- Desiree (7/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, rivedere le pulizie - La struttura si trova al 7º piano di un condominio molto tranquillo, facilmente raggiungibile tramite ascensore. Pur non essendo in pieno centro, la posizione è molto comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, che permettono di raggiungere agevolmente qualsiasi zona della città. A soli 5 minuti a piedi si trova la fermata del bus Colombo–Bavastro, mentre la metro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi, fermata Garbatella. Grazie a Google Maps, è semplice orientarsi e scegliere il mezzo più adatto per raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse. Prima del soggiorno si viene contattati da Paolo, che fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie per il self check-in: una soluzione molto comoda, resa ancora più pratica dall’uso di codici al posto delle chiavi, le tasse di soggiorno devono essere pagate tramite IBAN o lasciati contanti in camera all’arrivo. La camera dispone dell’essenziale, perfettamente adeguato per il nostro soggiorno di tre notti. Uno dei punti di forza è il terrazzino privato, caratteristica non così comune in strutture simili. Le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni tre notti, se si dovesse necessitare di pulizie extra, c’è la possibilità di richiedere servizi aggiuntivi a pagamento come cambio asciugamani, cambio lenzuola e pulizie extra. Il bagno, di dimensioni contenute ma funzionale, è dotato di doccia, lavandino e bidet. La camera comprende inoltre letto matrimoniale, armadio con cassaforte, riscaldamento e aria condizionata, prese elettriche vicino al letto, una macchina del caffè Nespresso con cialde, tazze e biscotti a disposizione. La nostra permanenza è stata per lo più positiva. Ho però una critica, cosa su cui sono molto pignola, sulla pulizia, c’era polvere ovunque. Sopra il quadro grumi di polvere al passaggio di un dito, battiscopa e muri pieni di polvere altrettanto. La macchinetta Nespresso perdeva acqua e la doccia non si chiudeva perfettamente, bisognava trovare l’incastro perfetto. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

- Paulo (4/5): Fair price, disappointing place - The location lf ducas house is good place ir dont want to spend tons of money. The process to late checking was good! Missing the information of side B of the building. Some local people helped us. You can find grocery store close to the place. The bed was terrible, tow single bed put together to "create" a couple bed... Terrible to sleep on that. Bathroom appears to be way bigger that it really is. The shower is terrible for woman, have no space to shower without washing the hair. if you're taller than 180 cm and weight more than 86kg you're in trouble to shower. Disappointed. The pictures in general delivers an idea that it's not real when you're there. Kitchen is shared space. We were there for 7 nights and no one single day our room was cleaned.

Migliorerei la comodità dei materassi: abituati al memory form, abbiamo avuto un po' di disagio per i materassi troppo duri.

- Nikolina (10/5): Fun time filled with great visits and sightseeing, good food and drinks. - The apartment is not in the center of Rome which is good because you’re not constantly in the masses of people, but it is about 15 minutes away from the center. It is really well connected to all the beautiful destinations, you have a train station 10 minutes away from which you can get to the airport, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Vatican, and many more places directly. It is clean and comfortable, our room had a balcony and that was great. When you arrive, you get coffee for the coffee machine, biscuits, towels (which get changed), and many more small stuff that make you feel welcome. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

- Thijs (8/5): Very good - Host was very reachable and reacted quickly on any questions. The room was comfortable. And the city center was easy to reach. Being not right in the center has a big advantage: the cappuccino was only €1,50 to €2,-. In stead of €7,- in the center!!

The location is very good with walking distance to train station, Etaly, metro and bus stops. It takes approximately 30-40minutes walk to the closest attractions.
- Alejandro (8/5): Clean room and not so far from city center, overall a good stay. - Very nice room with all you need, just like a hotel room. Coffee machine, closet, tv and even a small fridge. Shower space is very reduced and you can barely fit in even for a slim person. Rooms seem not to be very sound proof so if you have noisy neighbors it might get uncomfortable.

Great location for a budget stay - just a few minutes walk from major bus routes into the city. Good sized room and comfortable bed. Room was clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Communication from host was really good. It has thin walls so you can hear everything in other rooms. Our room was right across from the front door, which was very loud when it opened. Equally, it was loud in our room if people used the kitchen or were talking in the entrance. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

- Velicu (10/5): Very nice B&B in an authentic Roman neighborhood. Fantastic host. - Great apartment in an authentic Roman neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the host was very helpful and friendly, and even allowed us to stow our luggage after check out. The room and the apartment also have very good security. Many little cafes and restaurants around, and close to bus stops and the metro.

It was a little strange to me that the light turns on on the motion sensor that does not catch the shower, so the light keeps turning off while you are taking a shower. The walls are also very thin and you can hear the shower noise from other rooms.
- Lidia (5/5): Passable - The kitchen is not equipped with a refrigerator, there is a tiny refrigerator in the room in which you can only put 2-3 cans of drinks, and you have to leave for a long time in the refrigerator to be cold. I requested a double bed and I received a double bed with two single mattresses which were extremely uncomfortable. After two nights my back started to hurt. They use for toilet a dispecer with a tiny napkins instead toilet roll, free changes towels after three days only and the neighbours are not so friendly.

Fridge and drink making facilities. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Small communial kitchen. Excellence location for the metro or bus to the centre of Rome around 15-20 mins away. Lovely area, plenty of small resturants, bars and shops on the door step. Highly recommended.
