The rooms are basic but functional, fine for a cheap stay if you don't intend to stay long in the room itself. There's no TV or tea/coffee making facilities in the room itself though both are available in the communal kitchen area. The communal kitchen is a little grubby, though I suspect that's how other guests are leaving it rather than a problem caused by lack of hotel cleaning. It's a little out of the way of the way for the main part of the city, about ten minutes walk to the nearest public transport links.

We had a pretty disappointing stay being kept up late by yelling in the courtyard and doors slamming all night. The bed was very small and uncomfortable for the price. Also very very hot, no fan provided. To keep the window open and have air flow you’d have to keep the blinds open which look directly into the other rooms.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good value, nice stay. - This place is a bit off the beaten path, but the space was clean and a great value. The noise from the bar across the street was frustrating at night, but out of the control of Suite Dublin. Would recommend for one or two people only. If you’re unfamiliar with the city, plan for extra time to get there. The tram at Smithfield is the closest station but still a 10 minute walk.

The mattress was awful (you could feel every spring and it creaked loudly any time you moved), some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and there were hairs left in the room from previous guests. All that said, the staff were friendly and helpful. Staff deserve 10/10. Room is a 2/10.

It was very warm in our room because it was 28+C in Dublin during our stay, and there is no AC. The bed is quite small and not comfortable. But if a weird smell from bathroom. Far from terrible... but be prepared for limited amenities.

- Alexandra (8/5): - I must’ve missed it, and thought this was a hotel, but this is a hostel. Conveniently located, walking distance from restaurants and public transportation. About 10 min walk from hop-on, hop-off busses. There’s a pub right next to the building so it can get noisy at night. The rooms are tiny but very clean and comfortable. Also, a full kitchen/living room combo with a TV was on the floor which was nice. Rooms don’t have TVs or A/C (our room did not have a window, only a balcony and leaving it open was too noisy to sleep). The only thing I didn’t like was housekeeping shortly after 8am. I’m not crazy about being woken up by a vacuum cleaner on a holiday. Otherwise, I would stay at this place again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place - Extremely basic but a nice place to stay if you get it at the right price. Which I did. Place is clean, comfortable and quiet. Wifi is acceptable. Location is convenient. Luas red line is a 10 minute walk and there are shops and places to eat nearby. At the time I booked, the property was listed as having parking. There is only on-street parking at €9 per 3 hours. There's also a carpark nearby at hourly rates or €28 for 24 hours. Room was listed as having a TV but there wasn't one.

- Deirdre (8/5): Eagles concert stay - Stayed 2 nights at the weekend. Basic, small room, if you want a place to sleep. No tea or coffee making facilities. Shared kitchen not cleaned. Considering the rip off prices in hotels now, it was ok value, booked it in Feb. Friendly staff, lovely cafe down stairs. 20 mins walk to city centre. No frills, quiet.
- Leticia (4/5): Dirty, noisey, too hot. - Room was full of cobwebs, old dirty tissues and dust. Was incredibly noisey. Only hot water in the sink, no cold water to brush teeth or wash face. Was ridiculously warm to the point where we couldnt sleep, Air conditioning didnt work and the window only opened a few inches. Do not reccomend, however, You get what you pay for i suppose.

No hairdryer, tv, coffeemaker, etc. The walls between rooms are very thin (and the person next to me snored right through it), and there was a good bit of slamming doors in the hallway until late, so was quite noisy. The staff was lovely and gave me a new room when the first one had a weird smell in the bathroom.

They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in as soon as the room was clean. The rooms are small with no TV, so bring a tablet or something if you need to fall asleep to TV like I do! Very clean and comfortable, although Americans used to big bathrooms and showers may find the tiny shower challenging.
