- REGINA (8/5): Comfortable and accessible. - Overall clean and good service from the front desk and buggy staff. Pillows and bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. We requested for a high floor and the hotel arranged it for us. Thank you. Nothing major. The bathroom was slightly flooded after each shower, perhaps it is the design of the bathtub and drainage.

- Jordi (3/5): No recomiendo este hotel, en particular por los baños - La cama era muy cómoda. El WC estaba atascado. Nos quejamos el mismo dia que llegamos y dijeron que un técnico lo miraria. El segundo dia en teoria estaba arreglado. Sin embargo, fue un desastre porque seguia atascado. Subió una persona con desatascador, una vez se fue, seguia atascado! Bajé a recepción a pedir que nos cambien de habitación dado que podia ser un desastre. Me dijeron que si, que fuera de visita por Bangkok y a la vuelva nos cambiarian. No fue así. Llegamos y dijeron que ya estaba arreglado (por tercera o cuarta vez). Pues como no cambiaron ni arreglaron, dejamos un regalo en el WC (no tenia otra opción) A parte, la ducha terrible. No se quien la diseñó pero menudo genio. Por fuera de la bañera las baldosas hacen como una pequeña canal que llevan el agua hasta el borde y lo derrama todo. El lavabo se pone perdido de agua. En fin, un desastre absoluto.

There was a strange smell (at lobby and in the lift), and both the pillow and towel had an unpleasant odor. I had expected a pleasant Thai aroma, which would have made the stay much more inviting. - Janelle (10/5): Great base for exploring Bangkok - Great location. 10-15 min Walk to Ratchaprarop Station - trains connect you to everywhere in Bangkok. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and bed comfortable. Already booked to stay again 😀

The hotel is a bit isolated from Bangkok’s nightlife and city center. It’s not a big issue, seeing as you can walk there (about 15minutes). Just worth mentioning for reference 😊
- Footprints821561 (8/5): Breakfast buffet - Even the staff wasn't fully ready at 6 am when I arrived. The chef named Mr. Bee see picture made up for it. He made my day and prepared delicious cheese omelette etc for me. Big selection of everything. I recommend the buffet breakfast to everyone.

- ferdiantonol (10/5): Great hotel, amazing service, birthday surprise - We spent two nights at Loft Bangkok Hotel, and it just happened to be during my sister’s birthday. I was so surprised when I asked for an extra pillow, and the reception told us to check the fridge for a birthday cake! It was such a thoughtful touch. My sister was thrilled with the experience. We had stayed at two five-star hotels/resorts in Pattaya before this, and none of them did anything like this. Truly outstanding hospitality. The staff were all super professional and friendly—they genuinely made us feel welcomed. Their service is on par with, if not better than, many five-star establishments I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself has a modern Scandinavian décor, perfect for millennial travelers. It’s very convenient, with two lifts and even weight machines for luggage, which was great for us as we were heading back home. The location is ideal, about a 10-minute walk from Pratunam and not too far from Sukhumvit. There’s also a 7-Eleven just two minutes away, surrounded by plenty of eateries. When I asked them to spray the room due to a slight odor, they immediately offered to move us to another room, which was so kind. Usually, hotel TVs are used for advertisements, but they played K-pop idol music videos, which made the experience more fun and wholesome. Also, the blanket is satin. The lobby has lots of seating and a café, and they even offer a massage service in-house. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location was quiet (for Bangkok), but within walking distance of both train station and BTS (500m). I walked to CentralWorld, which is probably about 1-2km, so not far from malls.

Very quiet, clean and a nice evening spend place. A must go it you are looking to spend evening talking with friends and family. Prices are ok.

- WN7 (6/5): Good stay - The hotel team were very courteous and welcoming despite the language barrier. They were extremely accommodating. There are 2 7-Elevens within walking distance and the Pratunam Market was about 15 mins away by foot. We opted for a Tuktuk/taxi as the main shopping malls are quite far away.

Gångavstånd till Pratunam Market och till kanalbåtarna, men endast indiska restauranger i de närmsta kvarteren. Kvarteren är inte osäkra efter mörkrets inbrott, men samtidigt inte de trevligaste kvarteren i Bangkok.

The AC is a great thing, but sometimes set a bit too low. The room had only one chair, a few hangers in the wardrobe and a small table. It is enough for a single person, not for two. No place to hang towels. Not possible to get fresh air into the room.

The breakfast options were very limited. The location was in the area of Bangkok with alot of indian restaurants. Not ideal for travellers whom are there for Thai food. It would be good if the room offers a microwave.

- Saman73 (10/5): Another awesome hotel in Bangkok!! - We booked this hotel for 3 gens of woman (lol). Me, my mum and my grandma. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, their service blew our minds. The Pros - It was raining quite heavily when we reach late at night. The bellboy immediately took a large umbrella to ferry my grandma who has difficulties walking from the car to the lobby - They provided umbrella for guests and even remind us to take it as the weather forecast showed that it might rain that day - Requests was all met, more pillow, an additional chair in the room for my grandma, etc. - they packed breakfast (fried noodles) for us on our departure day as we had to leave the hotel at 6am for our flight, and even made drinks for us while we waited for our driver The Cons - The location is quite deep inside the alley even though a lot of people are around at night, it still felt a bit unsafe for us women - The buggy driver was not around when we wanted a lift to the main road -
- U4570FQwilliamv (4/5): Disappointing - Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel has 4 stars but it's very difficult to imagine why. The surrounding of the hotel is very messy. All the restaurants (a lot) in the area are Indian, so if you don't like Indian food you have to take a taxi to go somewhere else. The room is not to bad but there is no wardrobe for your clothes or bags. Also no hooks in the bathroom for the towels. The shower had no warm water and is flooding the bathroom when you take your cold shower. The door was stuck and makes a hell of a noise when you have to force shut it. The walls are probably very thin as you can hear all the noises from the hallway and other rooms. Breakfast is a joke. The breakfast room is hughes, a lot of tables without tableclothes, looks more like a conference room. On 2 small tables you find hot water and nescafe or tea, so you have to prepare it yourself. There is a breadtoaster and some slices of bread, jam and butter confections. No fruit or yoghurt, juices, bacon, cornflakes.

The rooms are also well maintained and modern looking. Hotel staff are polite and kind. Will come back again!

All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Loft Bangkok Hotel was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Bangkok.

- alexan545 (4/5): Didn’t meet expectations - We stayed there for 3 nights. The interior decor was modern and simple, but there were several issues with the hotel: 1. The shower was leaking therefore the whole bathroom turned into a pool after showering 2. Isolation was close to zero so we could hear everything happening outside of the room - staff chatting, people closing the doors 3. Location is also not the best. We didn’t really feel safe walking around the area in the evening 4. If you are looking for a hotel where you can just relax, I would choose a different one. They advertise Spa on their website, so we assumed it means pool as well. There was no pool or any outside area for some relaxed and quiet time

All facilities were provided along with such great service from their staffs (the staffs were serving us welcome drinks right away when we stepped in the hotel, that was pretty fast!). I also enjoyed live music at the Cafein cafe at front of the hotel(I heard that they’re famous Thai musicians & singers!). Recommended!!!!!

But, just a few feedback on the general experience: - To improve the smell of the lobby area - Bad ventilation through the walkway to our rooms (very stuffy) - Taping works of the bathroom is not done well as water overflowed to the bedroom Considering that it is a new hotel, the basics were met - but could be further improved.
