We kregen gratis een upgrade van de kamer omdat het hen wel leuk leek een grotere kamer te hebben met onze 2 kleine kindjes. Alles was proper en perfect voor een eerste nacht na een lange vliegdag. Tot slot kregen we geen taxi te pakken maar stelde Fransisco voor om ons zelf te brengen naar onze huurauto. Dankjewel, wij genoten! Niets!

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous ont servi un très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu nous garer dans leur garage. Le quartier n'est pas fantastique mais c'est rarement le cas près des aéroports. C'est tout de même calme et sûr.

Auf Nachfrage durften wir beim Checkout sogar länger im Zimmer bleiben. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und reichlich. Die Lage ist zwar günstig zum Flughafen, allerdings gibt es keine Restaurants oder andere Aktivitäten in der Nähe, so dass man immer ein Taxi braucht.

Nos recomendó lugares para cenar rico :) también el área esta muy cerca del Aeropuerto y es una zona muy tranquila. El patio con alberca es muy bonito Quiza pues esta un poco alejado de la ciudad pero no fue un problema ya que teníamos un auto de renta. Y como recomendación estaría genial un espejo de cuerpo completo en la habitación :)

Le debir du pommeau de douche qui a besoin de réglage ou détartrage. L'emplacement est proche de l'aéroport mais isolé (et calme) donc il faut prévoir si vous ne voulez pas ressortir avec la voiture.

Nous avions la chambre au fond du jardin et c’était très bien, nous étions au calme. Malgré le fait qu’il soit proche de l’aéroport nous n’avons rien entendu comme bruit. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très correct et très bon. Des volets occultants seraient parfaits car il fait jour de bonne heure.

Ci ha accolte la sera molto tardi e la mattina prestissimo era già sveglio per aprirci i cancelli. Ci ha permesso di stare anche dopo l’orario del check out invitando anche una di noi che aveva il volo più tardi a mangiare con loro. Disponibilissimo anche ad aiutarci dopo esserci scottate con il sole, ci ha procurato l’aloe vera. Stanza molto grande e comoda, casa molto bella, il bagno e la doccia ampie. 100% una scelta economica e valida a cancun. Wi-Fi ottimo, non scontato in Messico

• Michael (7/5): Great place for 1 night, but we'd stay longer if we had transportation. - The host was great and offered to bring us to a pizza place for take away. We grabbed a bottle of wine at the same time before returning to eat. The garden and pool area are really nice. We ended up having a great time sharing pizza, empanadas, and wine with Juan. It's a bit off the beaten path and there is nothing like a restaurant or convenience store anywhere close. Don't arrive hungry and expect to walk to a restaurant. Tried to shower early before our flight but the boiler wasn't working or something. Get them to check water heater function before going to bed.

Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Nice view of pool and lush backyard. Tropical bird songs in the morning made it special. Home-made breakfast was excellent. Fairly near the airport. Be sure to ask for a shuttle if you need it (would have been convenient, but we didn't know about it in advance). All together, a wonderful first night and morning and welcome to Mexico! Nada. • Albert (8/5): - Si buscas un sitio un hotel donde dormir cerca del aeropuerto, este alojamiento es ideal. Digo alojamiento y no hotel ya que no es un hotel. Es una casa particular en la cual tienes habitación grande con baño. Francisco es muy agradable. El desayuno correcto, y servido por el mismo Francisco. La limpieza. El suelo de la habitación estaba sucio. En la habitación, después de poner el aire acondicionado, se estaba bien, pero en la casa, hacía mucho calor.
• nagore (4/5): Falta de claridad en las indicaciones de booking - Al hacer la reserva no indica en ningún momento que en el alojamiento viven los dueños, lo que nos resultó bastante incómodo ya que no contamos con la libertad de la que esperábamos. La puerta de entrada al alojamiento estaba constantemente cerrada con llave y tanto como para salir y como para entrar tuvimos que avisar a los dueños de ello. La casa no estaba recogida, no era agradable y tenían a su perro suelto, y no indica en ningún sitio que en el alojamiento hay animales.

• Kajsa (8/5): Fransisco är en fantastisk värd! - Boendet ligger ganska när flygplatsen vilket passade oss första natten när vi anlände med flyget och sista natten innan vi skulle resa hem. Fransisco som har stället är fantastiskt hjälpsam! Han ger goda råd och hjälpte oss att ordna transfer för vår son som kom med flyg ett par dagar senare.

• TRUCHY (10/5): Un séjour paisible, rassurant et un hôte génial 😍 - Très belle maison paisible. La chambre était très grande avec un balcon pour profiter de la vue sur le jardin et la piscine. Tout était très propre. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Et surtout notre hôte Francisco était absolument adorable et nous a aidé alors que nous avions un problème de voiture. Il nous a été d’une grande aide. Nous avons tout aimé dans la maison. Peut être le seul bémol serait qu’il n’y a pas de restauration à proximité immédiate mais nous avons pu nous faire livrer.

He helped us order food after our arrival, advised for phone card, converter etc and he made us feel well supported in our entrance in Mexico The hotel is an a bit isolated area but Fransisco suuports you very good and you don’t feel it

• Stanislav (10/5): - Совершенно неожиданно Канкун-Сохо оказалось прекрасным местом для ночёвки перед вылетом. Нас лично встретил Хуан, хозяин апартаментов... Мы внесли некий сумбур и беспокойство в его существование. Однако Хуан терпеливо и спокойно выдержал вторжение и сделал всё для нашего комфорта. Хочется отметить прекрасный кофе, который готовит хозяин Завтрак был тоже неплох Высокая цена трансфера в аэропорт
• Miguel Gerardo (7/5): Location close to airport - First of all, we were just one night there. We needed to take a early flight the next day. So with that context the location was great for us. Both Francisco and Juan are good hosts and they helped to take care of our requests. We even got an early ride service to the airport. There are just a few things that I am pretty sure can be solved easily. The pillows are a bit hard, and the shower curtain is a bit old. Nonetheless, for our one day stop it was more than fine.

• Monica (10/5): Highly recommended. Excellent experience - We needed a nice and quiet place relatively close to the airport to avoid driving much in a new environment after a very long day flying. Therefore, the location was perfect. The house is very nice and super clean. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. All of us slept very well. Breakfast was delicious and complete, with excellent quality of natural products. On top of that, the host was super kind and helpful. Thank you very much Francisco for your hospitality and the great experience. We will not forget what you did for us. Nothing. All was fine

• Marine (10/5): Parfait - Le propriétaire est super sympa et flexible, c’est idéal pour une nuit avant de repartir en avion (10 min en uber jusqu’à l’aéroport et on évite les bouchons du centre) ou en arrivant ! Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Petite chambre pour nous quatre au bout de la piscine avec salle de bain privée. Le propriétaire nous a laissé utiliser sa cuisine pour cuire nos pâtes etc. La piscine et le jardin sont super jolis aussi.
• Martin (8/5): - The owner is a really honest man, he not just warned us about the taxi mafia at Cancun Airport and offered to organize a shuttle for us, He also agreed to shift our stay for one night without extra costs when our incoming flight from Europe was canceled just 12 h before arrival. Also instantly send us money back as we realized we paid twice by credit card by accident. Would strongly recommend to stay here especially when you only need a transfer night between two flights or so Communication was always good, easy by whatapp and quick.

La maison est très propre et agréable, nous avons pu profiter du jardin au bord de la piscine. Il nous a fait goûter de très bonnes empanadas chilenas , un délice . Je le recommande sans hésitation. • Felipe (7/5): - La limpieza y el servicio No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y en la ciudad hacia mucho calor, también cierran la puerta principal y el portón sin posibilidad de salir, se tenía que avisar, entiendo que es por seguridad pero complica todo
• Maria Dinorah (1/5): - La verdad es ma solo que no me gusto e El área , las instalaciones porque lo más importante el aire acondicionado de un de los cuartos no sirve y tuvimos que dormir todos juntos en el piso el césped no está bien hecho aparte el que nos recibió nada presentable y tiene adentro de la casa un perro que mira que amo lls animales pero si da miedo cuando uno no conoces las mascotas nonlo recomiendo. Mi experiencia fue solo una noche ya que llegamos 8 de la noche nos fuimos 7 de la mañana y nada padre .
