Guest Reviews
- William (10/5): - Love this hotel! Great value in an expensive city
- William (10/5): - This small family owned hotel is wonderful. Many hotels in Paris claim to be air conditioned but are unable to handle the now super high summer temperatures in Paris. This hotel's AC is PERFECT. Your room will be a quiet and cool oasis from the global warming that is plaguing France. Yes, the rooms are small. But they are decorated very efficiently. High end bed.
- Jane (10/5): - The hotel is easy walking distance from Segur Metro (Line 10) and convenient for UNESCO conferences. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and modern. The price was reasonalbe, but it would have been nice to have a larger dining room, and there are no drawers in the rooms so I lived out of my suitcase. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you
- Lizzy (10/5): Fantastic stay - Great location, friendly helpful staff and lovely French style breakfast
- Dan (10/5): - Stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t fault it. Very clean, great location and really nice/helpful staff.
- Jeannette (10/5): - the rooms are very small for two people
- Verified traveler (10/5): Parfait - Localisation exceptionnelle metro bus brasseries juste à côté .proche de la tour eiffel. Personnel tres agréable. Propreté 10 sur 10. Décoration tres agréable. Bon comfort. Bon rapport qualité prix.
- Damian (10/5): Convenient hotel - Great hotel very convenient for the metro and handy coffee machine.
- Natalie (10/5): - Great little hotel, close to subway station, restaurants and within a few minutes to the Eiffel tower.
- nanchanim (10/5): Fantastic place and very good for first timers in Paris - This is a great place with a walking distance of about 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.
The rooms are clean, the breakfast was yummy and the hotel staff are friendly.
Everyone who served me was warm, helpful and nice. Big shout out to Stephanie who was at reception on one of the days that and was very friendly and very helpful if you needed more information. The lady at the kitchen was also very nice - who brought some of the breakfast
I arrived before 3 pm and was allowed to check in, as i was on a morning flight i appreciated this a lot.
The Metro line is also literally next to the hotel door making it easy to connect to other places.
I would definitely go back and recommend you to try this place 😊😊😊
- Tour685778 (10/5): Wonderful Staff and Great Location! - The hotel staff was very helpful. Stephanie was able to provide us with useful information for transportation and general directions.
The Booking.com website stated that they offered airport shuttle to CDG / Charles de Gaulle, but Hotel Le Bailli had discontinued it quite some time ago, during Covid days. It would have been nice to had that information removed from the website. We ended up taking trains to the CDG airport, with the station only a few blocks away.
Even though our room was quite small, the shower was very generous in size. The housekeeping staff was friendly and very efficient.
We would stay again, as the location was perfect for walks to the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. The Arc de Triomphe and The Lourve Museum were a little further away, but we still enjoyed the walks to them, as well. There was a supermarket close by and also many options for restaurants and cafes.
- Grabyourcape (8/5): Lucky find! Would stay again - Really enjoyed our stay, it’s a small hotel and the rooms are also small, however it’s clean, well stocked for tea and coffee. Easily walkable to the Eiffel Tour- it’s about 15 mins straight walk and is situated on a quiet, leafy, wide boulevard. Literally outside the front door of the hotel is the Segur metro station so everywhere in Paris (Louvre, montmartre etc) is easily accessible within about twenty mins for a couple of euros. There are a few restaurants in the neighbourhood and some supermarkets.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a real find, reasonably priced and we would certainly stay again. We didn’t have breakfast during our two day stay, simply as there are lots of cafes to explore.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok hotel decent location - The air-condition in my room did not work. The temperature was rarely below 80°F in the room. The breakfast was not worth the price. Luckily the train was right outside the hotel.
- William (10/5): - This hotel provides excellent value for the price, which is hard to find in Paris. The property is fully renovated and spotlessly clean. The central air conditioning actually works well. For those who don't know, Paris gets very hot in the summer and many hotels provide very poor quality A/C well below international standards. The staff is very professional. There are two metro stops within a 5 minute walk. Neighborhood is quiet and residential. Don't expect "old world charm" here; just a perfectly functional hotel experience at a reasonable price. We will definitely return to this hotel and are recommending it to friends.
- Anahita (10/5): - Beautiful clean hotel, close to metro station. Two boulangeries around the corner for breakfast. Very helpful and kind staff.
- poppy-pink-pop (10/5): Stylish, Friendly, excellent location - Small boutique hotel, in a great location, quiet, but a few restaurants, shops & metro stop on doorstep. 15min walk to Eiffel Tower so fantastic location. Rooms are small but have everything you’d need, immaculately clean, super friendly staff. Highly recommend.
- Christopher (10/5): - Very clean comfortable hotel with a friendly staff!
- KR999333 (10/5): Highly recommended for a stay in Paris - Very nice place. Close to many facilities - metro, restaurants, monoprix.. Excellent staff. Quiet and peaceful. Very safe place. Very clean and comfortable. Nice decor. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very good for a stay in Paris either for leisure or business.
- WWG_Wiltshire (8/5): Clean hotel, great location and comfy beds - I regularly stay at this hotel whilst in Paris on business. The rooms whilst are tiny are well appointed and are spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Their main asset though are some of the staff. Stephanie is so helpful, I have a preferred room location and on arrival last week had been allocated another room. The receptionist was new and not accommodating when I asked to move. In addition to this they have introduced a €200 breakages/damages deposit requirement which was added to my card, even though the room was paid in full. This was not a good start to my most recent stay. However, Stephanie was on duty the following afternoon and I was able to change rooms the following day. She also provided me with some recommendations for dinner for my last night and spoke to the taxi driver on my departure to verify the approx fare to Gare du Nord after my colleague had been vastly overcharged on arrival at Gare du Nord earlier that week.
I can also recommend the breakfast, coffee is good and the continental breakfast is fresh and delicious. I always feel safe at this hotel as a solo traveller and there are many nice and reasonably priced restaurants and bars nearby. It is a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower for those who are visiting for leisure purposes.
- Indira (10/5): - Location, friendliness of the staff and secure sourroundings.
- NorthStar58558251809 (8/5): Lovely stay - I had a lovely five nights stay. My favorite thing was the friendly staff. Enjoyed my room construction going on on the first floor, which is understandable thank you for providing such a comfortable convenient place.
- irinizug (8/5): A clean small city hotel - A clean little hotel, right next to the subway. The area is very pleasant and quiet. 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The executive double room is enough for 2 people, the bathroom was newly renovated. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but no fridge. For breakfast there are croissants, baguettes, eggs, sausage, cheese, fruit, muesli and yoghurts.
- Joseph (10/5): Great hotel - My wife and I had a great stay here. The staff was extremely kind and helpful in navigating a city that speaks a different language than we do. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
- najdat2023 (8/5): Very good staff ,clean, near Eiffer tower, small room - Love the staff, they are really helpful, always friendly, the location is perfect, the hotel is very clean but the rooms are small, the metro is near, restaurants on the road, very near to Eiffel tower (walk) in the middle of Paris.
- frehiwotf2020 (8/5): Clean and practical - The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is small but clean and practical. It is close to the train station. Stephanie is super friendly and helped me to identify good restaurants nearby for dinner. Lorenzo was helpful. The front desk staff speaks good English. The other two staff are also good but didn't capture their names. I will choose this hotel again.
- Keith (8/5): - The room was very snug for 2 people. The bathroom sink was clogged but the cleaning staff must have figured it out the 2nd day as it was cleared. The soap holder in the shower was coming off from the wall and the toilet seat was sliding and noisy when sitting on it. I’m assuming it was broken or needed adjustment. We appreciated the convenience of the location. We purchased the breakfast 1 morning, which was limited but tasty.
- travelbug5300 (8/5): Small hotel, great location - We stayed 3 nights at the end of our European Coach tour that ended in Paris. It was an easy 20-40 minute walk to various sights ( Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides, the Louvre, Musee d’Orsay). We did have the breakfast at the hotel one morning but decided to pick up fruit and yogurt for our other mornings instead. So many cute brasseries and cafes that made stopping for wine, coffee and a meal/ snack part of our daily routine. We found a little grocery store a few streets over to pick up snacks for our room. The room is indeed small, but we found if we designated spaces we could easily make it work. We faced the street but didn’t notice too much noise, although the trains run a half a block away and do rumble. The hotel was very quiet given the close confines of the rooms. The shower was decent and I felt you had the most elbow room there than in the bedroom. This room is definitely more that enough for a single person. For a couple or 2 singles, I would think you need to be comfortable with small spaces and being good with little to no privacy.
- LEONARDO (10/5): - The hotel is quite convenient. The room was small but cozy, and the optionof having breakfast in the hotel was quite useful and nice. It was very close to UNESCO where I had my meeting. And the staff was absolutely nice and collaborative.
- RaW121 (8/5): Small, simple and basic hotel but clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed for a 3-night Paris sightseeing trip - Situated about a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, mostly just along one long Avenue, so a good location if you're good with walking (and right next to Segur Metro). The Hotel is small and our Twin Room was basic (just 5 clothes hangars!) but clean and comfortable - we had everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay, where we only needed a good sleep and breakfast and were out the whole day. The Staff were great, in particular Receptionist Stephanie who was so friendly and helpful - she was so lovely and had a great energy (plus brilliant English), just what we needed to feel welcome at the hotel! Breakfast was good, and the beds/pillows were comfy. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a well situated base for Paris sightseeing (if you're fine with walking).
- Alyssa (6/5): - Overall decent property and very attentive staff. The rooms were very tight though and needs better upgrades. Shower floods the bathroom easily unless you angle the shower head toward the wall. The room keys did not work correctly and you often need to swipe it 6-7 times for it to register. The area was nice though and very quiet
- ramachandran (10/5): - Very convenient location just above Segur metro on M10 , 20 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower , hotel was clean and well maintained , room size adequate for traveller , breakfast options limited but ok
- Philip (6/5): - Pros: The people who worked at the hotel were generally quite friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room we stayed in was about the size of a shoebox. The bathroom had a glass panel in it to the bedroom - thus rendering a person unable to use the bathroom light at night while the other person is sleeping for fear of waking them up. The towels were small and of poor quality. The breakfast was overpriced considering it only had cold options and the dining area was very cramped with a couple tables uncomfortably close to people getting their food.
- Joe (10/5): - Very quiet hotel within walking distance of two Metro stations. Staff were very helpful.
- ALEKSANDER (10/5): - All Ok
- Chris (10/5): - Great location. Nice and clean, value for money. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Couples travels - It’s a really nice place to stay alone , with your partner or family.. rooms are not enormous but they are comfortable..
hair dryer are not strong enough.. better have yours on the bag, and rooms doesn’t have telephone for services ..
We loved the food , specially the juices , breads and croissants.. but could vary a little so wouldn’t be too repetitive
In overall we loved … really good area close to city center and not dangerous, price was really accessible and we felt really good in our stay..
Serviettes, savons... top.
A travailler le parking...
- David (2/5): - Smell of smoke throughout the stay. Multiple complaints went unaddressed. Very small rooms.
- Tobias (10/5): Paris - Good stay, near everything and safe area with lots of cafees and things to visit
- James (10/5): - Everything was excellent about this hotel. The location, the cleanliness, the staff! 6 stars!
- Fiona (8/5): Perfect location, ideal for city trip! - The perfect location in Paris,a 2 minute walk from 2 metro and train lines, about a 15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower, loads of services nearby including restaurants cafes and corner shops. The room was small for perfect for a city break and was very clean and catered for us perfectly, would definitely stay again in the same hotel.
- sylvain (8/5): Séjour bof - Chambre propre et confortable.. C est tout de même le minimum.. Hôtes agréables.. Petit déj pas extraordinaire.. Rue calme et métro tout proche.. Mais je ne reviendrai pas
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Silverfish in toilet. Cleaning only once during a week. The cleaner didn't come to clean and chance towels even asked.
Reception service wasn't polite, and student there couldn't explain about returning quarantee money. Peaceful and nice otherwise.
- Callie (8/5): Great stay/Great price... - We came in quite early and tried to check in but room wasn't ready but the staff was so nice and held our bags for us while we toured the city and walked around. It was so nice not to have to worry about our bags. Great hotel. Even though it is quite small it was very comfortable. Great location within 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and lots of little restaurants/bars nearby. We loved that even though it was in a busy part of town it was very quiet outside our room. Would recommend this hotel!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice little hotel. Good localization. Close to Eiffel Tower
- Jamie (8/5): - Not bad. Down the street from the Effiel tower. Metro was down but there was a stop close by. Overall not bad. Bathroom had a funky smell and the faucet was a bit loose.
- JAMIE (10/5): Wonderful hotel! We will return - We loved the hotel. Be prepared the rooms and the bathroom are small, but the hotel is very clean and service was awesome!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a very good experience and the location is excellent.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - this is a small hotel not far from the eiffel tower and across the street from a metro stop. absolutely will stay here again.
- Neal (10/5): Quiet haven. Just tops. - Lovely neighborhood, clean, quiet. Perfect for sleeping. Staff was friendly universally, felt completely at home. Location was perfect for touring Paris. On a peaceful street, but just around the corner from the full hustle and bustle. The room was small by American standards, but did not detract one bit from my enjoyment. They have a decent breakfast, but there’s a great bistro just across the street. Just steps from the metro, literally. WiFi was a little slow, but serviceable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Paris - Nice and clean hotel. A bit small rooms, but every thing you need is available.
Wifi is slow, just enough for reading emails.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel Bailli de Suffren - Tour Eiffel - I stayed for 4 days for a conference. The location is good which is convenient to metro stations, restaurants, and in the pier one zone in Paris.
The service, room size, and cleanliness are the average.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel suited our needs perfectly; staff very helpful and accommodating, they also spoke good English.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Perfect little UNESCO neighborhood hotel with just the right Paris vibe. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast and memorable coffee.
- Richard A (8/5): Great location and excellent staff - Hotel staff was very good and helpful with all our questions and information. We were in Paris during the yellow jacket protests and the staff was very clear as to where to go and where not to go. The room was a bit small but typical. Great area on a street with light traffic but near restaurants and a short walk to the Eiffel tower.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - rooms are not huge but comfortable
staff is friendly and helpful
breakfast is simple but convenient
location is great, in a quiet neighborhood but close to many sights and to a subway station
- Negrita (10/5): - Everybody at the hotel was great. We had a few drinks at the bar while Charles was working and he just made the night more pleasant for us. He was wonderful. The location of the hotel for the price was also incredible. Overall a magnificent experience.
- A (6/5): - Rooms are extremely tiny. No place to put luggage out of the way. Had to shuffle to get around the bed. Room was clean. Hotel staff is friendly.
- Samuel (10/5): - Excellent Room and Service
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to Eiffel Tower but small - The hotel is ideally located with the Metro just outside the entrance. However, customer comfort is sacrificed for space maximization. Every room is small including the restaurant, toilet and bath, and reception. The elevator can barely hold two people plus luggage. Movement within the room was limited. Although comfortable, the bed was very low. There is no closet and no iron available. There were only two outlets available. The corridor outside the room could only facilitate one person at a time making it difficult for more than one person to walk through at the same time. It was difficult to remain in the room during the day because of how small it was.
The housekeepers were nice although their English was limited. Overall, the location was great and there were many near by restaurants which were within walking distance.
The hotel still has some work to do in terms of customer comfort and will not be an option for our next visit.
- Diana (10/5): Convenient Paris Hotel - This hotel is in a great location if you are involved with meetings at UNESCO and has a metro line to take you to other parts of the city at the end of the block. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great with fresh fruit and other choices. A very relaxing place to stay.
- Elvedin (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the Paris. So, much to see and hotel overall is ok for the price. Would recommend to visit the hotel. Could do bit more with breakfast. Location is ok too. Overall enjoyed the visit. Mercy Paris
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The rooms are small but okay. After 2 days the power went down but the hotel staff gave us a new room and it was okay. Location is good, really close to Eiffel Tower, if you rent a car, we had no problems finding parking either in front of hotel or across. Overall its a nice and cozy hotel.
- Louis (6/5): - Good location not far from the Eiffel Tower. I was given the same room which I occupied a year ago during my las visit. Nothing had changed even the broken coat hanger of a year earlier
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was cute. I didn’t understand why there was a window from the bedroom to the bathroom. I guess it added to the romance ???
- Nikie (10/5): Clean and convenient hotel. - My wife and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Bailli de Suffren. Housekeeping was really good in maintaining the cleanliness of our room. The location was great too. It’s right in front of a metro and can take you to different parts of the city. It’s also a few minutes walk to the heart of Paris, the Eiffel Tower.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very tight room - The room we had was too tight. It barely fits a queen sized bed, and nothing else. You got a little space just enough to move around. No tables or chairs.
- VIviane (8/5): Clean hotel, small room, great location - Balli has great welcoming staff, the location is amazing, walking distance to Eiffel Tower. It’s clean and has a good continental breakfast. The room is very small and there is no hair dryer. Overall it’s was a good experience and I recommend.
- stephen (8/5): Location ideal for visiting our daighter - Hotel was fine though the room was quite dark especially as two bulbs were out. This was pointed out at reception but nothing was done about it. Also no plug for the washbasin.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel near Montparnasse station - Room very small. Poor lighting. Average breakfast. Noisy all night. Good location near Eiffel Tower and Invalides.
- christina (10/5): Nice staff. English speaking - Great, room. Nice with Windows open. Staff provided more espresso whenever requested.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cosy hotel in the heart of Paris - If the extremely convenient location of the hotel wasn't enough, the friendly and helpful staff alongside with the snug size of the rooms are sure to make your stay at Hotel Bailli one you will remember. We had such an amazing stay and the fabulous Parisian view made each of our mornings memorable. Thank you so much to the Hotel Bailli staff for making our trip to Paris unforgettable! We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy Parisian experience. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Paris - The hotel room was small but okay for one night. The bed took up most of the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Really good location in relation to the Eiffel Tower.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location! - The location is great, 15 minutes walking distance to Eiffel Tower. There are 2 metro stations very close by so easy to get places. The rooms are small but manageable. Nice and modern. Would definitely stay there again!
- jack (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - They only care about their lobby. Rooms are small. We kept finding hair in the shower during the day while we were out. Rooms smelled bad and the staff was rude. Bathrooms were very dirty. Save your money find another place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - GREAT and very nice place near eiffel tower and restaurant. good service. good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- loved paris (6/5): Small but friendly - The staff was excellent, very welcoming and spoke English. Aside from the wonderful staff, there was no AC and the elevator was broken for two days... room were very small and the doors to the bathroom do not lock. There is an inconvenient window to the bathroom and the room so your room mate could peek and see you showering in some of the rooms... weird. Anyways, Paris is beautiful we went for the experience and scenery not the hotel. Wouldn't stay again, but can't get over how helpful the front desk was. We loved you Stephanie!!
- Mary (8/5): - Room was very small with not a lot of storage space- but really- how much time are you going to spend in the room with the Eiffel Tower just steps away.
Front desk was courteous- housekeeping was fantastic. So nice to come back to a clean and tidy room after a long day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very lovely hotel to the Eiffel Tower - Amazing. It was very lovely. Beautiful area near the Eiffel Tower.
- lori (6/5): Great location - Room was larger than expected. We did have a sewer smell in our room and staff said to just open a window. We could not get the heater to work but with enough blankets on the bed it was ok. Metro practically outside the door which was great. Room and bathroom were clean and like I said larger than others we have stayed in Paris before.
- Halden (4/5): Convenient hotel but need repairs. - Greeted by friendly staff. Provided good information. There are several physical problems such as: Broken mirror in elevator with "pardon repairs" sign for duration of 4 night stay. Clogged sink, broken coffee maker, no clothes cabinet, and escaping water under shower wall.
The main advantage is that the hotel is in close proximity to my meeting site.
- tiffany (8/5): Next to metro station where you can use - Room is tiny, the elevator is barely fit 2 persons. But I guessed most of the hotel in Europe is like this.
The staffs are very friendly, nice and very helpful.
- June (10/5):
Great location. Friendly staff. Near the Metro. - We have been there 4 times in a year. Clean, safe, great location. Looking forward to my next stay.
- Janice (10/5): New and comfortable hotel - Chose this hotel for a 1 night stopover in Paris, but wanted to be close to some favorite restaurants and sites for the time we shared with a family member who had never been to Paris.
- Tom (10/5): Nice Hotel for first time in Paris. - Typically sized room for Paris I assume. Well situated. Very nice bathroom...not huge but great relaxing shower. A/C in room kept room comfortable while it was hot and humid outdoors. Flight arrived late in Paris, but Nada (sorry if misspelled), greeted us with a smiling face and perfect English. She was very helpful and I would say the nicest of all the staff there
- BB (8/5): Small and quiet - The Hotel Bailli de Suffren - Tour Eiffel was located about 15 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and had a Metro 10 line right outside the front door. It is a quiet neighborhood that had a grocery store and a couple of local bakeries within two blocks. I was most impressed with the staff. We had an issue with the AC and with hesitation they upgraded our room. It was unseasonable warm the first weekend in September and they also provided us a fan to use in the room which made all the difference in the world. The staff was also very good with recommendations and directions. Also recommended the Citymapper app which was great for getting anywhere in Paris. The room had an espresso and compact refrigerator. The rooms are small as expected but quiet. The housekeeping staff did a great job each day. The facility did show a bit of its age but overall a good stay.
As a first time traveler to Europe, it was a shock to not have ice readily available even at the grocery store. Also getting a regular cup of coffee was tricky but a Starbucks and McDonalds are about a 5-7 minute walk away. If you like to watch TV to wind down, bring a tablet and use the wifi to stream Netflix. Only one station in English which is CNN.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful stay near the Eiffel Tower !! - Upon arrival the reception staff (female) was very polite and friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. The staff member was very helpful and gave me information regarding the wifi internet service. I booked a room for two people which came with an en-suite. The room also had double French doors which opened up on a juliet balcony. This was a lovely feature to the room I stayed in. In the room there was a flat screen tv, telephone, desk and chair, long mirror, hair dryer, kettle, free coffee, free tea, free small bottles of water, fridge, safe, hanging rail with hangers for clothes, towels, toilet paper and tissue paper, body lotion, shower gel, soap, shower cap were all provided. There was no television remote in the room and upon ringing down to reception they brought one up to the room very promptly. Should you require the use of an iron and ironing board you need to ask for this from reception who will give it to you. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very big in size. The bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink. There was wi-fi access in the rooms which had a good connection. There is also a computer on the ground floor of the hotel which you can use for Internet access. Should you need to print anything the hotel offers a free printing service. I found this very useful as I had boarding passes to print for the return flight. This hotel has a very small lift which fits two people and two suitcases.
The hotel has excellent customer service.
- Shane (8/5): Great Location - The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a Metro stop just out front. The hotel itself is small, with very small rooms, even for Paris.
- Annette (8/5): Great Hotel close to everything - Within walking distance to transport systems and tourist attractions.
Staff informative and a great help.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - the room was really nice, but quite small; had to climb across the bed to get in the far side because there wasn't enough room to walk around. The bathroom was tiny, but elegant, with an excellent shower.
- Kate (8/5): Great find in Paris! - The staff was cordial, helpful, and most professional.
- Jake (8/5): Great location & Helpful Staff - The hotel was great for what we wanted it was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful and the location is ideal for anyone wanting to be near the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were a bit smaller than I thought, but the cleanliness and shelfs to sort your suitcase made up for that. Recommend this hotel for anyone who isn't to bothered about a fancy hotel, but would rather see the city of Paris.
- howard (10/5): Excellent hotel right in front of metro. - The greatest thing about this hotel was the staff very very very friendly, especially Stephanie. She mapped out a route for us to take in the Metro, buses, and trains every day. She also found a good dentist for us when we needed it. The other thing was fantastic about this hotel was it was right across the street from Metro that took us everywhere in Paris. The room for a good modern and clean but very very small. This place was good for us because we only spent time there to sleep.
- Maria (8/5): Nice hotel close to eiffel tower - Nice room, but small. No drawers or cabinet. Walking distance to eiffel tower, cafes, metro and pharmacy.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Parisian Weekend Get-A-Way - This hotel was great. Quaint, great customer service, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and we were steps away from the metro.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel with a perfect location. - The hotel is perfect, is it located within 3 minutes of two different metro lines which makes getting around really easy. The room was newly painted and very clean. The hotel was very quiet as well. The hotel staff was amazing when it came to answering any questions for using the metro or for how to get to any location. The bed was comfortable.
