• Nobuko (9/5): 南船場という立地だけど、女性でも安心。静かでビジネスには使いやすい、観光客用のざわついた感が全然ない素敵なホテル。 - よくも悪くもオープンしたばっかり。スタッフの対応がとても不慣れだったけど、一生懸命で人間味がある対応が良かった。特に朝早い時間のスタッフのフレンドリーな対応が良かった。 出張だったので、部屋で仕事をするには、ベッドに座って仕事するしかできなく、窮屈な部分があった。あと、バスルームと部屋の上がりがとても高く、思わず足の指をつっかけてしましまった。でも部屋のアメニティーはお洒落で充実していました。

• Mónica (7/5): Exceptionally clean but uncomfortable beds - The rooms were exceptionally clean, which is my top priority. The breakfast buffet at the attached cafe was very tasty and fresh, one of these I’ve had at a hotel of this price range. The building felt new or at least recently remodeled and the common areas in the lobby were nicely decorated. The bed (and pillows) were extremely firm which I found uncomfortable. I have had better sleep on futons in the floor. The double room was quite small for two people. We only had backpacks which worked out for us, can’t imagine trying to open a large suitcase there, but this is typical for Japan.

If you prioritise location and good service over spacious luxury, Bespoke Hotel Shinsaibashi is a great choice. It’s especially ideal for solo travellers, couples, or small groups who plan to spend most of their time exploring rather than staying in the room. The hotel is very central and convenient — just a 5–10 minute walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street, subway stations, countless restaurants, and nightlife. There’s also a convenience store directly across the road for late-night snacks. Staff are friendly, multilingual, and always willing to help. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, luggage storage, and a 24-hour front desk. Rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained, and there’s a lovely lounge area near the entrance where you can relax and unwind. Rooms (especially for multiple beds) are very small, with little space to move or open luggage, but that was fine since I spent most of my time exploring instead of staying inside my room.

• Wang (5/5): 还可以，交通方便，唯一心里不舒服的就是被褥看起来有点旧，上面不干净。 - 这里离心斋桥很近，比较方便，我们每天都可以去逛一逛。门口就是便利店，也非常方便 房间比较小，行李不太好放。主要是床铺上面有头发，还有一些黑，对于这方面有要求的我，心里不太舒服，幸亏带的一次性的被套。

As other reviews have mentioned the bathroom is an issue. We were on the eleventh floor and from the beginning of our stay till we left the bathroom emanated a strange smell almost sewer like. It was tolerable we did end up using a spray but not pleasant or comfortable to have to deal with. The space is also quite small typical of japanese hotels but this was definitely even more compact. The room was also noticeably dusty.

The room was very small, it was described as 15sqm but that included the bathroom so it felt rather cramped. Breakfast was ok but there were limited options.

• Britt (8/5): Prima - Prima hotel met een goede locatie! Kamers zijn modern en prima om even te relaxen. De “bar” is maar op bepaalde tijdstippen open. Je hebt dus niet echt een mogelijkheid om in je hotel even lekker een kopje koffie te doen als je ‘s middags terugkomt van een drukke dag. Je bent dan eigenlijk verplicht om op je kamer te doen. Kamers mogen wel wat beter schoongemaakt worden, toen we onze spullen gingen inpakken en onder het bed checkte lag er ontzettend veel zooi onder het bed.
