• DANIELA (8/5): Excellent location, budget-friendly - The owner (Mr. Luca) is very helpful. I have no complaints. It's a simple but organized accommodation and compatible with the price charged. Furthermore, the accommodation is located in a Neapolitan residential building, which allows one to experience what life is like for the city's residents. The location is excellent, very central. The accommodation is perfect for a short, budget-friendly stay.

• Sara (3/5): Deludente.. - La posizione Non è indicato che il bagno è condiviso ( andare in bagno con proprietario in sala o altre persone) , le stanze sono molto vecchie con muri rovinati, letti scomodi, telecamere nella sala quindi non puoi uscire da stanza se non sei vestita. Privacy zero. Ambiente molto vecchio. Lampadario di 3 lampadine, 1 sola funzionante. Entrano a sistemare e spengono tutta la corrente quindi non c è possibilità di lasciare niente a carica..
• Silvia (1/5): Non ce l'ho fatta - Niente. Dopo il check-in abbiamo visto la stanza, il bagno e cambiato struttura. La porta della stanza era rotta. Per chiuderla c'era un lucchetto. Appartamento vecchio, arredato alla bene e meglio e tenuto male. Apro la finestra e trovo un posacenere pieno di cicche. Ho ripreso la valigia e prenotato altrove.

• Simona (1/5): Struttura non adeguata alla civiltà! - Assolutamente niente! E’ invivibile Premesso che la camera che mi é stata assegnata é la più moderna (a detta dell’host). Struttura fatiscente e sporca, 2 piccoli bagni in condivisione con uomini e donne (di cui solo in uno c’è la doccia). Pareti sporche, crepate, non pitturate forse da quando é stato costruito quell’antico palazzo. La finestra della camera che c’è stata assegnata non si apriva (bloccata forse dal pavimento sollevato). Le “porte” si chiudono con un lucchetto. Struttura super sorvegliata da telecamere puntate all’uscita del bagno e in vari angoli della casa ! La persona che si occupa dell’accoglienza, onnipresente in casa, per altro sgarbato e ineducato. Dal mattino alla sera piazzato nella sala che porta ai bagni. Terribile, invivibile e improponibile.

La douche n’est pas à côté de la chambre et est tout le temps occupée (car à partager avec 5 autres chambres). Le propriétaire peut entrer dans votre chambre comme bon lui semble, sans même demander.

Despite being a single room, i had a double deck bed which the lower bed was too low i couldnt even sit. Its like theyre trying to do the most money. I think my room was designed to be a small storage room. There was toilet in the room. I paid 45 euros.

• Aude (3/5): Arnaque. - The staff was nice. 1 salle de bain pour tout l'hébergement, soit environ 30 personnes... Tout est prétexte pour payer en plus : le check-in après 19h30, la bagagerie, etc... Pas de petit déjeuner alors qu'on a l'impression que c'est inclus lors de la réservation. Nous avons voyagé avec des Napolitains qui ont dit n'avoir jamais vu un hébergement pareil.

• Oliverio (1/5): Orribile - La posizione centrale È stato un incubo, la camera molto sporca, i bagni che puzzavano e nel wc non c'era nemmeno la tavoletta, il box doccia rotto e davvero mantenuta male. Abbiamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno e il proprietario (che si fingeva un dipendente senza rendersi conto che per tutta la casa c'erano le sue foto) non ci ha dato nemmeno il resto dell'importo, quando letteralmente gliel'ho visto nel portafoglio. Oltre alla tassa di soggiorno (4.5 al giorno per persona) abbiamo dovuto pagare 3 euro a testa per la "pulizia camera" , ovvero rifare il letto e buttare la spazzatura, perché passare la scopa non penso che sappiano cosa sia realmente. L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione del BnB, a piedi è stato un po' complicato perché era nella zona ZTL, ma davvero centrale. Onestamente vi consiglio di spendere quei 30 euro in più e prenderne uno meglio, che non potersi fare la doccia dallo schifo in bagno

I was asked to pay extra money (€24 and €90 in cash without receipt), which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The landlord is constantly present in the property, which was not mentioned, and this created a very uncomfortable environment. He even knocked on the door while I was showering, and the hot water stops after about 8 minutes. The room is smaller than expected, poorly ventilated, and the lock does not feel secure. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. The kitchen was not usable, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. Overall, the experience lacked privacy, comfort, and transparency.

Per il resto, i commenti e le foto degli utenti parlano da se e confermo il trend negativo nonostante la struttura provi (malamente) a difendersi. l'assenza di riscaldamenti. • Lucia (1/5): Terribile, un incubo - La posizione La camera un tugurio, lo definirei un ripostiglio, sporco, polvere ovunque, biancheria vecchia, logora, niente riscaldamento, umido e freddo, letto a castello senza scaletta per salire..., io che dormivo nel letto basso vedevo sopra di me il materasso sporco con grandi macchie gialle del letto di sopra, dove dormiva l'altra persona. Tende della finestra alta ( che dovevi salire sul letto per aprirla) sporche e polverose...muri scrostati, con buchi, al soffitto pezzi di polistirolo sconnessi e fermati con scoc....insomma qualcosa di indecente. Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e non e' mai stata fatta pulizia in camera, nemmeno svuotato il cestino, solo una volta perché l'ho cacciato esasperata fuori dalla porta di camera. . .... ....."Lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate... Oltre tutto all'arrivo ha preteso in contanti la tassa di soggiorno di 4,50 euro a testa ( che corrisponde a un 3 stelle...mentre qui stiamo parlando di 1 stella...forse) e 3 euro a testa per le pulizie ( che non ha mai fatto..). Sconsigliatissimo
• mire67 (8/5): Buon soggiorno - La posizione era molto comoda per visitare il centro città. Vicino alla metro . Letto matrimoniale comodo con il bagno in camera. La doccia era in un. altra stanza vicino alla cucina del proprietario. La camera per me era un po' freschina per l'inverno ma il letto era provvisto di varie coperte. Si potrebbe fornire una macchina del caffè con capsule e cialde da fare usare agli ospiti. Sarebbe molto apprezzato dai clienti italiani. Mi è seccato parecchio pagare 4 euro in più per servizio di lavanderia non menzionato da booking. Tassa di soggiorno e pulizia invece erano specificati da booking.

• Paolo Ruvolo (4/5): NON CI TORNERO' PIU' - PROVARE PER CREDERE - La posizione é buonissima !! Infatti, dalla fermata della metro DANTE ci si arrivata in poco meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Sono stato nel periodo natalizio, dicembre 2025, la struttura é molto vicino a Via dei Tribunali (via piena di ristoranti tipici). Da questo punto vista niente da dire., ottimo direi. La camere non era per nulla accogliente (se ti accontenti è possibile che ti vada bene), stretta, umida, c'è tanto da migliorare , camera ad uso singolo con un letto a castello stile servizio militare. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà della struttura.
• Debora (1/5): Vergognoso - Solamente la posizione Una struttura degradata e inagibile. Le foto e la descrizione delle stanze non corrispondo al vero. Ho prenotato una camera che neanche esisteva. Le foto su Booking, secondo confessione di uno dei gestori Luca, sono “ dell’appartamento adiacente”. Mi sono ritrovata in uno sgabuzzino di 2 metri quadri senza finestra e con un foro di 50cmx50cm nella parete divisoria. Ovviamente non avevo una soluzione alternativa nei giorni di Natale né in struttura erano disponibili altre stanze. Booking se ne è lavato le mani. Tra l’altro due servizi igienici per chissà quanti ospiti di cui uno non scaricava. La porta della cucina chiusa in modo da non avere accesso neanche alla fonte d’acqua della fontana della cucina.. e dulcis in fundo..l’altro gestore Omar la mattina del secondo giorno mentre dormivo ha bussato violentemente e poi tentato di forzare la porta del mio sgabuzzino per invitarmi a lasciare l’appartamento ostinandosi a dire che avevo una prenotazione solamente di due giorni. Ha continuato questa sceneggiata obbligandomi ad uscire senza neanche essere vestita fino a rendersi conto del suo errore.

• Barbora (5/5): I was disappointed with the room but the owner and location were great. - The owner was amazing and very helpful. Always extremely nice and polite. For the first two days the shower wasn't working. Also, my bedroom had a big whole in the wall above the door, hence I heard literally every word from the halls, which was very unpleasant. The bedroom didn't have any windows and it was extremely cold without any option to heat the room.

As usual great value for money with a relaxed atmosphere. Reviews are showing the facilities as not being great. My comment is that the rooms are yes very basic but they are clean and you cannot get better value for money.

• Frank (7/5): Zentral gelegen, aber sehr einfach und nichts für Lärmempfindliche - Der Gastgeber war freundlich, verstand aber nur Italienisch und sehr rudimentäres Englisch. Es gibt insgesamt 2 Toiletten, also mehr Möglichkeiten, falls eine belegt ist. Nur 1 Dusche. Man kann den Kühlschrank mitbenutzen. Kein Waschbecken im Zimmer. Das Bett war ein wackeliges Doppelstockbett aus Metall, aber die Matratze war bequem. Wenn man es erklommen hatte, konnte man durchaus angenehm liegen. Statt eines Fensters hatte der Raum nur einen zu öffnenden Luftschacht. Nachts war der heraufdrängende Lärm von der Straße sehr laut.

• VITALII (1/5): Максимум на одну ночь не более - Расположение в центре всё рядом. Когда бронировал по фото номер был с окном. Но дали номер без окна. На следующий день проверил так как помнил что окно должно быть сказал хозяину, но хозяин сначала хотел обмануть сказал что для одного гостя- номер без окна но на фото номера был именно с окном как с двумя кроватями так и с одной. После чего сказал что все номера заполнены свободных нет. В итоге получается я заплатил за номер с окном а получил без окна, (хороший бизнес у хозяина). Также хозяин очень плохо слышит, поэтому у него всегда громко звонит телефон, так как он находится в пределах данной квартиры, то утром будет своими громкими звонками от, а вечером трудно заснуть если ему кто-то звонит. Также к нему приходят гости и шумно разговаривают. На территории предоставляются сушильные принадлежности для одежды но машинкой пользоваться нельзя. Для чего их тогда предоставлять В душевой не хватает крючков для полотенец. Подушки твёрдые большие и неудобные, одеяло синтетическое когда накрываешься жарко В целом следите чтобы вам не подсунули другой номер не тот за который вы заплатили, также особо здесь не отдохнёшь так как у хозяина громко звонит телефон, максимум здесь остановиться на одну ночь.

(2/5): Niet echt wat het lijkt, de verhuurder doet vreemde dingen... - Naast heel veel kritiek kan ik wel zeggen dat je hier voor een relatief lage prijs een privékamer hebt midden in de prachtige oude binnenstad, in een in principe mooi oud pand. . 1. Ik kreeg een veel kleinere kamer toegewezen dan ik had gereserveerd. Een wat grotere was beschikbaar toen ik bezwaar maakte maar nog steeds niet die ik had gereserveerd. 2. Het is geen b&b, maar alleen kamerverhuur in de woning van de verhuurder, die 's avonds vaak tv kijkt in de woonkamer waar de meeste kamerdeuren op uitkomen. De tv en zijn gelach kun je wel horen. 3. De badkamers kunnen schoner. In het huis zijn lelijke plekken bedekt met dun piepschuim of sierplastic. 4. Na vertrek gaf de eigenaar aan Booking aan dat ik niet was komen opdagen. Hij en ik weten wel beter. Ik vind dit echt heel raar. Wat daar nou achter zit... Iets financieels? De man zou best wel een vriendelijke meneer kunnen zijn, maar hij maakt toch ook wel wat vreemde schuivers....
• Hafiz Mazhar (4/5): Es war Schlecht - Es hat mir NICHTS gefallen Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl es gestanden hat das es Frühstück gibt. Wir mussten mehr zahlen, weil es Bar-Geld war Wir mussten für nichts 25 Euro Tax zahlen.
