• Sophia (9/5): Klein aber fein - Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kommt direkt zu einigen Hauptattraktionen in Istanbul. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber ist vollkommend ausreichend für den Aufenthalt und hat alles, was man braucht (sogar einen Kühlschrank). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was ich auszusetzen habe ist: Mein Zimmer war direkt in Richtung Straße und somit kann man den Verkehr sehr hören. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, würde ich Ohrenstöpsel empfehlen.

• Rohitha (10/5): - Staff. Very friendly. From the airport we were planning to spend some time until 12 noon to check in. However it was pouring down so hard we got a taxi straight to the hotel. Reached @ 7.30 in the morning planning to keep the baggage and come back later to check in since it was raining we couldn't go out. They quickly prepared the room and asked us to go to the room no need to wait until 12. They gave us the room @ 9 also we were given breakfast as well which we paid. It was so nice of them to provide a room to us that early. Very welcoming staff ready to help anytime
• cristina (10/5): Estancia perfecta. - Fueron las personas más amables y atentas que nos pudimos encontrar. Mi hermano se puso malo el primer día y se mantuvieron atentos de él en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, literalmente al lado de Santa Sofía y la mezquita azul. La limpieza perfecta y los colchones comodisimo. Además tiene una terraza en la parte de arriba muy acogedora. La comida también buenísima. Sin duda, lo recomiendo. Nada, todo fue perfecto

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay very comfortable. A special mention to the owner, Usman, who was really kind and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was good overall, just a few minor areas could be improved, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

Я бронировал одна двухспальная кровать. Нас заселили в номер с двумя кроватями. Туалет не работал,окно единственное не открывалось. Я высказал претензию. Это было в 23:45,раньше добраться из аэропорта не получилось. После извините скандала с моей стороны нам предоставили номер с одной кроватью. Мы были очень сильно уставшие и согласились,по крайней мере всё (относительно)работало. Потом фото предоставлю. Утром на рецепшене никого не было,работал только ресторан. Нас покормили завтраком,ну после других гостиниц Европы очень своеобразным. Ну ок спасибо что покормили. Я подошёл к официанту и спросил где админ? Он сказал нету говори,что хотел. Я показал фотографии,что в номере не так,он разозлился и сказал что то не нравиться ,взял чемоданы и до свиданье. Я сказал у меня всё уплачено и съезжать не собираюсь. Дальше,за всзвремя прибывания номер ни разу не убирали,туалетную бумагу ходил просить в ресторан. Администраторы ни разу не появлялись. Даже когда съезжали просто на стойку ключ положили и всё.
• Goran (10/5): Perfect !!! - From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we had a truly perfect experience. First of all, the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Mehmet, who took great care of us and assisted us with everything we needed. He made us feel very welcome and special from the very first minute. It’s always wonderful to see such a friendly and professional attitude 😊 Our room was extremely clean and everything was prepared with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, and even the smell of the room gave a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. The bathroom was spotless and the products provided were of very good quality. I can honestly give a full 10 out of 10 when it comes to cleanliness 🧼✨ The location of the hotel was also perfect. It is very central but at the same time quiet, so we were able to sleep very comfortably at night. The restaurant area was stylish and spacious. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations. There was a wide variety of food and everything was fresh. The service staff were also very fast and very friendly ☕🥐 The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is definitely what makes this hotel stand out from others. I would especially like to thank Mehmet again. He is not just doing his job, he really cares about the guests and their satisfaction. A hotel that has employees like him will always be successful 👏 In short, in terms of location, cleanliness, service, breakfast and staff friendliness, this hotel absolutely deserves a perfect 10. When we come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to everyone

• Gárgyán (7/5): Ennyiért ne várjunk csodát, de amit tudnak, kihoznak. - A személyzet kedvessége minden hiányosságért kárpótolt. Alapvetően tisztaság volt, én azért a szobák falain egy szivaccsal végigmennék, hogy 1-2 foltot megszüntessek. Azonnali melegvíz. Reggeli nem bőséges, de pont elég és friss. Mintha én burkoltam volna a szoba helyiségeit. Az ablakot szigetelni kéne, a zárt ablakon fújt be a szél. A törölközőket lassan illene lecserélni, mosáshoz pedig egy kis ecetet adni, mert kőkemények voltak a törölközők.

Small rooms but that was completely fine for my 2 night stay. I would stay here again and would recommend to solo travellers, friends or couples. Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch! Just general maintenance of the furnishings would be good.

• YU (10/5): - 完美的旅行体验，酒店的位置非常好，100米之内就是蓝色清真寺，方尖碑和索菲亚教堂，m1电车也在附近。酒店的服务非常好，老板亲自帮我拿了行李。早餐很丰盛，综合考虑性价比，比别的酒店好太多了。非常满意的一次住宿体验！

• AYAKA (8/5): - まず立地がブルーモスクすぐそこで大変良い。この立地でこの値段でシンプルな朝食がついていて、大変ありがたかったです。また、スタッフの方々がとても優しくフレンドリーです。いろいろな悪い評価もありますが、値段を考えて評価するべきです。この立地と価格を考えてると、とても十分なお部屋でした。トイレがやや狭いですが、1〜2人で過ごすなら問題ない範囲です。寒い中、お部屋も暖かくて助かりました！ お部屋にもゴミ箱があると嬉しいです！

• Rachid (3/5): - L'emplacement Les chambres étaient très petites, et elles ne sont pas communicantes, contrairement à ce que l'on nous avait dit. Pas de place pour circuler. Elle se trouve au-dessus d'un restaurant bruyant. L'endroit n'est pas du tout adapté pour une famille et pour un long séjour. Après une nuit, nous avons changé d'hôtel.
• Fotis (7/5): Γενικά παρόλο που το δωμάτιο είχε αρνητικά τα παιδιά ήταν φουλ εξυπηρετικά και μας κέρδισαν από την πρώτη μέρα. Γενικα λ - Ήταν ευγενικό και άψογο το προσωπικό στη συμπεριφορά τους και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ στενά και το μπάνιο είχε μούχλα. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό και δεν είχε μπουφέ ώστε να έχουμε ποικιλία στο τι να διαλέξουμε. Με ένα πιάτο μας είχαν. Δεν μας καθάρισαν καθόλου τα δωμάτια 3 ημέρες που είμασταν εκεί.

• hashem (10/5): فندق انصح فيه وبشددددددة - طاقم العمل جداً جداً جداً محترمين وودوين . الفندق امان ومناسب للعائلات والافراد . الموقع قريب من كل الخدمات والاماكن السياحية كل الشكر للاخوان زلفي محمد عثمان والاخت مروة على حسن ضيافتهم وكرم اخلاقهم.
