I was there solo coming back from a business trip from another country so I got three days of just relaxing and sightseeing and you couldn’t find a better hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the rooftop, and dimly the most gorgeous features. I would book this every time I came.

- ELIANA (2/5): - They kept turning off the air conditioning by some master control. We would wake up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and have to call them to turn it back on. They would barely pick up the phone when we called reception and had to call repeatedly. Also, they don’t offer any complimentary water bottles in the room or at breakfast. They told me to drink from the bathroom sink. Very rude at front desk. Oddly asked us to leave our passports with the front desk and put room keys whenever we left the hotel.

The facility is located right by the Pantheon. The windows block out the majority of the noise. Breakfast was lovely. Check in and check out was seamless. They answered all my questions.

- Averee (10/5): - Mostly enjoyed my stay here! It’s in a convenient location, however, it was a bit noisy. Most of the time, the noise tamed down by 11-11:30. It is a very popular area due to the Pantheon so this didn’t bother us a ton. The elevators do take a while, so I’d recommend the stairs if you’re on a low enough floor. The shower in our room was a little inconvenient since the door was slightly too small for the above shower head. Staff did come and replace all towels every day so the ones we threw on the ground were always replaced. The breakfast in the morning was very good. There was always a staff member at the front desk. I also appreciated the safety measures the hotel takes considering how busy the Pantheon area is. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel.

- Elizabeth Ellen (10/5): - I loved this hotel. The location is central and in the heart of Rome. I walked to the Vatican, to S Maria Maggiore, Colloseum and to the Trevi Fountain from it. Staff were extremely helpful in sending me a copy of my child's passport quickly, to secure youth entry to the Colloseum. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. Room servicing was great too. Thr truly memorable feature was the roof terrace, with almost 360 panoramic views. I'd definitely stay there again if i were to return. There's also great places to eat out, in close proximity.

- Jesse (8/5): Charming classy hotel but very busy area - A very nice classic hotel with charm, a friendly staff and good service. The only downside is what should be a big plus - it's right on the piazza facing the Pantheon, and the crowds of tourists are overwhelming. Obviously not the fault of the hotel, and the central location is very convenient, but the the mobs of people, at least in late June, detract and generate lots of street noise into the night.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and attention to detail that made the stay exceptional. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the Pantheon. offering breathtaking views and a magical atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The rooms were elegant, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, blending modern comfort with classic Roman charm. The A/C worked perfectly, a huge plus during the warmer days. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the bed linens were crisp and fresh. One of the highlights was the in-house restaurant authentic Italian cuisine with rich flavors, beautifully plated dishes, and a wine selection that perfectly complemented the meals. Dining under the glow of the Pantheon at sunset was an experience we’ll never forget. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable. - Raymond (10/5): Excellent hotel - The Albergo Del Senato Hotel was exceptional in every way... The people were brilliant they were helpful, really sociable and were very attentive to our requests and our questions, that was inclusive of all the guys/girls no matter what their title or job/position. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet no mean feat given that the Pantheon and its numerous visitors is directly outside along with a big choice in surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooftop bar available for guests only was superb for chilling out after sightseeing as the weather was glorious and the rooftop views as far as St peters basilica in one direction and Victor Emanuel in the other spectacular. The siting of the hotel for all of Rome and the Vatican is brilliant for sight seeing. Will definitely be going back!

- Maylin (10/5): - This hotel had so many great things, mainly the location, amazing right in front of the Pantheon. The staff was professional, knowledgably and friendly. The room and bathroom were spacious, which is difficult to find in Italy alone in Europe. And the restaurant right next door, well let's just say I was there for three nights and had dinner there twice. If you will be staying in Rome this is definitely the hotel, you'd like to stay in.
- Christopher (10/5): - The accommodations were excellent as was the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all were warm and friendly. Breakfast was very good too and the location is right beside the Parthenon. We will stay here again when in Roma.
- k (10/5): - this hotel is walking distance to the trevi fountain… which is amazingly convenient the rooms are comfortable the personnel efficient and accommodating.. provided breakfast witch is a great plus… the room had all the toiletries exceeded my expectations…. its close to a lot of restaurants that are to die for with authentic italian food… unlike other touristic centers in italy… and shops that are local.. theres a gelato store right next door.. and the star of the show the pantheon… two issues… depending on the room you can hear people walking on the hallways….. at night the pantheon is the house for the homeless…

Wonderful dining and gelato options all over. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff always super helpful. Always ready to answer questions. It is extremely busy out front, but we never heard noise in our room. Would stay again for sure! Wonderful experience at this hotel.

- Kaine (8/5): Pantheon Views - Came here for 3 nights to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is right at the heart of the Pantheon, offering great views from either a room or the upstairs bar area. The staff are really helpful and the hotel is really nice. Breakfast is the usual what you would find in Europe. The only problem we had was no Air con, room was constantly at 25 degrees and the toilet water was costantly going. We did mention this but nothing was done. I have tried to add the view from my room but its not working.

- Antony (10/5): - Most of the listings show that the Albergo Del Senato is about a three minute walk from the Pantheon. It will only take that long if you add the time to catch the lift to get down to the ground floor, the Pantheon is literally outside the front door. That was our first surprise. The second was our room, small but perfectly sized for our three-day stay. The room had a tidy bathroom, comfortable bed and an amazing view of the Piazza della Rotonda and the Pantheon. If you go during summer, the roof terrace will be open as well giving fantastic views across the centre of Rome. Our only complaint, and it was minor, was that the pillows lacked support. This is a perfectly located hotel. We were in Rome to celebrate a wedding anniversary and a birthday and planned to see the key sites. From the hotel’s location, you will not need transport to get to the most central attractions; The Vatican, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are all easily walkable. I plan to go back to Rome and I will definitely try to book the Albergo Del Senato again, I’ve already recommended it to friends and family.

All of the staff were great and helped with a few things. Breakfast was good just a bit chaotic at times. We missed having aircon as the rooms were pretty warm. Those were the only things I would change. However, we would stay again as the location was amazing.

Waking up to such an iconic sight right outside my window was truly unforgettable—it felt like stepping into a postcard every morning. That said, the location does come with some noise, especially with the constant flow of tourists around such a famous landmark. However, it didn’t take away from the experience too much. The beauty of the view and the convenience of being right in the heart of the city made it worth it.

- April (10/5): - Such a charming property. A unique latout that feels more like a bed and breakfast than a traditional hotel. The staff were delightful-- Sara, Danilo and Faisel were very personable. And the staff that helped us store our luggage went above and beyond. We didnt realize it is right in the same square where The Pantheon is, so outsidenis bustling with lots to do, eat and buy. Would absolutely stay at this property again.
