• StephanieOsorio (10/5): Excelente opción en zona de universal. - La ubicación es excelente, cerca a la zona de universal, cerca hay muchos restaurantes en especial un japonés delicioso, el hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, el aseo es diario, el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy rico y completo. En ocasiones se escuchan ruidos fuertes de motores, pero no identificamos de que era.

No deberían publicar que ofrecen esa conexión si no la están dando. Estuvimos esperando por más de hora y media a la hora establecida en las indicaciones del hotel, pero nunca hubo el bus de retorno.

• ANDREW (6/5): Budget hotel , good for a night or two but not longer. - The hotel is more of a motel. Rooms are fine but bit dated. They have air con (noisy) fridge and coffee making facility. Our room was overlooking the pool which is not staffed and does not close until 10pm. On a positive note the staff are all great, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is basic but fine, It is warm but can be heated in the microwave. Hotel is perfectly located for the theme parks and numerous places to eat. This is a budget hotel which is fine for a night or two but a week was too long. Our room was overlooking the pool which is not staffed and does not close until 10pm. There were feral kids screaming until then while parents chatted somewhere not caring that their brats were disturbing everyone. Other rooms face the busy roads on two sides of the property with the related traffic noise all night.

• Wilkinson (2/5): No recomendable - La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, y tiene mucha oferta gastronómica cerca. La habitación estaba sucia, la heladera perdía agua, no tenía luz ni espejo en el toilette, el desayuno era muy pobre y había un olor muy fuerte (desagradable) en los exteriores. No lo recomiendo para alojarse.

• Mayra M. (10/5): Ubicación y trato excelente - La ubicación y el trato de los empleados especialmente el de la recepcionista Cristina, súper chévere. El desayuno muy bueno, si creo que deben de añadirle cereal caliente y algo de jamón y queso para variar un poco más pero por lo demás sabe súper rico y las dos damas que están en esa área de desayuno son súper amables. Todo está bien, el único detalle que encontré que deben de mejorar es la limpieza del Gimnasio. Estaba sucio, toda el área incluyendo las máquinas.

L’établissement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, notamment au regard de son emplacement. Nous avons séjourné du samedi au mardi, et la nuit du samedi a été particulièrement bruyante.

• CLAUDIA MARCELA (10/5): Fabuloso hotel en Lisboa. - Es sencillamente FABULOSO! desayuno Buffet excelente muy completo y sustraído siempre para almorzar Menús muy económicos. Súper bien ubicado a 5 min de la Estación Roma (Lisboa es para recorrerla en metro, tranvías, trenes etc) y está muy cerca a la Estación de Metro ROMA, donde fuimos a muchos de los monumentos y museos. Incluso a Fátima. Volveré sin duda a este mismo hotel cuando vuelva a Lisboa. Todo el personal súper amable, la Suit que nos quedamos simplemente perfecta. Con agua de cortesía y estación de cafe. Maravilloso súper recomendado. No hubo nada malo. Es FABULOSO este hotel en todo ubicación, desayuno, Limpieza, todo 10/10. Para quedarme me base en los comentarios de la gente y se quedaron cortos. Es EXCELENTE! Gracias fue una estancia en Lisboa maravillosa.

• ANIS (7/5): Ms Martinez's daily smile and welcome made my stay feel better. Thank you Christina. - The location was great. Next to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. The room was very spacy and the AC was working perfectly. The staff were great, a shot out to Ms Christina Martinez, she was wonderful and very helpful. I wish there are more people like her working on the front offices of other hotels. Ms Martinez's daily smile and welcome made my stay feel better. Unfortunately, the room was not well vacuumed when I checked in, as there was hair on the floor. The mattress was awful, very uncomfortable. I had a backache during my whole stay. Breakfast was the same every day. Surprised that they charge a $5 fee when you receive a package.

• Edilberto (7/5): Muy bue hotel, especialmente por la zona comercial en el que está ubicado, el precio fue razonable. - La zona en la que está ubicado el hotel, con muy buena oferta de restaurantes, supermercados e incluso para compra de recuerdos y souvenires. La habitación que nos asignaron se sentía con mucha humedad y siempre que ingresamos sentíamos el olor. La piscina no la pudimos utilizar porque estaban en mantenimiento, tampoco había servicio de hielo y agua gratuita. Debería haber variedad en los desayunos, en los tres días que estuvimos siempre fue el mismo menú.

It is rundown and had people sitting outside of the rooms smoking and doing drugs while blasting music! The rooms are extremely small and dirty! There are bugs stuck inside of their towels and you can’t turn on the shower! As soon as we got into the room we left and went to stay at a different hotel.

• Ana Claúdia de Castro (2/5): Não vale a pena, só a localização é boa - A localização é muito boa e o café da manhã também Nos colchões tem pulgas (Bed bugs), a limpeza deixa a desejar, o banheiro é amplo mas não é funcional, a pia é muito pequena e não tem bancada, o chuveiro sai pouca água e não tem box, quando toma banho molha o banheiro.
