• Nnanyelugo (1/5): A terrible stay - My 4-day stay at Queens Hostel was an absolute nightmare and undoubtedly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. The hostel had serious hygiene and maintenance issues that made the stay extremely distressing. There were numerous bed bugs in the beds and duvets, making it almost impossible to rest properly and raising major concerns about cleanliness standards. To make matters worse, the structural parts of the bunk beds were worn out, dilapidated, loose, and unstable and there's no enough spaces to move in/between the bunk beds in the CUBICLE that they call hostel rooms. Sleeping on the bed was physically uncomfortable and caused body pain rather than providing rest. The toilet facilities were also in a terrible state; after flushing, waste would often rise back up instead of properly clearing away, creating another unpleasant and unhygienic experience. However, the most disturbing aspect of my stay was not even the poor physical conditions, but the attitude and behaviour of the hostel management. The level of arrogance, disrespect, and high-handedness displayed toward guests was deeply shocking. Rather than treating paying customers with basic dignity and courtesy, guests were made to feel as though they had no rights or value. There was a clear sense of disdain in the way concerns and requests were handled. Instead of making any effort to address guests’ complaints or resolve issues professionally, the manager’s response was dismissive and confrontational. Rather than listening or attempting to improve the situation, she would tell guests—even in the late hour of the night—that she could simply refund their money, as though that somehow justified the poor treatment and unacceptable service. I checked into the hostel on 20/05/2026 at approximately 10:15 p.m. and left the premises at about 5:30 a.m. the following morning, 21/05/2026. The manager needs reorientation because she has NO quality of a manager. She never bothered or attempteed to meet or exceeds customers requirments rather she sees guests as SLAVES.

• Giada (7/5): Good experience - The hostel is located just a five-minute walk from White City Underground Station. It is situated in a quiet area, also close to a lively street filled with many ethnic restaurants and grocery shops. The property itself is small but welcoming. It is spread across two main floors, with a large kitchen and several bathrooms available. The staff was always kind and helpful. The room we stayed in had three bunk beds. The mattress and pillow were not the most comfortable, but the sheets smelled fresh and the room was overall clean. During the night, the environment was relatively quiet, with only some noise from cars passing along the street. Since we did not use the kitchen, I can’t really give an opinion about it. Overall, the value for money is fair. The bathroom was not very clean. The trash bin was constantly overflowing with toilet paper, and although the showers were spacious, the poor ventilation caused a significant amount of mold to form on the ceiling. On two separate occasions, we were also left without water for a few minutes.

• SEAN (10/5): - I arrived with almost nothing. A bed, a code, a quiet room, and a city that does not wait for anyone. The Queens Hostel gave me one simple thing: a place to stop for the night. Not luxury. Not comfort pretending to be luxury. Just a small space, a door that opened, a bed with my name on it, and enough silence to begin again. For a short stay in London, that is already something.

• Dobrowolski (1/5): Prison you paid for - Taras Avoid this place at all costs. The owners should never work in this business. They kicked a guy out of the hostel last night for asking how cold the water was. The bathroom was a mess. It's like prison for your money. There are no doors in the rooms, and after checking in at 2:00 PM, you can only use the kitchen from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. I've noticed that they only treat the Portuguese better. I will never go back there and I don't recommend it.
