• Frank (5/5): Lage gut, ansonsten nichts - Die Lage, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche, Gastgeber freundlich Das Appartement stank sehr nach Katze, das Sofa war nicht sauber, die Ausstattung der Küche sehr dürftig, kein Geschirrtuch, 3 Gläser, 3 Messer. Eine Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss, die andere im Keller. Nur über jeweils ein Fenster zur Straße kommt Licht herein, Lüften der Schlaf- bzw Badezimmer fast unmöglich. Sehr laut. Tisch viel zu klein, kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten weder in der Küche noch im Bad noch sonstwo. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer nur von einer Seite zugänglich. Kurzum, besser nicht buchen für den Preis.

Наличие кухни - можно готовить 4. Тихо (если попадутся нормальные соседи), машин не слышно 5. Недалеко небольшой магазинчик 1. Очень крутая узкая винтовая лестница. Если у вас тяжелый чемодан или болят колени - это не ваш вариант. 2. Мебель изношенная, некоторые розетки болтаются, у плиты (переносная однокофорочная) плохо держится переключатель. 3. У душевой кабины нет одной створки, неудобно мыться - вода попадает на пол. 4. В кухонной раковине нет горячей воды, в раковине в ванной она течет еле-еле.

• Elmira (8/5): - The hotel is located next to the Sultanahmet Mosque, in the heart of the tourist district. The adhan was regular, exactly what I was looking for. During Ramadan, hearing it and feeling spiritually motivated was especially rewarding. Streets are beautiful, especially path to the mosque. Near the cafes are normal price I'd also like to highlight the friendly and operative staff.🤗 Upstairs was cold during night or maybe it’s from the weather.

• Anna (10/5): Нам все понравилось! - У нас был номер с террасой. Вид очень красивый, с одной стороны видно Босфор, с другой голубую мечеть. В комнате есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, плитка, полный набор посуды, микроволновка, чайник. В 25 минутах пешком есть рыбный рынок, где можно купить свежайшие креветки, устрицы и рыбу. Мечеть в 10 минутах ходьбы. Автобус до нового аэропорта в 10 минутах ходьбы. Все очень удобно! Для меня матрас мягкий, я люблю спать на более жестком матрасе. Со стороны кровати не было батареи и было немного прохладно в душе, но если включить кондиционер на тепло, то проблемы нет!

• Daniiar (9/5): Durable, convenient place to stay with small family on a budget. - If u are traveling with family it's a cheep and convenient option. Nothing fancy, but there is all what you might need. Location is good 5 minutes from Sultan Ahmed. The host is super cool and helpful! Kitchen has all the utilities. We were cooking every day. Everything is clean. One thing to mention is sound isolation in the bathroom.

He even helped us to contact our airport transfer service provider for our trip from Sultanahmet to Istanbul Airport. Toilet is a bit small with no proper water drainage near the toilet bowl/sink. Light in the toilet was faulty and not replaced until we checked out.

• سارة (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect. Very calm street and near the sea. The apartment is large and convenient, perfect for a family. Loud birds at morning lol. And some of the facilities are too old to enjoy their advantages. Also we faced AC malfunction but we made it through as the weather wasn't that fatal.
• Joy (1/5): It was just unpleasant. - Proximity to key tourist attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque etc. This property is not what it claims to be through Booking.com. Booking.com was obviously given half-truth about this property. This property has 'three categories' of rooms which are cunningly called "Economy", "Standard" and "Executive" as found on Booking.com. But some key details were hidden about the "Economy" that it is a cellar apartment. The Executive apartment is on the top floor (2nd) which can be accessed only by a 90-degree steep spiral stairs with very narrow steps. The most disgusting thing about this Executive apartment was the nauseating odour in the bathroom which can hardly fit an average-sized person. One should be prepared to climb up the steep street to reach the main road. It should also be mentioned here that the owner did not charge me extra for the "Executive" apartment which was allocated later over the phone before the arrival. There was no one at the apartment when I and my family reached there. No receptionist, no owner. When we landed at the airport (IST), the owner ("Business Manager") shared the passcode of the electronic keypad fitted outside the metal door to the property. The apartment key was left hanging on the keyhole itself. The only human being who came there just before our checkout was a lady who introduced herself as the housekeeper! In all faith, I would suggest the prospective customers be wise enough before committing yourselves.

It's true but you need to know istanbul has many such slopes therefore it's a common problem for most accommodation. Shower water flow is slow and not hot enough though.

Apartment was good price for money and clean. Kitchen has all the essentials. Bathroom is little small with shower door too close to toilet pan. Nowhere to hook bath towel.
• Seyedehfarzaneh (5/5): Passable - It was very close to attraction places. Easy to check in and out and the host was very responsive. I booked this place for 4 nights. It is very noisy due to the air vents connecting each of the rooms. Each time people go to the toilet or speak together it’s like having them in the room with you, even if they’re two floors above. The cleaners did a good job cleaning the floors, linen and kitchen area however the mattress on the top of the bunk bed was covered in black mouldy stains and the walls next to the bed haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. The ceiling in the bathroom is also covered in black mould. The top bunk bed was unsafe as the frame is damaged.

• Travelbugzz (6/5): A good location - A good location. Blue mosque is a 7 minute walk away. Flat was lovely and warm and has heated flooring in the kitchen area. The hotel is just tucked away from one of the main roads. Flat is quite small with 2 flights of very steep steps. There is no washing machine in the flat or on site so details on the website are incorrect. However, the host was kind enough to offer washing to be picked up. The area is very noisy especially during the night. This is from the cats fighting and the seagulls constantly squawking!

• Ian (7/5): Excellent location and price. Okay for a night or 2 - - The location of this apartment is EXCELLENT if you are wanting to visit the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia. Both are super close! - the room and linen were clean - really good price for the location - Really large double bed in the 1 room -Very noisy! Not from the street, but actually from people going in and out of the apartment building (we were in apartment 3 which was quite close to the building's entrance door and I think the walls are quite thin). So I would strongly recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. - the shower water was cold the 1 morning and not very hot in general. - the WiFi wasn't very good. Slow and patchy. - A couple things need a touch up eg there was a cracked glass in the cupboard and paint is peeling a bit from the walls

• Waeil (9/5): Many thanks - the Wifi was very strong. communications was on whatsapp and was very quick too about 10 mins walk to SultanAhmet quiet area. room floor made our feet black but it was because the windows were left open after the last customers which is understandable. they sent someone to sweep the floor straight away which was very good of them.

• Nitulescu (8/5): Very good - The hosts are kind. I can help you with the transfer from the airport and back. It's clean. It is positioned quite close to the tourist attractions. The price-quality ratio is a very good one. The linens and towels, although they were very clean, were quite worn (yellowed by the weather). The household appliances are also quite old, yet they are functional. :) In the bathroom there are smells coming from the sewage system. The shower head could be changed. You can only get to the bathroom through the room with the bunk beds.
• Eugene (9/5): Expectations coincided with reality, a spacious apartment and a great view from the terrace - - The apartment is exactly as pictured - The host is very responsive and helpful. On the day I checked in, I had trouble opening the door and he came within a few minutes to assist me - The bed is large and comfortable, with a perfect new mattress - The kitchen is well-equipped - A heater is available for use - Cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and bed linen. The apartment was clean upon arrival - There is a nice view of the sea from the terrace - Since this is the top floor, you may even get a visit from some friendly cats - Even if the floor appears dry after taking a shower, water magically appears on the floor in front of the shower doors 10 minutes later - The shower head leaks and looks worn, but the host promised to fix it soon - The internet connection is not very stable and may disconnect for brief periods of time. The speed varies between 10-30 Mbps

• Timothy (5/5): fair, but noisy and small - central location very small and noisy apartment. Main bedroom is the living room right next to the door to the central hallway: all noises from the hallway come straight into the main bedroom. The small separate bedroom needs to be entered in order to reach a very small bathroom.
• Vasily (9/5): Perfect host to live in awesome location, very suit for family with kids. - Location is great, nearby touristic seesights, restaurants. Host is awesome. very helpful and in touch about every question. room service was brilliant, every doom rooms were cleaned up. It can't be change with that building, but the stairs is not very convenient for small kids.

• Alexandra (9/5): Highly recommended - Very good location, despite the fact that restaurants and attractions are very close, it is very quiet in the apartment. We lived on the last floor in the apartment with terrace, view is gorgeous! Apartment was very cozy and clear, thanks to the hosts for the regular cleaning! The refrigerator door was broken, but it did not affect its operation at all.
• Bouchaib (9/5): Great stay, would definitely stay again ! - * The location is absolutely fantastic, the hotel is really well located, saved us a lot of transportation expenses for real, "hagia sophia" "blue mosque" "grand bazaar" "topkapi" all of these historical places were just an easy walk for us * the staff were really polite, appartement was super clean everyday, and you could just message the owner for any needs * the small kitchen is equiped with everything we needed, although there are some outdated equipments such as the electrial oven and the microwave but hey as long as they do the job i dont mind * shower is always hot, the cleaning lady always provides shampoo, soap ...etc * the master bed is super comfy, the 2 bads were not bad still confortable though, the pillows are bit small wich is my only complaint, maybe i am just used to bigger pillows None
• Anonymous (9/5): Recommended. Worth staying. - Great host, personnel is very kind. Clean room. Great location if attractions of Sultanahmet is your objective. Some little improvements could make the hotel even better: Shower's bracing and toilet's flush button need to be fixed, however it is a problem of many hotels. TV screen has malfunction and you'll see a vertical line of crushed pixels on the screen. Chandelier in the small room doesn't work.
