• MUSTAFA (3/5): I am not considering to stay in this hotel next time - It was my second time staying in this hotel and a game it was with a window, which opens to the lobby. I mentioned at the reception that I need fresh air and the air conditioning makes me sick. I am not considering to stay in, just hotel during my next visit. On the other hand the parking spot is extremely expensive per nigh I paid €75. I booked with breakfast, and during the check in the reception confirmed that it was wet breakfast. But in the morning at the entrance of the breakfast I have been told that I have to pay. I had to go upstairs, get my credit cards and return to the saloon back. Unfortunately, the behaviors of the stuff was very rude and I had an inconvenience conversation with them.

Gonzalo fue muy amable y responsable de cada cosa que nos interesaba. El hecho posible alojarnos antes de lo previsto porque nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano y fue genial poder relajarnos en el hotel. Aconsejo cuáles eran los mejores restaurantes para visitar y fue genial. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama era grande y las almohadas eran muy cómodas, al igual que la cama. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno incluido; había variedad de platos, los camareros eran rápidos y todo estaba limpio y bien servido.

• Tobias (9/5): Der Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam war sehr angenehm, mit freundlichem Personal, zentral - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, besonders die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch das Hotelkonzept hat mir sehr gut gefallen: Die Verbindung mehrerer ehemaliger Industriegebäudeteile zu einem modernen Hotel ist sehr innovativ und wirklich spannend umgesetzt. Es gab nichts Wesentliches, das mir negativ aufgefallen ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

It’s pretentious the food was absolutely the worse for breakfast, we were upgraded to a superior room due to being full. All I can say is I wouldn’t have liked to have seen the standard. It’s fine but there is absolutely nothing luxury to see here. No special items in bathroom, dirty and rusty rooms and a trip hazard step in and out of bathroom. Very dated rooms and hot water intermittent plus they charge for absolutely anything you have forgotten - the things that should be free like cheap plastic toothbrushes. If you want coffee go facing for half the price. And do not buy from the shop they have its 4 times over priced yea 4 times
• TONY (4/5): - 1st night - Room was 27.5 degrees making impossible to sleep. The staff had a service technician who fixed the problem but it was midnight before we got to sleep 2nd night - there was a party in one of the guests rooms which woke me up at 1am. The staff attended to the party but it’s hard to get back to sleep once woken up. I have a 26 hour flight back to Sydney the next morning so it wasn’t a good situation for me.

All amenities you need especially for Amsterdam you have lift access and plenty of space. There wasn’t much to not like about the property, my only problem was the sauna. It would have been nice to have the sauna set up as I learnt the first morning you have to turn it on yourself which it then takes around 40-50mins to heat up. Maybe staff could turn it on first thing or when you check in have this explained to you as its only once you get to the sauna it explains this.

Tesisin odalarında bulunan klimalar ısıtmıyordu. 2 gece konaklama yaptık ilk girdiğimiz gece odada su bulunuyordu ikince gece su koymamaları çok saçma. Ayrıca marketi pahalı özellikle su için fiyat çok yüksek.Duş telefonunun plastik borusunda delik vardı su kaçırıyordu hortumu delikdi. Odaya terlik koymamaları büyük eksik bence.
