• Yvonne (7/5): Excellent place to experience central Florence with ease. - The location is excellent for easy direct access to central Florence. The room is attractively decorated. The cleaner does a great job daily. Nice coffee machine The information on Booking.com is incorrect as it describes the inclusion of breakfast at a nearby cafe which is wrong. Sound proofing is inadequate for the high level of street noise, sleeping is interrupted frequently.

• Luis Paulino (8/5): Great location. Shower could be better. - The property is perfectly located. Walking distance from everything. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. It had AC. Shower drain took forever to work. You can only shower for 5 minutes.

Il frigo nn funzionava, il bollittore e la macchina caffe un po datati e nn in linea con lo standard che vuole avere la sistemazione. nn c'e una scrivania neanche piccola. Carina l'idea dei diversi caricatori ma alcuni nn funzionavano.

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile a fornire informazioni su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Inoltre, è presente un dispenser d'acqua a disposizione degli ospiti. La stanza ha una bellissima vista ed è presente un ascensore per accedere alla struttura. Unica pecca: nel weekend la città è piuttosto rumorosa e la stanza non è molto insonorizzata.

Staff is very helpful. Room was comfortable and had a lovely view. The lift is an actual experience, but adds to the charm. Shower pressure could be better but we are used to that in Italy.

• Thomas (9/5): Gepflegte Unterkunft in super zentraler Lage - Zentraler kann man in Florenz nicht wohnen. Zu Fuss 5 Minuten zum Dom und 5 Minuten zum Ponte Vecchio. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit David verläuft sehr speditiv. Wenn man, wie wir, mit dem Auto anreist, muss man zum Zimmerpreis rund 40 EUR pro Tag für das Parken in der von David empfohlenen und nahegelegenen Garage dazu rechnen. Die Anfahrt durch die engen Altstadtgassen ist zuweilen etwas abenteuerlich. Das ist nun mal der Preis für die sehr zentrale Lage.

• Sandra (7/5): Mega Location! Zimmer nach vorne raus bestimmt optimal! - Die Lage ist top und kaum zu überbieten! Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Daher war es dunkel und durchlüften keine Option, da diverse versorgungsschächte/Lüftungen in diesen Mini Hof führten. Die Geräusch Belästigung war auch bei geschlossenem Fenster beträchtlich. So gegen Mitternacht wurde es ruhiger. Klimagerät im Zimmer funktionierte prima!

• Ornella (10/5): Warm Welcome and Stunning Duomo Views - Amazing stay in Florence! My stay at this accommodation was excellent. The host who welcomed me Federico was incredibly kind and attentive—he gave me a city map and explained all the key highlights of Florence, which was super helpful. The hotel has beautiful decor, and the room was very comfortable with a stunning view of the Campanile of the Duomo. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I also loved the complimentary water station where you can refill your bottles—such a thoughtful touch. I absolutely recommend staying here.

• Leslie (4/5): Good location, basic, stinky and hot room. - Location Bathroom smelled like cat pee. Missing basic amenities. Ac was spotty, no vent in bathroom so it got stifling hot after hot days and showers. Rented a triple room and then had to pay $75 dollars for my 12 yo for basically his shower as meals are not included. Free water fountain and basic Italian snacks were nice. Yes kids are free but per the fine print it’s actually only babies are free younger than a year old… this is my 4th time staying in Florence and I wouldn’t stay there again.
