Fernando and all pool bar staff were accommodating and great throughout our stay. Restaurant service was great everywhere. The French restaurant is a fine dinning experience. Gusto was a fanatic waiter. Gilbert at the Luna pool was so nice and provided fantastic service. He went out of his way to get a specific drink for us. No complaints about any of the staff members. Also, every bathroom was always so clean and well kept. Buffet food didn’t taste like buffet food. It was very well done and you’ve got to get the bolognese!!

We came for the restoration and relaxation. It was the perfect place. The entire staff was extremely nice and always helpful. Our butlers Jose and Cecilia were very accommodating and kind. The staff is very thoughtful and remembers you. The food was delicious and had great variety with the different restaurants. Our room was always clean and had everything we needed, with a super comfy bed, soft towels, a great blow dryer and hair straightener. We loved the bath robes and slippers! They even gave us a gift of champagne, chocolates and rose pedals for our anniversary. The fitness center had solid equipment, was a bit cramped at times but still could manage. If you are looking for a place to relax, restore with great service and delicious food, go to Le Blanc, Palace Resorts!

- ellenkf (10/5): Always a treat! - If you want sheer luxury then go to Le Blanc. This was our yearly trip and the service was better than ever. We're not thrilled with the honeymoon suite room design, so we opted for the partial ocean view. Our view was amazing and we prefer the tub next to the bathroom, not down steps by the window. Our butlers, CeCe and Jose' were wonderful and hope to have them again next year. The food was delicious and our pool service fabulous. We skipped Lumiere this year, but we heard it was as good as always. I highly recommend the Four hands massage!!
- D6655XSdaves (10/5): Beautiful property, outstanding service - A truly fantastic stay at Le Blanc in Cancun. Carlos and Memo were our butlers and went above and beyond at every step and ask. Their thoughtfulness went so far as seeing us walking down the hallway and getting up to press elevator buttons (we were on top floor) so we didn't even have to wait for the elevator. - mr42mr (10/5): Le FANTASTIC Blanc! - Yet another awesome relaxing week at Le Blanc Cancun! We’re members and glad that we have been for years. But, that aside, at Le Blanc, members or not, you will feel special! Compared to similar class of hotels, the difference in quality of every aspects is noticeable. To start — our Diamond Concierge Jayro was among the best!! Together with other members in his team (Ingrid/Patricia), they worked diligently to ensure you get the best of everything. Jayro was enthusiastic with providing any anticipated needs that enhanced our experience tremendously. Thanks to Roger for creating such a great team! Overall the facility was as expected - clean, tidy and minimalistic! We appreciate their efforts to be more eco-friendly, with many small but significant improvements made throughout the resort. Another positive note: the beach was raked to clear unsightly seaweeds every morning - we did not notice this of the adjacent properties. Our floor butlers Memo and Rossy were more than willing to help with anything throughout the day, every day during our stay. Thanks to our sweet housekeeper Catalina as well. Our room was stocked with some improved, healthier snacks, like nuts, etc. Shoutouts to Sommelier Tonathiu who helped us with the wines; and, also to our super mixologist teams at the Lobby and Cavo bars - Raul, Artemio, Jesus, Ivan and Hector! We enjoyed having nightly conversations with them. Food/Restaurants: Can’t complain - if you stay a week, you’ll have a chance to repeat a couple of restaurants for dinner to try different items on the menu. Jorge the manager made sure you were well taken care of at any restaurant. Kudos to the wait staff team - Manni, Luis and Gabriella. Lumier’s menu was even better than the previous time. Pool/beach concierge staff, as always, very attentive and provided service with big smiles - Henry, Cesar, and Adrian - all worked hard to make sure you’re comfortable on the beach. Beach hydration specialists - Cristian, Rafael, and Adiel - never let us experience any thirst! Le Blanc Cancun remains our go-to for ultimate pampering. The entire hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We wish hotels we’ve been to around the world would learn from Le Blanc by setting a very high bar for excellence in hospitality.

Exceptional staff made us feel welcomed and right at home the entire stay: Patricia our DC was very efficient and had all arrangement requests confirmed before our arrival. Our 9th floor butlers, Carlos and Memo, were super friendly and accommodating. The pool concierges work so hard! Yesica, Omar, and Cesar run a tight ship. The pool servers were attentive and always around: Marine, Diana, Estoban, and Miguel. The pool bar team work together extremely well to serve all of the guests and make delicious drinks: Fernando, Jael, and team. Highly recommend!!

Omar, Henry, Cesar, Christian, Laura, and others made the days by the beach and pools delightful. Dining never disappointed with chefs Freddy and Irving providing special moments, and wait staff like David (Blanc and Terraza) and Alberto (Yama) providing memorable birthday celebrations. - tjbmd (10/5): Another 5 star stay at LeBlanc Cancun - This was a last-minute trip for my wife and me. Once again, we are amazed by the care, dedication and friendliness of the staff. From the maid service to the butlers, to the pool attendants and wait staff, and of course our personal concierge, everyone is very polite, helpful and genuinely seems to really love their jobs. This translates into a great vacation experience. A few specific employees deserve special mention: Our pool attendants, Yessica and Omar, worked nonstop and tirelessly, always with a smile. Pool service with Esteban and Josue was outstanding. Christian, was our waiter at Yama and did great, providing some excellent recommendations for us. Hausta at Bella was fantastic as well. Jorge, the restaurant general manager was knowledgeable and attentive. Whenever we were at his restaurant, he made sure all of our needs were met. Monse was an incredible masseuse for my wife. She was attentive to her request for each massage she performed. Of course, our Diamond Concierge, Cesar excels with his kind and happy disposition as well as his daily attention to details, checking in to make sure all of our needs were met. Well done, Cesar! If you’re looking for a place that has great food, even better service, in a beautiful setting, Le Blanc is the place to vacation! This was our 8th trip to a LeBlanc resort and it continues to meet or exceed our high expectations.

- F14Scott (4/5): What a disappointment Le Blanc is. - What a disappointment Le Blanc is. Check in seemed fine, until within 15 minutes of our arrival, we were invited to sit through a time-share presentation. We went from looking forward to relaxing to being on guard for being nickeled and dimed for add-on charges and being treated like sales targets instead of vacationers. When we got to our Junior Suite, the third highest category, we were surprised by its small size and weird layout. It has a set of marble stairs in the middle of the room, with very sharp corners, that necessitate bright, constantly-on night lights for safety. The bathroom is tiny, with a little closet for the toilet, and only one sink with limited counter space on either side. That sink, by the way, took over two minutes for hot water to appear after the valve was turned. We knew of the free alcohol in the room, but since we don't care for tequila or scotch, we asked instead for a bottle of gin. Our butler flat out told us, "no," and only after a protracted argument did he come back with an offer of a bottle for $45, twice what we'd pay across the street at the convenience store. Next, we went to the pool. The pool deck area was gross, full of chairs that no longer had guests in them, but which had their used towels, plates, and drink tumblers all over, so there was no place for us to sit. We asked an attendant to clear us a spot, and he did: two chairs only. So, there we sat, between all the other chairs that still had dirty towels and dishes on them. The drinks at the pool were bad; our Mai Thais tasted like flat cherry cola and vodka, just trash can punch, basically. They were neither high end nor tropical, just the lowest example of a "free drink." So, we checked out the next morning, a day early, at 07:00. No one asked us why, nor did anyone seem to care. But, after filling out the survey they sent and describing the awful experience, and suggesting a refund for the day we gave up… NOW Le Blanc was all about the communication. If only we would have said something, they could have made it right (doubtful). They denied the refund, even though they had plenty of time to turn the room and resell it, but they would be happy to upgrade us to the same Junior Suite the next time we visit (fat chance). Of course, the letter making these excuses and offers was unsigned and had no contact information included. It was the bare minimum of a response, just corporate lip service about wanting to make things right without having to actually do anything. If you’re a fan of bargain cruises, with crowded pools, small rooms, mid food, watered-down drinks, and service that isn’t right but promises to somehow, eventually make things right, a stay at Le Blanc is for you.

Our concierge Ingrid made our arrangements seamless and cared for every detail. Truly extraordinary! Our butlers Rosie and Memo were exceptional. The team at the pool lead by Yesica were great. Services provided by Christian and Jesus were also exemplary! Alexandro and Raul at the lobby bar were also extremely gracious! We thank them all for make our time memorable. Then there’s Manny at Bella —- and there are not enough words to demonstrate the distinguishing characteristics he displays. He certainly makes feel at home, and keeps us laughing! We love LeBlanc!

Our first visit to Le Blanc we had the pleasure of being waited on by Esteban on the beach. He was incredible and paid attention to what you like and in turn made your experience at the resort exceptional. He always recommended the best food prepared by Chef Andres which never disappointed. This visit we met an exceptional bartender at the lobby bar named Raul. He made the best margarita. Yama was our favorite supper experience thanks to our server Raphael. He was attentive and always made sure everything was the way you like it. He made sure you had the best experience possible. I honestly have nothing bad to say about any employee at Le Blanc. Everyone is always eager to help you and they are always happy, smiling and so kind. We look forward to our next visit!

It is a great place to relax with a wonderful beach and a fabulous spa. The service we experienced was exceptional with Rene, our butler, going out of his way on a daily basis to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay special. We felt very fortunate to have him as our butler. The food at all of the restaurants was very good with Yama being our favorite. The sushi there was incredibly fresh with the preparation and presentation of all dishes meticulously done. Chef Freddie and our waiter Alberto were wonderful to us on each of our three restaurant visits. This is a great resort that I would highly recommend to anyone hoping to enjoy a relaxing time and an exceptionally attentive staff.

Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Armando & Esteban at the beach were very attentive to us. In the pool area, Christian was always around for us to order drinks/food. Georgina helped us build an incredible spa experience with her suggestions. We took a golf lesson at Moon Palace and Adán, the golf pro was very knowledgeable and friendly. By far the best golf lesson I’ve taken.

The food, drinks, people, beach views, and overall serene atmosphere were amazing. Our butlers Cecilia and José were impeccable. Every single person whom we interacted with at the resort were so lovely and kind, but Ceci and José put the experience over the top. They were so thoughtful and intentional throughout our trip and we were so grateful to have them. Andre was so much fun as an entertainer and he brought so much additional joy and fun for us. We highly recommend that people consider staying here if they’re looking for a calm, relaxing, spa forward luxurious vacation!

I felt well taken care of at all times, and their positive attitude created a warm and memorable atmosphere. - linnb430 (6/5): Beautiful resort, BUT.... - Sorry for the long review - hopefully it is helpful to those looking for specific details. PROS The resort is beautiful, has beautiful views, beautiful décor, beautiful architecture and is kept very clean. Our room (a Royale Governor Suite Oceanfront) was gorgeous. The cleaning staff kept it immaculate and everything about the room was all we’d hoped. The wait staff at the pools and on the beach was very attentive. The bartenders at the pool bars were also great. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment in the main lobby. It was a great place to relax before dinner each evening. The food was generally very good. The grill option at the lunch buffet was incredible. The service at the restaurants was all very good. Every cocktail we tried was amazing! CONS I know others have mentioned this, but the sales pitch at check-in time is unacceptable. In our opinion, from the moment we arrive at the resort we are on OUR dime – and our time should be relaxed, vacation time spent however we choose. I have no problem if Le Blanc wants to mention that learning about how to save money on future vacations is an option during our stay. That would be a tactful way to handle this. Those who are interested could pursue this, and others can choose to not have their precious vacation time wasted. The going rate for our room is close to $2000/night. We have never paid this kind of money to be bombarded with unwanted “opportunities.” We choose to book “luxury” high-end resorts because we expect a certain level of service. For those who are new to the Le Blanc experience, be aware that regardless of the level of room that you have reserved, you do not receive any extra percs or attention for having an upgraded room. We always seemed to be seated at the worst tables, pushed to certain locations, etc., and we could only assume this was because we were not “members.” Same situation with the butlers who are serving everyone and not just those with select room categories (as best we could tell). We assume that this played into the problems we had with things not being completed when we asked. We tried to book an activity prior to our arrival using the app. Never got any additional information or feedback from the resort, and when we checked in, we had to start the process from scratch as there was no record of our attempt to book. Our butler and the front desk encouraged us to use the app, so we set about reserving a beach cabana for the day after our arrival. When we didn’t see anything that made us think this reservation had worked, we asked our butler and he told us he would arrange it for us. It did show up on our agenda as being reserved, but then suddenly “disappeared” at some point. When we went to the beach the next morning, there was no record of any reservation and it took about 20 minutes of scrambling and waiting to get this resolved. At one of the restaurants, the hostess asked if we were trying all the restaurants. When we told her that we hadn’t been able to get access to all the restaurants during the times we preferred, she said that we should speak to someone at the restaurants directly or ask for a manager. Thinking maybe it was a good tip, we made a reservation one evening by visiting the location directly and asking for our preferred time. We were given a verbal confirmation that was repeated for clarity, but when we checked the next morning the reservation had been made 3 HOURS later than the time we’d been told. 3 HOURS. We were so discouraged by the various problems that we decided not to even attempt to use any of our resort credits. Sadly, we weren’t remotely confident that anything would be handled properly and didn’t want to take the risk that we’d end up spending the rest of our vacation trying to straighten out problems…. In theory, we left $1500 unused because of a lack of confidence in the resort. At checkout, we again had the experience of being bombarded with sales pitches. The resort recommends that you arrive at the front desk area 30 minutes before your departure time in case there are delays. It’s clearly because they want this time (which is our precious vacation time) for their sales staff. We were approached by 2 different employees, one about 10 minutes after the other. Meanwhile, the time for our private transfer to the airport came and went and no one seemed to be concerned with THAT. CONCLUSION: Everyone’s expectations and assessment of resorts is subjective. I know some people would not be bothered at all by the things that bothered us. We’ve tried to provide details that might be helpful to those similar to ourselves. It is a lovely resort with so much potential, but not in the same league as any of the high-end resorts we’ve visited in recent years. At other resorts we have not had to deal with sales pitches (EVER), we’ve been appreciated for our investments in upgraded rooms and rewarded with higher levels of service, we’ve had attentive and caring butlers, and we’ve gone home longing to return to those resorts. We would not return to Le Blanc, or ever choose to visit a Palace property in the future.
- KevM754 (10/5): Awesome Palace Vacation - What an awesome vacation at this resort. From checking with our concierge Patricia who handled all our reservations and did a wonderful job making us feel right at home. All the pool concierges and staff having everything we needed. Our first night a Terraza restaurant was fantastic with our servers Jocelyn and Hilario. The food was so delicious, and the evening was so pleasant. We did the Bella restaurant which was top notched as Jose and Diego served us after our kind hostess Bellen showed us our table. We also went to Yama which was a great meal being served by Rafel. We ate every morning at the buffet and Angel along with Vanessa were such a asset to the Palace family. Our room 707 was so clean and neat thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff. Roberto and Saul, our butlers were there with us every for all our needs which make our stay that much more enjoyable! Jorge the restaurant manager was so friendly and always coming to the table and having a wonderful conversation on our stay. Our eight days went so fast and we were all sad to leave but the ride to the airport with Jorge the drive was just as relaxing as our arrival. We enjoyed delicious food, warm weather, and excellent service from all the staff we encountered. Our butlers, Rene and Luis were attentive, kind, and friendly. A bartender at the lobby bar, Ivan, was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and went above and beyond making specialty cocktails for my husband. Vanessa, the hostess at Blanc, learned our names and greeted us to seat us for our meals. Juan, a server at Lumiere, gave us great service and attended to us often. We cannot speak highly enough of the service and the absolutely relaxing stay we had for our week in Cancun. We wish we could come again!
- dmyin2016 (10/5): Amazing spring vacation - The best resort to rest during your spring. The Chef Freddy at Yama Restaurant is the best. Delicious dinners just like in Japan. Roberto the waiter and Giovanni the Manager provided a wonderful service during our dinner. The steaks at Blanc restaurant were really good, with perfect temperature and the service from the waiters and the manager Edgar wonderful. The buffet for breakfast and lunch provided a large variety of dishes with an amazing services from Nancy our special and lovely waitress and Alejandra the sweetest Manager. Terraza Restaurant is the best option if you want to enjoy the most stunning views of the ocean and beach with a special service from Maricruz the manager and Yesenia the waitress. The cleanliness and the details of our room was absolutely stunning, thanks to Luisa our maide. The resort is located in front of a beautiful beach, perfect to enjoy the warm ocean. The service is wonderful thanks to Omar (blue shirt) who helped us with the chairs and umbrella, and Christian, Esteban and Ariel the waiters who worked very hard to make us feel comfortable and satisfied with all our needs during the beach day. You won't be bored if you are looking for some entertainment in the evening at Cabo Bar. Laura, the events coordinator is amazing. We enjoyed the Rock Music band (Saturday night), the Country Music Band (Thursday night) and Latin Music band (Friday night) and of course the DJ with the 80's and 90's music every night after 10:30pm. The services of Maira (waitress), Daniel and Renan (bar tenders) were absolutely the best. If you are looking to rest your mind and body, the spa is the right place for you. We enjoyed the hydrotherapy every afternoon, you don't need reservation and you can enjoy the steam room, Sauna, Ice Room, Jacuzzi and more. The service of Maria was wonderful. If you need to make any reservations during your stay, ask for Javier (PVP), he was very kind and helpful to accommodate us with our requests. The check in and check out process was very smooth thanks to Jazmin the Manager of reception and Roger the Resident Manager of the Resort. They made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy the vacation time. Every dollar we spent during the vacation at the resort really worth it! We can't wait to visit the resort again.

The service was simply impeccable. Carlos and Armando provided a level of butler service that felt both personalized and intuitive. The candies every evening were a really extra special touch. From thoughtfully curated dining recommendations to ensuring our spa experiences were flawless, they anticipated needs before we even voiced them—even checking on us poolside when we were unavailable. Jesus and Yessica created a serene and attentive poolside experience. Their ability to anticipate requests and deliver with such grace made our time by the water incredibly relaxing. Dining was equally exceptional. Daniel and Bethsaida brought warmth and sophistication to every meal. Breakfast felt elevated each morning, and their consistency throughout our group lunches did not go unnoticed. One of the most delightful surprises was participating in aqua volleyball with Andres. The highlight of my stay was the spa. The staff was accommodating and gracious. The spa services were amazing. I came to relax and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. LeBlanc offers not just luxury, but a truly refined and memorable experience driven by extraordinary people.
- davidnH8268KH (10/5): As Usual 10 out of 10 - David & Octavia’s Review (Couple Perspective, Elevated Experience) LeBlanc Cancun gave us the perfect balance of relaxation, connection, and fun—especially traveling as a couple within a larger group. We were fortunate to have upgraded accommodations, and they were absolutely spectacular. The space, views, and overall attention to detail elevated our entire stay and made it feel even more special from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was the consistency of excellence across the entire staff. Joel and Salvador were phenomenal—ensuring everything from spa scheduling to dining experiences were handled effortlessly. We especially appreciated how they made sure we never missed a beat, even coming to find us poolside when needed. Jesus and Yessica made our pool days easy and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendly presence added so much to the overall experience—always ensuring we had what we needed right when we needed it. Meals became meaningful moments thanks to Daniel and Bethsaida. Their warmth and attentiveness made every breakfast and group lunch feel welcoming and special. Andres brought an unexpected highlight—his aqua volleyball sessions were energetic, inclusive, and just plain fun. It created a shared experience that brought our entire group closer together. As a couple, we appreciated how LeBlanc created space for both connection and celebration. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return.
- Cruiser166689 (10/5): Loved it! - I’d like to commend the staff at Le Blonc. From the Bell captains to the w, waitstaff to the butlers to the cleaning staff.. we had an excellent experience at our stay there. I’d like to begin with our butlers first of all, first our butler named David greeted us and made us comfortable with a pleasing personality. Also, we had Billy Joel was our evening butler and he was equally as gracious as David. There was a day that we had a the Armando came in to relieve the others as It was their day off. He came in for two days and took care of us just as the others did we did not want for anything. They were extremely responsive to our questions. They schedule things as we needed, and also suggested things when we asked I personally was not feeling well. I had a touch of Montezuma‘s revenge. they brought me soup. They recommended a special drink. They checked on me often and I really did feel that they genuinely cared that I was OK. They asked about me every time we passed. to see how I was feeling, I’m happy to say I got better, but it was a bit of a rough go (no pun intended). Geraldo was our housekeeper he was excellent. We were always curious each evening as we came in whether he had come in folded back our beds or change our towels or brought water or did whatever he did wonderfully. Angel was a waitperson for several days that we went into the buffet in the evening and also in the morning and he was highly attentive. We had great conversation with him. He learned a little about us. We learned a little bit about him and we left feeling as we had made a new friend so we highly commend him. I wish I could remember each of the wait staff that worked with us throughout our visit, but I can’t I will suffice it to say kudos to Leblanc for hiring caring, efficient, disciplined, and kind staff. We hope to come back someday as we havepurchased a membership. It is known as to when we will actually use it next, but rest assured that our stay at Leblanc kept us wanting for more. I also am in awe at the hard work that the pool staff puts out there. They are constantly going back and forth and up and down and setting up for evening events and taking evening event things down and it’s a busy busy place they do so with a smile, they greeted us with a smile and that’s all you can ask for, but they do work hard. They do work long hours in the hot sun, extremely efficient and taking care of the people that were out sunbathing and swimming wish I could say more but at this point that that’s all I will leave it at thank you again and hope to visit.

We had superb service at the Bar Lobby and want to give compliments to Raul & Fernando. They are great bartenders and made great drink recommendations and were very engaging. I had a fabulous deep tissue massage from Miriam. I will definitely ask for her again. We had delicious meals at Bella & Yama and a wonderful dining experience at Lumièr. Our butlers Saul & Roberto took great care of us as well as our wonderful Concierge Alessandro. We will be back!

- MoleyE (10/5): Great Experience Until We Checked Out - My husband and I booked LeBlanc for a birthday trip and overall it’s a fantastic resort. The room was large and clean, the beach was beautiful, the food was excellent and we received wonderful service. We have been to both Moon Palace Grand resorts with our kids and were aware of the time share presentation so, we skipped guest services this trip. (We didn’t care about activating our resort credit.) As we were leaving they tried to pressure us into purchasing a $300 coupon and when we said no they kept pressuring us and trying to sweeten the deal up until we got into our transportation to head to the airport. I have to say for such an upscale resort, this left a very bad taste in our mouths. I am not saying we wouldn’t return, but it makes you think twice. This doesn’t happen at the Viceroy or the Fairmont which we’ve also stayed in and loved while visiting Mexico

- vangietam (10/5): Excellent vacation despite cooler temperatures - The whole resort is just beautiful with silky smooth sand to clear blue Caribbean waters. The building despite the age is well maintained and very clean. Given the choice between this resort and architectural beauty of Le Blanc in Cabo I’d stay here I felt like the staff really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My favorite in the team of butlers assigned to me is Renee. I slipped on the 3rd floor lobby from a little water residue maybe from the cleaners , and he attended to my needs and called in the doctor , provided an ice pack and soothing salve for my back because I had knots after my fall; he even followed up at the pool to check up on me as I iced my back on the chairs; thank God I already had a massage booked that day because it gave me relief from my tight back from knots w naproxen added to the recipe. Needless to say I went home the next day in good condition and no back issues despite my long flight home with airport delays . My second fav group of people are the staff at Terraza restaurant. The team are just amazing in making our meals to our liking . For example we love their whole fried fish . We asked them if they could serve it Cuban style w black beans. Rice and plantains. Like a genie they granted our wish for the following day so they’ll have time to get the plantain bananas. Amazing ! The entertainment was excellent as well ; my favorite is the Friday night Latin band with Gizelle. Amazing performer!!!! She was better than Gloria Estefan . Her beautiful voice was solid with a wide range. She encouraged fearful dancers to dance with a few lessons. My husband who has two left feet was encouraged to learn and had so much fun because of Gizelle . It was funny and fun at the same time as we all had a good laugh . Despite colder temps which is not in Le Blanc’s control we had a lot of fun , rest , laughter and connections w new friends who plan on meeting us again next year in January .

Our Butlers David and Billy were the so attentive and everyday checked in on us. They poured roses al over our room and put chocolate and champagne in our room the day of our anniversary. I've stayed at both Cabo and Cancun Leblancs. Both were great! The ocean was perfect inncancun to swim in. So it gives it my advantage. Thank you Le Blanc we will be back!

She made arrangements for our stay in January with our friends who had special needs, the arrangements she made then made our stay possible, thank you. That said our concierge this time Keila did a great job starting before our stay confirming arrangements. Then she made sure we had everything we needed and arranged our Diamond dinner that was excellent. As usual all the staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and are enjoying your stay. I want make sure and mention the staff at Terraza, the manager Maricruz , hosts Luna & Mauricici , waiters Yesenia, Alonso, Rafael, Rubicel, Lizandro, Luis & David. They made us feel welcome and made our breakfast one of the highlights of our day. I would also want to mention Rafael at Yama also Enrique who took such good care of us at our Diamond Dinner at Yama. Cesar our waiter at Lumiere helped us pick wine for our meal and made suggestions for our meal. Finally Edgar I not sure what his title is because he seems to be at every restaurant, when he saw us he always stopped to make sure everything was great, thank you. While the resort is amazing the thing that really makes a vacation special at Le Blanc is the staff they really do make you feel " Welcome Home", Unfortunately I do have a couple complaints. We had trouble with our room, a clogged shower drain, the air conditioner made our room an ice box and our phone stopped working twice. All these were promptly resolved so I'm just chalking it up to bad luck. The other thing was the temperature of the pool (on 3rd floor) was very cold the whole week and needed to be cleaned. There was sand on the bottom and bits of paper floating in the water. We look forward to returning again soon, Thank you

From slow service at restaurants to mixups with transportation and butler service that often the response was they couldn’t help, it wasn’t awesome. They never went above and beyond- like it being a big imposition to ask for an extra beach bag or having to pay for transport that was supposed to be included or having to go the restaurant ourselves to request a time change rather than being able to do it through staff or app- again- not great.

Vanesa and Mercedes gave the most incredible massages at the spa, Nary did a wonderful mani/Pedi, and Elizabeth P what a fantastic facial. - lschmitty (10/5): Le Blanc Never Disappoints! - We stayed at Le Blanc Cancun last winter with friends, and our experience was amazing. This was our 5th stay at Le Blanc, and we felt it was our best yet. There’s not much I can say that hasn’t already been said, but I did want to point out a few highlights. Firstly, our partial ocean view room was perfect. This was the first time not staying in an oceanfront honeymoon suite, and we were so pleasantly surprised at how much we loved it. These rooms are slightly bigger than the ocean front rooms and ours had a lovely view of the sea as well as the lagoon, so we were lucky to get beautiful sunsets. We really liked the jacuzzi being closer to the bathroom— this configuration made the room feel bigger somehow. We also loved the view of the hotel zone lights in the evenings. In general, our meals were excellent, and we especially loved Terraza for breakfast and lunch as a change from the buffet. Pure had some excellent healthy choices and really fresh and delicious smoothies. It’s easy to miss tucked away at the Luna pool, but definitely worth checking out. The only slight disappointment was with our dinner at Lumiere. I’m not sure if our waiter was new, but he was not very knowledgeable about the menu (we have some serious food allergies), and it took multiple requests to get an answer regarding ingredients. This is highly surprising here as they are usually so on top of our allergies, so it was a one off. Food ended up being very good. We absolutely recommend Le Blanc to anyone who wants a completely relaxing and pampering experience at a stunningly beautiful, impeccably clean resort. We have just booked trip number 6 for May!

- marcpE9367CA (8/5): Le blanc, Good BUT could be GREAT - Experience Summary – Le Blanc Cancún First, credit where it is due. The New Year’s Eve white party on the beach was exceptionally well executed—truly beautiful and memorable. The Japanese and French restaurant - excellent. We also still have one specialty restaurants remaining, which we are looking forward to. That said, several aspects of this stay have fallen short of expectations—particularly given Le Blanc’s pricing and its long-standing reputation for service excellence. This is at least my fifth visit, and compared to prior stays, the overall service experience feels meaningfully diminished—by roughly 30% across the board. Food & Beverage The buffet is fine, but noticeably below the level I recall from previous visits. In the past, the buffet was a differentiator; currently, it feels average relative to comparable luxury resorts. At times, the resort appears understaffed. At the International Café, dishes routinely accumulate before being cleared. One afternoon at the back pool, there was no dedicated waitstaff present. The bartender was simultaneously tending bar and serving guests. That should not occur at this tier of resort. This is not a staff issue—it is a resourcing and execution issue. Sales Presentation / Membership We attended the sales presentation with an open mind. My wife and I are experienced, frequent travelers and were genuinely interested to evaluate whether there was a compelling value proposition—particularly related to Turks & Caicos. Quite simply, the numbers do not work. While affordability is not the issue, the presentation failed to demonstrate clear, tangible value at any level. The structure and substance of the presentation require significant refinement. I would strongly recommend reviewing how competitors such as Grand Velas position their offering. Their approach is coherent, logical, and value-driven. This presentation was not. Additionally, the sales representative’s tone came across as condescending and snarky. Regardless of frustration, that demeanor is unacceptable and detracts materially from the overall guest experience. Operational Issues I paid a premium specifically for a beach vacation. As of day three, I have still not been able to lie on the beach due to a persistent shortage of chairs. This occurred multiple days in a row. That is NOT acceptable under any circumstances at a resort of this caliber. Beach access is a core part of the value proposition and must be addressed immediately. Spa services are priced at a premium, which is reasonable—however, basic infrastructure must function properly. Most lockers in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms do not lock. That should never happen. Finally, being asked about food allergies every single time we sit down—multiple times per day, over several consecutive days—is unnecessary and frankly irritating. There needs to be a more elegant system to capture and retain guest preferences once they are established. Closing Le Blanc does many things well. Historically, service execution has been the brand’s defining advantage. However, leadership in luxury hospitality requires relentless attention to detail. At this price point, expectations are uncompromising. Core elements—staffing, beach access, infrastructure, and guest interaction—must operate flawlessly. There is a strong foundation here, but meaningful operational and service-level improvements are necessary to maintain Le Blanc’s position at the top of the luxury market. We’ve always loved Le Blanc, but recent shortcomings would find me exploring Four Seasons, Ritz, St Regis, etc.. The biggest kicker , no enough chairs for beach unless we paid 500$ for cabana which we ultimately ended up doing

The staff are professional and helpful as you’d expect for an AI in Cancun. The food is mediocre. The drinks are weak. The bread is stale. The sushi rice is still raw at Yuma. It is also quite frustrating that despite rooms at $2k per night, there are not enough beach chairs for the occupants. Unless you go to the beach at 630am to claim a chair or pay $600 for a cabana, you will be sitting in the sand. Prepare to be upsold on everything as soon as you enter the property. There are so many excellent AI in Cancun with a better value proposition at this premier tier. Previously had much better experience at xcaret arte for half the rate.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary, and the staff at Blanc restaurant arranged to have our wedding song played and to decorate our table specially. Our golf lessons with Adan and Edgar were fun and helpful. They are incredible teachers that help people of all abilities. We already have golf play lessons scheduled with Adan for future trips. The staff at the pool and beach made every day relaxing. Yessica is such a hard worker. We truly appreciate all of the staff. Cesar is an excellent concierge who always makes our trip extra special.

- Departure662707 (6/5): Great resort but the membership is a pain and extra costs add up - I'll start with my experience at the resort itself which I would give 5 stars. Overall the service was great, especially if you tip - the butlers Hugo & Eder, waiting staff in each restaurant, at the bars/snack bars, at the spa/salon, by the pool, and leading the activities were all very nice and accommodating. The resort is beautiful with a lot of pools, never overcrowded, and the food is delicious. Our favorite was Yama but all the restaurants were better than typical resort food. We also enjoyed getting crepes and chocolates from Kakau. Here are some things that were a little annoying: 1. Upon first arriving, the first person to speak with us is already trying to upsell us to upgrade our membership. We didn't even check in yet and he seemed welcoming and friendly at first but quickly changed demeanor once he realized we aren't going to do the presentation lunch again (we're already members!) 2. There was construction happening and we could hear banging in our room on the 4th floor. We could also hear people dragging furniture in the room above us at all hours of the day. 3. The experience at hydrotherapy was inconsistent. The first experience was great where a person walks you through everything, timing each station, and ending with a scalp massage. The next few times varied and at one point we thought we'd been forgotten in the sauna, wasn't sure what to do when we couldn't find any staff, wasn't explained the pools, and no scalp massage Here is what brought down the review from 5 stars: I've been on palace elite vacations 3 times (the first was sold the membership, and 2 times using the membership). First of all, the sales pitch is very very pushy and then booking both times has been a nightmare. At first, the booking seems to go well but once the trip is approaching, both times I've needed to spend over 2 hours on the phone dealing with their staff being completely disorganized, saying credits don't qualify for most things, trying to book excursions but then being told the limitations and a million extra fees later, and transferred back and forth on the phone or not receiving clear email replies. I thought it was just the first trip with the membership but had just as awful of a time with the second trip. Because I was using 4 free nights from the membership, they booked 2 separate reservations for the nights free vs nights paid. The agent GUARANTEED I would have no issues and all my membership benefits would apply. Later found out none of the credits or perks would apply because it's 2 separate reservations and it took multiple calls to get the account updated. Finally when it was, I called to book services and excursions and was told most everything was booked up which wouldn't have been the case if it didn't take so long. It's the inconsistent service (very pleasant when booking and then a nightmare to use membership perks once it's booked) that makes me not want to use my Palace Elite membership anymore. For spending over $1000 a night for me and my guests plus tips & service fee on credits plus getting charged for every little thing like $75 for 12 golf balls, I'd rather skip this nightmare and go to another no-hassle luxury resort.
- Dancun (10/5): BEST Experience at Le Blanc yet! - We just returned from a one week stay at Le Blanc to celebrate my 58th Birthday and it was one of if not THE BEST stays we have had at this property! In this review we will go into detail as the why we believe that Le Blanc…at this moment, December 2025 is top All-inclusive Adults only Resort in Cancun that we’ve been to. We heard from some people visiting Le Blanc a couple years back that we should try other resorts…specifically their much talked about direct competition and one other new Resort in Riviera Maya. So we decided to do that, We were told ‘ohhh the food is so much better’ at the other resorts. That might have been so a couple years ago…maybe even a year ago…but that is not the case now. It appears Le Blanc has a Quality control Manager checking EVERYTHING on the resort. For us it’s the little things….something as simple as this: Croutons in your soup….you know how you go to an all inclusive resort and u get the stale croutons in your soup or on your salad? You look at each other and say…’oh well, its all inclusive…’ and just keep going? Right….we had dinner at the Gourmet Restaurant Lumiere on Sunday….to our delight the croutons in the soup were very crunchy and fresh. The REAL TEST was that we had dinner there again on our last night…and presto…croutons were crunchy and fresh. That means CONSISTENCY. That also means that somebody is checking that little thing to ensure quality. That is VERY IMPORTANT in an all-inclusive resort. Le Blanc has made some big and some subtle changes. Here are some of them which is why we believe now, that they are number one. 1. The Staff are all-hands on, They love their jobs and their guests. (We will talk more on that below.) 2. The Menus have all changed in every Restaurant making the Food Excellent! Lobster in the steakhouse, Duck in both the Terraza and Lumiere Restaurants. A brand new SUCCULENT Rib-eye in Lumiere as well. 3. The Mattresses and pillows in the rooms have been upgraded. We slept really well. 4. All the Pools were properly heated all the time everyday. (There was a cold front with heavy wind the first day and you could still lounge in the pool) 5. Pool and beach towels are always available. 6. If you appear lost or not sure about something, Someone will appear and ask you ‘Can I help you with something?’ 7. Le Blanc has expanded its included Wine list…We LOVE Wine so for us that is a BIG plus. The Riviera Maya Resort (which is actually $400/night MORE than Le Blanc) had only 2 Wines that were included in their package and they were both $10 Wines. This Riviera Maya resort also was selling on their Wine list J Lohr Cabernet which sells for $18 in the Grocery up here for a WHOPPING and absurd $250.00. 8. The Butlers are always ready and Reachable. We had some requests and changes to make throughout our stay and they handled them efficiently. 9. Top shelf Liquors were available in all Bars. We have been going there for 18 years and there are a lot of Staff members that have been there since then. Le Blanc takes care of it’s employees, which insures that those same Employees pass that same care onto us. Here are some of the star Performers form this last trip. First and foremost, their Leader that leads from in front, Jazmin…she is a can-do, roll up her sleeves and get it done kind of Leader. We had an issue (Which was totally our fault) and Jazmin was actually able to resolve it the same day. All with a smile. Our check in process with Brando was also seamless. Manager Yesenia would always find us and ask us how our trip was going and if there was anything she could do to make our stay more special. We would begin our evenings at the lobby bar with a well served pre-dinner drink thanks to Maira. Rocio, our Room attendant cleaned our room impeccably everyday during our stay. she was fast and efficient. Restaurants: Blanc Breakfast and Lunch. Our Favorite and very attentive Servers David (We request his section every time), Magdalena, Daniel, Victor, Ulises and all the Ladies at the Check in counter. Chef David behind the grill prepared perfect Garlic Chicken for us three times…he also made an AWESOME Paella. Make sure to find out what day he makes it..(I think its once per week). Blanc Dinner: Fausto again from last trip, Isabel and Chef Marco. Restaurant Manager Edgar came by to say hi again and inquire how everything was. We stopped in another night to say hi to Jerry from our last trip as the night we dined there he was off. Yama: Ask for Cristian….he knows everything about the Menu, gets everything right every time. Chef Freddy came out to say hi again and also prepared an old favorite that was off the menu for my Wife. Lumiere: The Knowledgeable Cesar and Juan were our servers on both nights assisted by Andrea, Justo, and Alexandra. Hostess Janet was as usual very accommodating and helped us with a scheduling issue. Bella: Now has the biggest greenback Mussels we have ever had in an all-inclusive Resort….had them Twice. Our first night there Luis and Alicia were our servers and the second night was Angel. I asked Luis to ask Chef Daniel to make an old favorite of mine with Garlic, which he did and it was AWESOME. The always busy Pascualito remembered us and came by when he had a moment to say hi. Terraza: If you like Wine, ask for Yuri…over the past years while being our server we would discuss Wine, and each year his Wine Knowledge increases. He Recommended us a Wine on our second night which we had every day after that thanks to him. Yuri should be doing a Wine related job at the resort. His passion for it moves us every time. In-room Dining: Manuel used to be our asked for server at Blanc for the past four years and has moved to In-room dining now. So on our last day we decided to order room service so we could see him again and he was on time and as pleasant as always. Congrats to Manuel on making 15 years working at Le Blanc! Spa: Best back massage we’ve had and we were able to use our resort credits only paying the tax. We did a couples 50 min. and the 2 Therapists were awesome. Transport Manager: Joe was attentive, and the private Le Blanc transport from the airport and back were on time and very comfortable. Areas of Opportunity: It would nice if Port wine, Drambuie and Cointreau can be made available as after-dinner drinks, as currently the hotel carries Port wine only in Blanc restaurant and Grand Marnier. As we all know, a lot of things make up a good, proper stay at a resort, but when everything lines up perfectly, then that goes from good and proper, to absolutely AMAZING. And that’s what this last trip was. - eibytawil (2/5): Beware of Aggressive Timeshare Sales & Impossible Cancellation Process - I stayed at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos starting on December 12 for a vacation. During my stay, I was invited to attend a presentation for a vacation club / timeshare program. I was assured it was informational, but in reality it involved very aggressive and high-pressure sales tactics. After several hours, I was persuaded to sign a contract and make a credit card payment. The contract explicitly stated that I had 5 days to cancel (cooling-off period). Immediately after leaving the resort, I reconsidered and realized the program was not right for me. Within the cancellation period, I made multiple attempts to cancel: • Over 7 emails • Text messages to the sales representatives • Repeated follow-ups I received no response at all from the people who sold me the membership. Now, 15 days later, I am still trying to get someone to address the cancellation. The only response I receive is that “the cancellation department will handle it”, yet: • They provide no phone number • No email contact • No timeline • No confirmation that my cancellation request was received This type of behavior is, unfortunately, very common in Mexico with vacation club sales, and it creates the impression that the cancellation process is intentionally designed to be inaccessible so buyers miss the deadline. I want to be clear: The resort facilities and service were excellent, but the vacation club sales operation seriously damages the trust and reputation of the brand. I strongly advise future guests to: • Decline any vacation club or timeshare presentations • Never sign or pay on the spot • Get independent legal advice before committing If you attend one of these presentations, be extremely cautious. Once you sign, getting out may be far more difficult than what is promised verbally.
- Zimco01 (10/5): 5 Star and Personal - Second visit to this property and it lived up to what I remembered from the first visit always a very warm and friendly cozy atmosphere with a staff that's dedicated to making sure you have a great time. Always smile always greeting you and making sure your vacation is special very clean hotel. Everything is within five minutes so if you feel like a small quiet atmosphere, you're not going to be disappointed easy location from the airport and with the bridge being built, I think it'll be quicker the next time we visit.

So I’m happy I’m still on my meds so I have zero appetite 💆🏻♂️ 2 drinks and I’m flying n back to the room to sleep 💤 I love America 🇺🇸 Now I remember why I haven’t been here in 40 years
- Willi1264 (10/5): The best! - We were greeted by Joe and cold towels! Soon after, a drink and warm neck pillows….ahhh! So many people there make a difference in our week stay such as; Roger and Michelle. At the pool we were taken great care of by Maria, Jeanette, Lucinda, and Laura! At the upstairs bar, Rual was a fantastic bartender! We so appreciated our Butlers, René and Juan! At the Spa, we highly recommend Linda. And at the Salon, there’s no better than, Karina! Every restaurant had amazing service and food. I want to tell you our favorite restaurant, but they’re all so good and we have a favorite something in every restaurant, so try them all! We also had so much fun playing pickle ball, chess, pool, and other games! Just a perfect week, hanging out at the pools or the beach, just everything…so much fun! Thank you to everybody at LeBlanc that made our stay extra special! And we can’t wait to come back soon!

Our butlers, David and Eduardo took Exceptional care of us. The room was cleaned, stocked, and had a beautiful view of the beach. David listened and provided everything we needed for a romantic night in our room. David attention to detail from the champagne, bubble bath, and dipped strawberries was impeccable. All four of them made the stay way better, especially Raul we didn’t even have to ask for beer, when going to the bar we would walk in an immediately be given our drinks. The stay was amazing and these few people made it 10x better.
- Resort04790542253 (10/5): So Much Fun! Food was ok. - It was my first time in Cancun and we will definitely be back because of the service. Our 5th floor Butlers, Joel, Marco, and Carlos were great. Gabriela the barista the Kakau coffee shop was a ray of sunshine every morning. Jesus, Aldin, Omar, Esteban, Juan, and all the beach concierge and staff were so great and were constantly at our service. They made us feel very welcome every day. The rooms had incredible views, the beds were just very worn down so my back hurt almost every morning. The hotel was spotless and very clean. Lots of bathrooms all around and places to shower off down by the beach. Location wise, its literally on the beach, what more can you ask for? If you want to travel off resort, its walking distance from the main mall. Value wise, it was alright. It was very expensive. The food was good, but not great. The Mexican spot was the best food imo. Everything else was hit or miss. If you just care about getting drunk every day and hanging on the beach, you will have a great time. Jesus hooked us up with our best meal on our final day, a special collaboration with the chef, and served it to us on the beach. Alcohol: 9/10 (Didn't drink much but the selection is great. Reposado ranch waters were the drink of choice and they were amazing. Any drink from the cocktail menu is gonna be sweet af so be prepared for that. For some reason the non-blended margaritas were stirred and not shaken? Its a resort. In Mexico. The bar staff should be experts on any drink involving tequila in any format.) Mexican: 10/10 (I could eat the quesadilla and the lime tortilla soup every day for the rest of my life. Also, house made chips and tortillas. Love. Grew up in AZ tho so might be biased.) Japanese/multi-asian: 6-8/10 (depending on what you get, stick to the sushi imo and that rock shrimp tempura. Most everything stir fired was meh.) Steakhouse: 6/10 (Steak was undercooked night 1, Lobster was overcooked night 2. Side dishes were the selling point) Italian: 7/10 (Food was decent, mainly the pasta, but it was sooo slow. Our entire experience took 2.5 hours, we missed the evenings entertainment because of it. I was so ready to be out of there.) French: Didn't try, but heard it was an experience. Buffets: 6/10 (Breakfast is so crowded, hard to get good stuff. Omelettes were highlight. Lunch was a different theme each day. Stir fried food was highlight. everything else was a buffet, food sitting for a while, kinda greasy, nothing to write home about.) Desserts: 6/10 (Poolside churro cart, crepes, donuts and pastries in the Cafe Kakau, some ice cream like the tiramisu, and the banana tart at the Mexican restaurant were the only good things we had and the only reason this isn't a 3. Almost all the desserts served after dinner in the restaurants were not good so we had to get our sweet fix in other places.) Poolside menu: 8/10 (Ceviche, guac, burger as long as its not rare, and not on the menu, but wood fired pizza from the Mexican place which they will bring to you, were all really good.) Loved the pool and the beach. I wish they had some DJs or more upbeat music. It's adults-only, so the crowd was very senior and so the entertainment was geared towards that. If you are younger and looking for more of a party vibe with your all inclusive stay, you might want to look elsewhere. Outside of getting a stomach bug from some bad lobster I ate at the resort, my wife and I had a great time in Cancun. Pro Tip: Service received has nothing to do with your membership level, despite what anyone tells you. If you want good service, tip! It's that simple.

- jessicawD1091FM (10/5): The Best Place on Earth! - I travel fairly often and can safely say that Le Blanc Cancun is my favorite resort above all others! I have been there multiple times and each time I am 100% pleased and happy. The resort is well kept, very clean and the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable, the food at all of the restaurants is excellent, the pools and beach are wonderful but above all what makes it stand out above other resorts is the staff. I planned a group trip there several years ago and worked with Enrique Chan in conference services. Following that, I have vacationed there several times with my family (all adults) and he always makes us feel so welcome. I know I am in great hands when I come to Le Blanc and enjoy seeing Enrique. The butlers, Antonio and Rodrigo, were terrific. They greeted us by name, with a smile and offer of assistance every time we left our room. It is a good feeling to know they are always in the area to assist with anything needed. The bartenders, Artemio, Ivan and Raul, in the lobby bar made the evenings so fun. They are pleasant and funny and they also make a great drink! Even the pool staff ended up knowing our names and consistently took care of anything we could possibly want. I could go on and on, but the point is this place and the staff are the absolute best!
