Desde mi ventana podía ver parcialmente el Empire State. Sentí que me querían cobrar por todo (ingresar temprano, un paraguas). Si bien la ubicación es céntrica, la caminata hacia el metro es importante.

The room was very clean and well appointed, and the bed comfortable. Fausto was working reception when we arrived and was super helpful. He went above and beyond with information about the hotel and even some tips to make our stay better, and easier. We didn't have time for breakfast but we grabbed a quick cup of coffee and the breakfast provided looked great. This was our first time at this hotel but we come to the city often and from now on, we will be staying here!

• Agnieszka (10/5): Z przyjemnością wrócę do tego hotelu przy kolejne podróży. Polecam wszystkim wybór tego hotelu :) - Przytulny w doskonałej lokalizacji hotel. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Pokoje wspaniale urządzone i wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Obsługa bardzo dba o czystość obiektu. Czasami w miejscu serwowania śniadań było bardzo dużo osób w jednym czasie i trzeba było czekać na wolny stolik. Niektórzy goście nie stosowali się do zasady 30 minut. Obsługa mogłaby to bardziej monitorować :)

Not only are they in a great location, but their staff is so hospitable. They even treat you to a great breakfast. We can't wait to stay here again.

Ottima anche la vicinanza a Bryant Park dove poter pranzare o cenare in un bellissimo parco. Colazione ben fornita e con qualità adeguata. Ottima la macchina per i waffle. Stanza al 18 piano con vista su Empire State magnifica.

Las TV deberían ser SmartTv … La zona que tienen para desayunar debería abrir después del desayuno para que la gente pueda tomar café o agua y trabajar tranquilamente ahí. Hacia mucho calor y en la terraza exterior no se podía estar.
• Raushan (9/5): - The location is great – right off 5th Avenue and not far from Empire State Building. But everything is pretty close anyway. The room is clean, compact, and decorated in calming tones. It has everything you need: a safe, a coffee maker (capsule coffee, and everything you need is also included: several types of coffee and tea), a steamer, and hangers. The breakfast was quite substantial: you can make waffles, have some fruit, yogurt, an omelet, and bacon or sausage. The street isn't exactly bustling, and there are homeless people sleeping nearby, but they seem quiet. There wasn't much protein for breakfast.

Anch - Posizione hotel, vista dalla camera, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera minuscola per due persone. Avrei preferito qualche altra soluzione per sfruttare meglio gli spazi, in particolare per riporre valigia e vestiti in maniera più agevole. Magari cassettoni sotto il letto. Anche la porta scorrevole per il bagno da rivedere, non si chiudeva bene. Il locale per fare colazione poi, lo stesso, troppo piccolo. Spesso si formava calca e bisognava aspettare il turno per riuscire a sedersi. L’unica soluzione era scendere molto presto.

Also as the Points of Intetest in every direction around. Bryant park also beautiful. The Breakfast is not very good. No vegetables like f.e. a tomato or similiar stuff. To less choice so we decided to take breakfast from a small shop around the corner with bagels for 3,50$ best.

Desayuno variado, un poco de todo. Lo malo es que muy pequeño el espacio donde se desayuna. Banos pequeños pero específicamente distribuidos los espacios, Hay cafetera en la habitación. Pequeña las habitaciones por lo que el baño no había extractor de operes, todo se encierra los olores! La TV solo coge canales normales, no son S-Mart, por lo que mi hijo no pudo ver su show

• Yvan (9/5): Très belle expérience. - Le personnel est particulièrement souriant et efficace. L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout près de la 5e ave et de l’Empire State Building. Chambre petite mais un lit confortable et un mini frigo et cafetière à K-Cup, remplacé chaque jours (Certaines chambres avec micro-ondes). Mieux vaut avoir peu de bagages car peu de rangement. La salle pour le déjeuner est très petite, 1/2 des clients doivent manger debout ou retourner manger à la chambre avec une seule chaise, sans table.
• Aurore (9/5): TOP ! :) - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, le lit était très confortable, et nous avions la vue sur l'Empire State Building. Je dois préciser que nous avons rencontré un petit soucis pendant notre séjour concernant le paiement (entre l'hôtel et Booking). Le personnel a tout fait pour nous aider en contactant Booking et la situation a pu être résolue très rapidement grâce à eux. Au dela de cela, le personnel s'est toujours montré accueillant et souriant. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises en toute tranquilité pour profiter de notre dernière journée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter :) RAS.

• Lena (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft nahe dem Times Square - Aussicht im 17. Stock super gut. Dafür war das Zimmer etwas kompakter. Das 2. Zimmer hatte auch einen schönen Ausblick von Oben und ein deutlich geraumigeres zimmer. Trotzdem alles was man braucht an einem Platz und sauber. Die Lage war Top! Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde man definitiv satt.

There was constant noise outside, along with doors slamming throughout the night, and I was not able to sleep at all. It got to the point where I had no choice but to leave and move to another hotel to rest. That is not what any guest should have to experience, especially when paying to stay somewhere that should provide basic comfort and peace. I’m hoping someone from management will contact me directly regarding this experience, because this was absolutely not fair as a custo

The price of the room was fair, especially since I booked the trip last minute. The breakfast was very delicious. O desperdício de papel e plástico ao pequeno almoço é das coisas mais tristes que já vi. Demasiado lixo produzido sem necessidade. Basta ter pratos e talheres reutilizaveis para diminuir drasticamente a quantidade de resíduos. Dou um 9 na classificação geral porque quero acreditar que são capazes de mudar isso mas na verdade mereciam um 6 só pela poluição
