Kommunikation mit Vermietern war sehr gut, wir haben per WhatsApp eine detailierte Beschreibung erhalten, wie wir die Unterkunft erreichen und wie wir die Türen öffnen können. Sehr professionell.

It was a great size for our family of 5 which included 2 teenagers The location was exceptional. We could not believe how close we were to everything we wanted to visit. The host was very helpful. The apartment was beautiful and so clean.

Les lits sont un peu mous mais rien de dramatique. Un beau volume disponible. Bien équipé Impossible de régler la température des chauffages ce qui est un peu embêtant obligé parfois d’ouvrir la fenêtre car nous avions trop chaud et à l’inverse un peu froid le matin.

• Antti (2/5): Sweaty. - The location was very good, the apartment was spacious. As usual, the condition of the apartment didn’t match the photos. The a/c didn’t work as of 8/2025. With the outside temperature of 33 degrees, indoor temp was 27 degrees Celsius. This is critical failure. The host continues to claim that the a/c works just fine and nobody else has noted this problem but this is just gaslighting. It may -or may not- work sufficiently now, but beware! Even after lengthy correspondence, the host refuses to negotiate any compensation. Caveat emptor.. Also see the review of David of Australia. This is what happened to us, too. The price of this joint is indeed ripoff!

• Man Hui Samuel (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and stylish apartment, which offered us great comfort during our time in Venice. The convenience of being just a 4-minute walk from the San Marco water bus station was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the city. Although we encountered some minor issues with the electricity, experiencing sudden blackouts and flickering lights, we understand that such quirks are common in old cities like Venice. The owner or agent was incredibly helpful - when we reached out, she promptly provided assistance to resolve the situation, ensuring that our experience remained positive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable time here.

• Avanish (10/5): Cozy place very close to San Marco plaza - Venice is a small city, but the apartment is located pretty close to San Marco plaza and is easy to carry luggage to/from Rialto bridge water bus station. Sabrina gave us easy to access instructions to access the apartment. The hidden bathroom was very unique in a good way :)
• Richard (10/5): We had an amazing time in a clean, centrally located apartment in the heart of Venice! - The location was only a few minutes walk from San Marco Square and all the major sites in Venice. It's location was perfect to get to sites within the city. The two bedroom apartment was clean and easy to get to. You do have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. It was not an issue for us and this is not a complaint but it may pose issues with people who cannot go up and down stairs.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - As San Marco square is right behind the corner this apartment is ideal for daily tracks all over the Venice. Apartment has more than enough equipment and space (100 m2) in it. The 2nd bathroom located in the closet was really fun for our kids.

So warm and welcoming with the extra special touches from Sabrina. The location was excellent. Very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The front door of the house was a pain to open but we worked it out. Could’ve done with more toilet rolls.

Location was so close to St Marks Square, Wonderful! comfortable with two bedroom and two bathrooms. I was really pleased that the owners had supplied us good amount of toilet tissues, and supplied us with kitchen towels, and some essential kitchen supplies so I could cook without having to buy oil and salt etc. We felt welcomed. • Agavni (7/5): will never use this property again because of shady owner. - The location and that it had two bathrooms which is hard to find with a two bedroom apartment in Italy. we found it funny that the 2nd bathroom was converted from closet but it worked out well. I was very upset, disappointed and felt cheated by owner and booking.com for not disclosing upfront in the contract that air conditioning is an extra daily charge to you, plus I had to pay additional daily city taxes to owner even though I didn’t live there and she pocketed the money as she collected in cash only, no credit card option, and didn’t give a receipt. A) if your from the states, there’s no way you can go without AC, B) the property was infested with mosquitos when we got there and my son is extremely allergic to bites which the cleaners or owner not sure who had left the windows open to ventilate so the minute we got there we got bitten and had to spend our time trying to kill mosquitoes vs enjoying ourselves. Additionally the owner lacks communication skills, she only texts vs. calls to speak on the phone and acts shady by offering you to cancel your booking.com reservation and pay her cash directly. She texted me before our arrival offering the stay for few hundred less than what I had reserved on booking.com which made me feel it was a scam as I didn’t even know who it was texting me given the amount of ID theft out there. Then when we arrived she wanted me to text her our passport information and pictures. while the location of the property was great I will not ever do business with this owner as she doesn’t have property management skills or requirements to keep customer information safe, secure and offer other payment options besides cash which she doesn’t have to report as income and pockets money. her extra undisclosed charges ruined my vacation and experience overall. Lastly she doesn’t provide decent toiletries, what she has in the rooms are extremely cheap products of just tiny bottle shampoo which stinks. You only get 1 towel set regardless of how many days your staying and there’s no washer to even wash used towels.
• Caralyn (6/5): I would stay elsewhere nextime - We enjoyed the Venetian decor. Overall we were pretty disappointed here. You can’t open a window or a ton of mosquitos come in but it wasn’t warm enough to pay an extra 10 euros a day for AC so we also had no fan or airflow in the apartment. The street is very noisy at night (well past midnight) with tourists and the interior courtyard is noisy in the morning with locals (as early as 5/6am). Also the address on booking.com is incorrect so arrival was very tricky.
• Sarah (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Good size apartment. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. 1 bedroom was over a restaurant, so it was a bit noisy, so I didn't understand why the host gave instructions to make sure and close doors quietly when a lot of talking and throwing out bottles could be heard from the restaurant? Windows were left cracked open, which allowed mosquitoes into the apartment, and we all got bitten several times. Description of 2 bathrooms is inaccurate as one is in a cupboard/closet in the 2nd bedroom, was not a full-size bathroom, so no bidet. Not enough toilet roll or paper towel roll provided for a family of 5.
• William (9/5): Stay in a luxurious apartment in the best part of town. - The location is beyond compare. Minutes from Piazza San Marco. Quiet location amid fabulous shopping and restaurants. The apartment was classic splendor with lots of place to roam and enjoy, even a balcony. Hosts were in immediate communications when we had airline arrival delays, assuring us it wouldn't be a problem. Couldn't ask for more, and a good value. Enjoy Venice. Nothing about the accommodation was an issue.

We didn’t find the hidden bathroom until we were about to check out. It’s in the closet with two twin beds. Just pull on the door using the metal key. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. Hosts answered us quickly when we had questions. They left some snacks, which the kids loved. Thanks so much! You can hear noise in the street below, but just bring a noisemaker or use your phone for white noise and you’ll be fine.😁 Loved this apartment, we’ll be back next time we’re in Venice! Loved it!

• Janice (9/5): Lovely place and we would definitely recommend to friends. - Location of this apartment could not be better – perfect place to explore Venice from. The decor in the apartment was really lovely - a bit oldy worldy royal palace :). One of the bathrooms is hidden behind a wardrobe - my kids LOVED this secret room. Hosts left Prosecco, tea and coffee, treats for our arrival, and dealt with Wi-Fi issues promptly. We would absolutely stay here again. could be a bit noisy – restaurant out back dumps bottles at 11:30 at night. But that’s inner city life - just bring earplugs.

But it was easy enough to enjoy a beautiful stay at a beautiful place. Certainly recommending this apartment! The additional costs of the airco (could be also within the price) and the additional tourist tax I did not understand.
