• Karen (10/5): Wonderful stay. Would highly recommend - The location was excellent. The bus and tram are directly in front of the building and the Trastevere Train station was a 7 min walk down the road. Breakfast was delivered to your your room either in the morning or the day before. We chose the day before as we were out very early. There is a grocery store and pharmacy just down the street and lots of places to eat. The staff were so Friendly and helpful.

• Gemma (10/5): A wonderful stay in Roma! - What a great find this was! Communication was excellent - I had a WhatsApp message from Giselle a few days before our stay to confirm what time we would arrive and provide instructions to obtain our keys if it was out of hours. Giselle also gave advice regarding which train to get to the property. We used public transport during our whole weekend trip as it was so easy to use - the train from the airport is so clean and comfortable, very different to London! A short walk from the station and we arrived to a beautiful room with the comfiest beds ever!!! Marco checked us in and we were able to get in our room early which was great. Marco provided a map and some information about the city and where to go. He also gave us recommendations of restaurants nearby and we went for dinner at two of these places on the list for the two nights we were there and had lovely meals. The Luppolo Station opposite did fantastic burgers and we had great pizza in the one further along the street. We got the tram from right outside the property into the city which took about 20 mins or so and again was easy to use. We also walked in as it’s so beautiful just meandering down streets. There was some noise outside the property which you’d expect in a city but it didn’t bother us or our children and we all slept well. Nothing was too much trouble from the staff and there were thoughtful touches like ear plugs, cotton buds in the bathroom and a hairdryer supplied too. The breakfast was delicious and lovely to just eat it in your room whilst we were all getting ready and then head out, already set for the morning. I’m so glad we booked here and would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to others. Nothing!!

Se escuchaban los movimientos. Para los de sueño liviano no lo recomiendo. La ubicacion esta muy bien y la atención tambien. Podrían mejorarse los colchones y las puertas de acceso a la ducha. Resto ok.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

The access was a bit tricky, but to be fair we arrived a bit late so the staff was not in anymore. Despite this the staff was very supportive. Another thing would be the radiator in the shower was a bit too hot and couldn’t adjust.

Il letto è comodo e la stanza è dotata di ogni comfort (Tv con Netflix, macchina del caffè, bollitore), anche di balconcino, ottimo per una boccata d’aria. È silenziosa nonostante dia sulla strada. La colazione è ottima, abbondante e varia, con il servizio in camera! Bellissimo bagno con luce a led blu. In generale le ragazze della struttura sono super disponibili, ti aiutano ad orientarti con mezzi pubblici e spostamenti e consigli su ristoranti e cose da vedere. Grazie per tutto! Forse unica pecca del locale è stata la doccia, che rimane aperta e quindi porta a qualche allagamento (nulla di irrisolvibile, con qualche asciugamano si fa tutto😼)

The location was also great — very close to train and bus stops, and we were able to walk comfortably with our luggage. Although not in the busy tourist part of Rome we are so glad we stayed here as it was very accessible to the tourist part but very nice to leave on the tram every night. And also within walking distance of the train to the airport. I have no dislikes

• Tamika (7/5): Our stay was comfortable! - Trastevere is a very vibrant little city in Rome; however, this was a bit further from the area we wanted to be in but that's my misjudgment and poor planning that caused that. It was close to the bus stop so that made it easy to travel around. The building is quite old (as all buildings are in Rome) but the rooms look modern enough. The staff is very friendly and sweet. We didn't order breakfast but there's a nice pastry downstairs that serve quite delicious coffee and sweets. I wish I did more research on how deep in Trastevere we would've been in. This is not an issue on the property at all, but just wanted others to be aware of where this place actually is and the distance from the places you want to see in Rome.

Location was fantastic. 3 minute walk to tram #8 that got us into the heart of Rome and a 6 minute walk to the train terminal The air conditioning could have been cooler but probably our fault for not asking about it.

• José Enrique (10/5): Todo espectacular, repetiremos sin duda, muy buena ubicación, comodidad y personal top - Con razón tiene tan buenas reseñas y puntuaciones, Me gustó todo del apartamento, la ubicación, la seguridad, la facilidad en la llegada y salida, la decoración de la habitación, la amplitud y comodidad de la cama, el desayuno y sobre todo el gran trato humano de todo su personal, helena fue muy amable por WhatsApp, explicándonos en español todo, y con Giselle pudimos hablar todos los días con ella en persona, nos explicó todo y nos ayudó y fue muy amable y servicial con nosotros, poniendo a nuestra disposición todo cuando llegamos, dejándonos incluso un detalle en la habitación, así como estando atenta para todo lo que necesitáramos en la estancia. Hoy conocimos también al dueño de los apartamentos y muy amable y servicial, repetiremos sin duda la próxima vez que vayamos a ir a Roma, excelente ubicación, con la línea número 8 al lado del hotel que deja en el centro de roma en 10 minutos, así como al lado donde se sitúa el mercadillo de porta pórtese los domingos, estando muy bien comunicado todo y teniendo todos los establecimientos necesarios alrededores. Experiencia de 10, desayuno muy bueno, muy buena ubicación, personal excepcional que hace que la estancia sea única!! Repetiremos sin duda, lo recomiendo a todos! Nada, estuvo todo excepcional
