Very close to wonder walking at Cranes Roost. The breakfast was especially good too! We slept very well in the comfortable king bed :-) The room smelled bad upon arrival. However, we could open the window a couple inches and that took care of it! Easy fix then we loved the place.

She was wonderful There was nothing not to like aboutt this location - it was close to several places to eat and the highways. But far away enough that it wasn't loud.

A maioria dos recepcionistas não falavam espanhol, sendo que é uma cidade que recebe muitos brasileiros, deveriam deixar à disposição funcionários que falem pelo menos a língua espanhola. Não é um hotel para brasileiros. Não recomendo.

The next day, she called my mom who was staying in the room by herself and asked for a credit card. My mom was visiting from overseas. I wasn’t in the hotel most of the time. She couldn’t provide credit card details. The lady said she would need to lock the door if we could not provide a credit card. My mom felt threatened. And I could not be there at the moment. First of all, it was her who forgot to do her job. We stayed there for more than several days and we didn’t appreciate what she did. Could you not wait just for 2 days until I get back since we’re staying there for 12 days. There was no consideration. It brought down to her poor training with regards to customer experience and communication and it showed.

Room was spacious - 2 queens. With a kitchenette and all things you need to use it. Beds were comfy, pillows hit or miss. 2nd floor was quiet no issues at night. My only complaint would be the continental breakfast. The eggs were salty, it was sausages all 3 days we were there. And the milk tasted no good. There was cereal, bagels and waffles.

The little kitchenettes in the room is perfect if you don’t want to eat out all the time. The breakfast is good & has different options every day.
