Direi che siamo stati molto bene in generale; se si entra nel gusto personale, potrei dire solo il materasso che nella ns stanza era a mio parere un po' troppo morbido.

- Stefania (9/5): Perfetto per un weekend a Napoli anche con la pioggia... - La posizione è eccezionale e il palazzo bellissimo. Accoglienza facile e cordiale. La colazione si fa in una cucina comune, anche se non l'abbiamo usata trovandoci a Napoli (abbiamo preferito il bar...), ma in compenso abbiamo potuto farci una graditissima tisana la sera (il tempo era brutto). Soluzione molto piacevole in cui sentirsi a casa con i confort dell'albergo.

- Luna Domenica (10/5): - Chiaia Guest House è il posto migliore in cui io abbia soggiornato a Napoli. In una delle vie più belle, con l'ascensore, stanze pulitissime e kit di cortesia. Non solo la stanza era molto grande ma anche il bagno. La proprietaria gentilissima e simpaticissima. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Ottima anche la posizione della struttura, che si trova a pochi passi da piazza Plebiscito e vicina alle fermate dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici. La colazione va decisamente migliorata. In un posto dove si trovano così tante prelibatezze, una colazione con merendine confezionate non fà certo onore. Io ho optato per fare colazione al primo bar...

We came from Capri and it was convenient that this guest house is within walking distance of the port of Beverello. Everything was clean. Dining room with coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, etc. was available 24 h. Elevator. Very kind hostess. Everything was ok.

- Chris (10/5): Fantastically clean and central location to stay! - The location was perfect. We were in the heart of Naples and were able to easily access a plethora of dining options and shops. Getting a taxi cab was easy as we were so close to the main streets. The balcony was small and not something we opted to stand out on, but it was a great viewing experience. Noise from vehicles and people was not an issue at all. Chiaia was clean and well taken care of. It was great to have water and juices available in the kitchenette in the main dining area of Chiaia. Francesca was amazing! After a lengthy flight delay, Francesca met us at the main street and escorted us onto the property, and made sure we were settled for the night. She was easily reachable and gave us great insight and tips while staying in Naples. If you're looking for a great centralized location to stay, this is a great place! Would highly recommend.

Not enough toilet roll. Breakfast was ok but could be improved with a delivery of fresh pastries instead of pre packaged shop brought ones.
