• Lauri (5/5): View was absolutely beautiful from our room but stay felt unclean, unkind staff, and breakfast experience was very poor. - The view from our room was truly spectacular - there is no doubt about it. I’m not in the business of submitting poor reviews or opinions for no reason - however, I feel like it’s important to relay our experience since we were beyond excited yet disappointed. 1) The hotel did not feel clean & the floors were all stained. 2) Some of the staff’s customer service was very poor (some were even rude to us and others) 3) There is no room service (that is at least what a staff member told us - they even warned us when we arrived that the food there was bad) and the breakfast was ‘gone’ when we arrived at 10am after we paid extra for it..

A cama super aconchegante e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O atendimento foi excelente, equipe muito educada, simpática e sempre pronta para ajudar. O café da manhã também estava delicioso, com bastante variedade. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo, o que facilitou muito a estadia. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo para quem procura conforto e qualidade!

• Silvana (10/5): Mimarse en Paris - El hotel queda muy cerca de la torres eiffel, unas 15/20 cuadras, estaciones e metro a unas 5 cuadras aprox. a unas 10 cuadras una zona muy linda de restaurantes muy lindos y ricos. El hotel es muy bello, tiene habitaciones con vista a la torres. El desayuno es un mimo que no se tienen que perder. Sin lugar a duda volveria a este hotel. Un unico detalle a tener en cuenta es que NO ES POSIBLE HACER UN EARLY CHECK in. Todo fue un 10

Special thanks to Islam at the front desk - he was extremely helpful. Rooms are quite small for the price, but you pay for the amazing service, location, room decor and view.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, which makes every walk around the area feel special. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff members Islem and Melanie. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests truly made my stay exceptional. They were always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request, making me feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay. Thanks to their warm attitude and outstanding service, my experience at the hotel became even more memorable. Employees like Islem and Melanie are a real asset to the hotel, and they represent the highest level of hospitality. I highly recommend Hôtel Duquesne Eiffel to anyone visiting Paris and looking for a pleasant stay, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be happy to return in the future.

The bathroom was perfect, very comfortable and showering is good! Me and my wife loved its location. For us was very "centered" in the things we've done in the city. 20-40 min walks from every tourist place, but safe walks and beautiful views all the time. Recommend for everyone who is going for the first time... at the day we went everywhere by foot (from the hotel) and we call an uber to come back at night... To all staff from Hotel Duquesne Eiffel, Thank you!

• ahL2896EJ (10/5): Charming Boutique Stay Near the Eiffel Tower - We had a lovely stay at Hotel Duquesne Eiffel and would happily return. The location is excellent — walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine, and only a short Uber ride from Gare du Nord, which made arrival and departure very easy. The hotel has a unique, boutique feel with vintage decorative touches (I particularly loved the old-school telephone details). It feels much more personal than a standard chain hotel, which adds to the Parisian charm. Our standard room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Yes, the room was on the smaller side, but that’s very typical for Paris — and for us it was perfectly adequate. The bathroom shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. A special mention must go to the receptionist, Mr. Eslam. He was exceptional — multilingual (I heard him speaking at least three languages with different guests), warm, welcoming, and very attentive to detail. He took his time to give us helpful recommendations on places to visit and really made us feel looked after. A true ambassador for the hotel. Overall, a charming, well-located boutique hotel with excellent service. Highly recommended.
• alwaysforthepeople (8/5): 4 day break very nice - About 45 min from the airport check in was easy room was clean and compact with tea and coffee and rain water shower do not have breakfast but room was perfect for us only gripe was it was very hot and turning down control did not seem to work and tv remote was hit and miss working lift was handy. Central for bus stop 20 min walk to tower various places to eat roundabout nice spot

• A5002KPamyp (10/5): The best! - We stayed in this hotel after having to leave our original accommodation due to it having health and safety issues - I am so happy we ended up staying here!! It is such a beautiful hotel. The staff go above and beyond. From the moment we got there Mellanie and Islew made sure we had the very best stay. The views of the Eiffel Tower are stunning. It’s in a great location too. My partner and I are already planning to return to Paris and will be staying here again!!

I was also able to do a run to the Arc de Triomphe ;) Staff were helpful and the room was cosy but comfortable! Was a very cute boutique hotel and I would happily come here again!

• ChrisL8401 (10/5): Great location, service, and comfort. Simply perfect! - This hotel came recommended in Rick Steves' book, and we're so glad we chose it. It's perfectly located in the 7th for everything we wanted to do. Great museums, restaurants and sites were all very close by, as were bus and metro stations. The room was cozy and comfortable, and had a very unexpected surprise: a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a wonderful way to end the day standing at the window, sipping a glass of wine, enjoying the Tower's light show, and watching the world go by on the streets below. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. Every morning the coffee, tea, and pastries in the lobby were fresh and delicious. And most importantly, the staff was very friendly and kind. Extra shout out to Melanie, who was delightful and very helpful. When we return to Paris, we would be thrilled to stay here again.

• Lynsey (10/5): Exceptional views - The staff were helpful, friendly and very informative. The views were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing - I can't honestly think of anything to criticise.
• Lins66 (10/5): It's all about the view !!! Magical !!! - Our room had an amazing view of the Tour Eiffel ..... even when lying in bed ! We watched it sparkle every hour. The room was small but really well planned so had enough space for 2 people. The windows, balcony and open view made the room a joy to be in. The colour drenching gives the hotel a quirky, boutique feel and the breakfast was great. Lots to choose and always fresh fruit. We didn't have time for the spa but it looked lovely. The staff were friendly and so welcoming that it feels like a home from home. For us it was all about the view and this hotel did not disappoint !
