The design is very stylish and unique, and we also loved the courtyard atmosphere. The restaurant was delicious, the wine was excellent, and everything in the room was simply perfect. I would especially like to mention Anna at the reception. We had an unpleasant situation with a taxi, and she immediately got involved, handled everything, and helped us solve the issue. That level of care was great . In general, the administrators and the overall service were truly outstanding. Everything was at the highest level, and our stay left a wonderful impression. We would be very happy to come back. nothing

- G.SONGORO (9/5): Le cliché d'un voyage romantique n'est pas usurpé quand, en plus, vous séjournez dans cet hôtel ! - Hôtel idéalement situé au bord du Canal de la Guidecca dans le quartier tranquille Dorsoduro avec également des habitants, loin de la foule, et assez proche des lieux touristes. Un personnel très accueillant et souriant, que ce soit à la réception ou dans les différents lieux fréquentés dans l'hotel (Restaurant-Bar). Une décoration de la chambre très réussie, agréable et confortable (vue sur le canal) et des espaces communs moderne, personnalisée avec goût et très stylée, loin des décors froids et impersonnels des grandes chaines d'hotel de standing équivalent. Un petit déjeuner fabuleux et un personnel attentionné. Un agréable cadre également pour déjeuner et prendre un verre. Bravo et Merci. Une plus grande attention devrait être apportée au niveau du très grand espace commun des étages face aux ascenseurs afin de le rendre plus chaleureux. L'espace est grand et vide, et durant notre séjour (3 nuits), nous avons remarqué qu'y était entreposés et stockés des chariots, certes cachés derrière des paravents sans style, donnant une impression de travaux ou de manque de liens de stockage. C'est un détail par rapport au reste et à l'excellente impression globale mais il me semble que cela se corrige facilement, et c'est dans les détails que l'on arrive à l'excellence. Donc à améliorer.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Erkundungen zu Fuß, Vaporetto Stationen sind sehr nah und der Ausblick auf die Lagune war traumhaft. Das Personal war sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im obersten Stock mit allem was man braucht, wunderschönem Ausblick, es war bequem und so toll eingerichtet, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Man sieht die Liebe zum Detail. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Their service was truly inviting, and after introducing us to the hotel and its amenities, they escorted us to our magical room. The room was beautifully designed in a unique Venetian style that perfectly matched the charm of the town, making the experience even more memorable. Breakfast was freshly prepared every day using high-quality ingredients, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to try the restaurant for dinner, but we could clearly see the care and effort the staff and chef put into preparing everything during the day, and we are sure it would have exceeded expectations. The location was exactly what we were looking for to truly experience Venice—close to everything, yet away from the busy, overly touristic areas. - Eleni Papag (8/5): Υπέροχο design - Μας έκαναν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση σε μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο. Το design είναι πολύ ωραίο και ιδιαίτερο. Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο και ευγενικό. Απολαύσαμε να πίνουμε τον καφέ μας η το ποτό μας στον εξωτερικό χώρο με την υπέροχη θέα. Στο δωμάτιο ήταν γεμάτο με παροχές. Είχε ακόμα και γαλοστες σε περίπτωση πλυμμηρας. Το μπάνιο είναι πολύ άνετο με μπανιέρα. Ίσως να μην έχει πολύ μεγάλο πάγκο για καλλυντικά αλλά υπάρχουν ράφια κάτω από τον νιπτήρα. Τα amenities είναι πολύ ωραία! Ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο δυστυχώς δεν είχαμε καθόλου θέα. Θα μου άρεσε να πάρω room service και να απολαύσω την θέα, αλλά δεν ήταν εφικτο. Σίγουρα δεν χαρακτηρίζει το ξενοδοχείο.
- Diane Irene (9/5): A beautiful designer hotel! - A beautiful hotel with an excellent, accommodating staff (I had inadvertently dropped a 50€ note at reception when checking out and the staff immediately returned it to me when I went back to pick up my suitcase). My single room was very comfortable and the shower was great. The room even has coffee and tea making facilities. The restaurant and cocktail lounge are very nice as well. The location is slightly out of the way but if you’re fond of walking that shouldn’t be a problem. Breakfast is not included; it can be bought à la carte in its excellent restaurant but ends up being a bit pricey if you want the variety of things you would find in a buffet.

- Julie (4/5): Un bel hôtel… mais présence de punaises de lit - Nous sommes venus à Venise en amoureux pour un séjour romantique, mais notre voyage a malheureusement pris une tournure stressante. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert cet hôtel moderne, décoré avec goût, situé dans un quartier plus calme que le centre. Notre chambre deluxe, la 204, était tout simplement incroyable, et nous étions conquis. Cependant, le second soir, en nous couchant, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de voir une punaise de lit courir sur notre couverture. J’avais juste posé un livre appartenant à l’hôtel sur le lit. Nous avons capturé l’insecte et prévenu la réception, sans aucun doute sur l’identification. Nous avons inspecté le matelas et les draps : pas d’autre présence visible. Peut être une punaise qui venait du voyageur d'avant. En tout cas pas de chez nous, nous sommes toujours très vigilants. La réception nous a proposé une autre chambre, beaucoup plus petite et moins agréable, et nous avons passé la nuit dans un stress considérable. Le lendemain, nous avons dû vérifier toutes nos affaires et changer de chambre une nouvelle fois. Sur trois nuits, nous avons donc eu deux nuits très anxiogènes, loin de l’expérience romantique espérée. La crainte de ramener ces nuisibles chez nous étant énorme. Le personnel a été compréhensif : ils nous ont offert une nuit (malheureusement, nous n’avons pas vraiment pu en profiter) et organisé notre transfert vers l’aéroport. Malgré cela, la déception reste grande. Nous ne savons pas exactement comment l’hôtel, qui affichait complet, a géré la chambre initiale. Il est probable qu’ils aient estimé qu’il n’y avait pas de risque puisque la chambre a été occupée dès le lendemain… Le lieu est magnifique et Venise est splendide à cette saison, mais notre expérience a clairement été gâchée. Le retour à la maison a été chaotique, avec l’obligation de traiter toutes nos affaires au pressing ou au congélateur, à nos frais.

Design hotelu jest absolutnie zachwycający Tak naprawdę hotel dokładał wszelkich starań, by wszystko było w porządku. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z wanną, na której nam zależało, na miejscu okazało się jednak, że dostaliśmy pokój z prysznicem, ale to nic, doceniamy to, że był gotowy jeszcze przed oficjalną godziną meldunkową. Ponadto w szafie wisiał brudny od szminki i fluidu szlafrok, jednak po tym, jak zgłosiliśmy ten fakt, szlafrok błyskawicznie został wymieniony. Sprzątanie pokoi mogłoby być dokładniejsze, także odkurzanie, jednak mimo to pobyt w hotelu był cudowny!

- John (10/5): Perfect service and a refined experience - Beautiful hotel with great service and lovely finishes. Less touristy area but very accessible to all the sites of Venice. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
