• Fabio (9/5): Viaggio turistico con amici e famiglia - Ottima posizione, tv Smart, bagni puliti e letti comodi Viaggio di gruppo e i miei amici hanno riscontrato questo problema: Unica pecca al momento della prenotazione avevo chiesto se ci fosse il bidet in camera, in quanto con bambina piccola risulta fondamentale e anche per noi adulti. Ma caso volle mi viene data, forse l’unica camera senza. Alla richiesta del cambio camera non c’era la disponibilità, ma avrei dovuto aspettare le 20:00 di sera se volevo il cambio, con l’ardita richiesta che non avrei dovuto toccare niente nella camera avuta precedentemente (dopo un viaggio infinito con arrivo in mattina). Mi sembra impossibile e mi sono tenuto quella che avevo.

• luca (8/5): Ottimo punto di partenza per city tour - Buona la colazione, ottima la posizione, purtroppo per avere la comodità di essere vicinissimi alla stazione, si paga lo scotto di quello che si trova vicino alla stazione. Resta ottima la posizione, e la vicinanza a tutto, ovviamente comodissimo per i mezzi pubblici. Rumorosità nelle camere ma sopportabile

• Angie (7/5): Nice and cosy - L'établissement est propre à l'intérieur, les chambres sont cosy. L'établissement est bien placé (à 5 min de la place Garibaldi et de la station de métro). Il est bien desservi. De plus la navette de l'aéroport nous dépose sur la place à 5 min à pied de l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner est correct, même si le choix n'est pas très large L'extérieur de l'établissement, la rue dans laquelle il est situé fait qu'il y a beaucoup de bruit de jour comme de nuit, et des vendeurs à la sauvette au pied de l'établissement. De plus, Naples a conscience des problèmes de propreté donc devant l'établissement on peut retrouver des poubelles débordantes, mais qui ne sont pas la responsabilité de l'établissement.

All went well until after checkout when a series of bizarre messages went back & forth explaining that my payment. card had been declined and my stay cancelled free of charge even though I stayed & the payment was made in full. I raised it as a possible fraud with booking.com As usual booking.com were not interested and did nothing. Another good reason to not deal with booking.com

• Hilppa (9/5): Hyvä hotelli rautatieaseman vieressä. - Sijainti rautatieaseman vieressä on huippu. Aamiainen oli tyylikäs, hienosti tarjoiltu ja parhaar capucchino ja croissantit koko matkalla. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, saimme aamiaisen puoli tuntua etuajassa. Hissi oli ok, samoin 24 h avoin reception. Mielenkiintoinen kävely satamaan, 2 km, koko kaupungin kirjo näyttäytyi. Parveketta ei voi käyttää meluisassa ja likaisessa ympäristössä, mutta emme sitä tarvinneetkaan. Sisältä hotelli on siisti ja vanhanaikaisen tyylikäs. Suihkussa ei ollut lämmintä vettä, vain haaleaa. Hinta oli korkeahko.

• Renugadevi (2/5): - The person at the breakfast area was nice and friendly. Quite a lot. The room advertised versus what we got was very different. Quite misleading tbh. My friends and I did not feel safe.. on our first day early in the morning someone proceeded to put the key and open the door while we were sleeping inside. Room itself was not very clean, we didn't have any amenities in the room and had to constantly ask the staff for everything which we got after such delay. Definitely overpriced.

Tras enseñarle la cantidad a cobrar fijada en booking, me ha cobrado más cantidad por el impuesto local. El desayuno no llega ni a justo, muy escaso. La habitación que me entregaron tenía la mampara rota, me dijo que al día siguiente la arreglaba, no se dio el caso. Seguro que seguirá así.
• Daniela (5/5): - Reservamos este lugar solo por que incluía el transporte desde el aeropuerto, lo solicitamos tres días antes y nos respondieron que se pedía con dos días antes y que ya no se podía, a pesar de que lo pedimos tres días antes no nos dieron el servicio de transporte, el que nos respondió nos habló súper mal y nos dijo que solo tomáramos un taxi afuera del aeropuerto y ya, no nos ayudó en nada

(2/5): Onveilig gevoel nooit meer! - Het ontbijt We moesten de sleutel van het hotel bij de balie laten als we weggingen, de airco werd uitgezet als we weg waren en voor het hotel stinkt het en zijn veel heusselaars en zwervers. De douche was niet verstelbaar en sloot niet goed en je kon buiten en de kamers verderop nog horen....
