• Norihiro (2/5): 立地だけはいいがあまりお勧めはしない。 - 観光地が近いところは良かった。 ぱっと見はいいが、掃除が全然されてなく、シャワー室に髪の毛も落ちてるは食器は埃かぶってるでどれも使ってない。ドアと立て付け悪いので、結構な力で開け閉めしないと開かない。あと、受付に誰もいなくインターホン押してもこちらが言語わからなければ、勝手に切られて終わる。チャットで連絡したら来たが、チェックイン前に預けた荷物は埃かぶってて汚かった。

• Rhianna (6/5): Good location, but no reception or self-check in - The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow options. We were pleased to see water was provided in the room. This was refilled in the fridge daily. Tea and Coffee making facilities exist, and shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. The room has a nice view overlooking the street in central Milan. The location is excellent right near restaurants and the metro station Duomo. This is only 10 mins max from Milan Central. There is no reception on site. You need to buzz them and they come from another hotel to let you in. This took close to 10 minutes on check in, and over 20 minutes waiting for us to collect our bags after we’d checked out. The other reception workers who are at the hotel on the same site linger around the entrance. Waiting an indefinite amount of time, not knowing when the staff would arrive, was a very strange experience. Not one we’ve had at any of the other similar apartments/rooms we’ve been to in Italy. The shower did not heat up consistently. In the morning, we could have a hot shower, but in the evening, it would not warm up. Nothing we could do about it, it just seemed that the hot water had run out. This happened on both nights we were there. The bathroom needs a deep clean, as the shower was starting to get mouldy in the corners. It is noisy, especially during the time we were there which happened to be a music festival at the duomo! No negative on the hotel for this, but I’d recommend googling if there is anything on there before booking as there was loud music noise until 10pm.
• Ascensión (9/5): Magnific - La habitació i el lloc és perfecta a un pas del Duomo I de casi tot. Tens nevera aigua i cafè gratis. Puc tornar sens dubte. Per indicar alguna cosa ens va costar trobà el lloc perquè la entrada més ben dit la porta és molt bella i el rotul està al costat i no té imaginas que allò és el Rooms.

Triste l'ingresso, cortese la persona che ci ha accolto che abbiamo comunque dovuto chiamare in quanto in loco non c'era nessuno, ma sono arrivati rapidamente. L'ascensore davvero piccolo, ci siamo fatte due risate quando ci siamo trovate incastrate. Ma ci sta il palazzo è vecchio. Le camere comunque sufficientemente ampie Non mi è piaciuto il bagno e soprattutto la doccia, non mi ha dato la sensazione di grande igiene. La camera rumorosa anche la notte, trovandosi sulla strada, moto e tram continui, ho in parte risolto con i tappi per orecchi forniti anche dall'Hotel

Camera n°150 molto rumorosa perchè direttamente su strada con degli infissi datati che non eliminano il rumore. Abbiamo trovato dei tappi per le orecchie ma servono davvero a poco come le tende oscuranti che abbiamo trovato staccate in parte e quindi "poco oscuranti". Consiglio di migliorare anche il servizio check in, abbiamo avvisato un'ora prima del nostro arrivo, una volta arrivati abbiamo citofonato e hanno chiesto di aspettare 5/10 min. Dopo 25min senza nessuna notizia siamo saliti al piano seguendo le indicazioni per la reception, nessuno presente. Chiamo il numero indicato su Booking e mi risponde un ragazzo che fortunatamente in 10min è arrivato. Ovviamente quando sei stanco e non vedi l'ora di farti una doccia e buttarti sul letto non è proprio il massimo questa accoglienza.

Que no hablen castellano, que no tenga un ascensor cómodo y las escaleras este ocupadas por personal de construccion, y que no vengan a realizar el check out. Además de estar el edificio en obras y tener ruidos molestos a partir de las 8 am

• Karolina (5/5): Well Located, but Disrespectful Service and Awful Experience - Very convenient location. The minibar fridge in the room was not working, which was a serious issue for me as I needed it to store my medication. I contacted reception several times, and although they said maintenance would come, no one ever did. Instead, I was told it was my responsibility. The staff was quite rude, and at one point even hung up on me. I asked for a refund so I could move to a place where I would be treated with kindness and respect, but this was declined. It was only after I contacted Booking that they responded. They eventually arranged to store my medication elsewhere, but I didn’t feel comfortable having to call repeatedly just to access it. Thankfully, both a nearby restaurant and a taxi driver showed genuine kindness—the taxi driver even went out of his way to buy me a cooler to help me store my medication. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The lack of care, empathy, and basic consideration—especially while I was unwell—made it one of the worst stays I’ve had. Also, be aware that you need to carry your suitcases up one floor, which can be inconvenient.

Fue agresiva y antipática El hotel antes del ascensor el cual es una miniatura ya que entra una persona y una maleta. Tienes que subir un piso con las maletas . Y después que logras bajar del ascensor hay más escalones. Pero todo esto no importaría si no fuera tan agresiva la persona que nos hizo el check out No tienen recepción Solo una salita donde tienen un posner para cobrarte el impuesto municipal Si vienen en auto prepárense, no hay parking cerca y es imposible estacionar en las medicaciones del hotel

Le bruit. L'hébergement est dans un vieux bâtiment, en ville. Donc, on entend la circulation jusque tard dans la nuit. Il y a bien des boules quies à disposition mais ce n'est pas idéal.

Wir haben um 23.00 beinehe eine Stunde gewartet bis wir jemanden erreichten.. Die Türe liess sich mit dem Badge nicht öffnen. Tip: Die Kellner der Bar auf der linken Seite des Eingangs können die Türe von innen öffnen. Deshalb konnten wir ins Zimmer.
• Edilberto (3/5): Habitación cómoda pero acceso muy complicado - La ubicación, cerca al Duomo de Milano. Habitación limpia, cómoda, moderna pero una observación, no funciona el aire acondicionado tuvimos que estar con la ventana abierta y mucho ruido de la calle pero manejable. Es raro. No hay recepción. Llegas y en la calle debes tocar un Inter comunicador, te atiende una señorita y te dice que esperes. Debes entrar a las 2 pm no antes y si llegas antes debes insistir para que venga alguien y guarde tus maletas. Eso fue muy incomodo.
• Sinem (1/5): Terrible place - It was terribilly bed,not safe.the worker and place was like a maffia building.even we couldnt get in the rooms,just saw them on the door.its better and safer to sleep on the street than to sleep in this place ‼️😡 Not safe and not reall like photos
• Dalia (6/5): - La ubicación está muy bien en el centro de la ciudad, a 2m andando del Duomo. El personal es muy agradable. Nos ha sorprendido bastante la entrada del edificio que es bastante estrecha, hay que dubir escaleras para llegar al asencor. La entrada del edificio es bastante oscura y en un estado bastante mal pero las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas. Por la noche se escucha el ruido de la calle y del tranvía. Ponen en la habitación tapones oídos porque sin ella no se puede dormir.
• Sarah (4/5): The bed was very comfortable, but everything else was a big disappointment - Very comfortable bed Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were blood spots and hair on the floor tiles in the bathroom, as well as what looked like mould in the shower. Showers had to be very quick before we ran out of hot water. The first night, we had no hot water. Definitely time for a bathroom renovation. The carpet had also not been vacuumed, there were what looked like biscuits crumbs in the carpet. Not sure what the cleaning charge is going towards. We had been travelling for over a month, in lots of different hotels and apartments and this was by far the worst we had stayed in. We were also frustrated that we had no control over the air conditioning. It was very hot, and we were told that “it’s now winter, so it’s all been switched to heat and to turn it off if it’s too hot”. That’s not really good enough.
• Georg (8/5): Top Lage für Lärmunemofindliche - Top Lage !! Geräumiges und stylish eingerichtete Zimmer mit sehr schönem Bad. Zugang ist eher abschreckend. Zimmer direkt zur Strasse, nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste (trotz bereitgestellten (Ihrstöpseln).
• Louise (7/5): Clean modern room - but location comes with traffic noise - Location close to Duomo was great as we only had a one night stopover. Room was very modern and clean. Staff were prompt and helpful - it’s not a regular hotel (ie no reception) but converted rooms in an older building. Noisy - outside traffic and tram was very noisy! Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. Stay outside of the central area or pay a lot more if you want quiet.

• Yeşim (7/5): Konum süper , oda ortalama - Konum süper Ufak tefek teknik sıkıntılar vardı , akşam geç saate sıcak su kalmıyordu, ısıtma yetersiz
• Benson-Ryal (3/5): Disappointing - Good location The power was out all night until 2:30am with no backup generator. The windows were not soundproof so the room was very loud. The elevator was not working. The internet was inconsistent
• Matias (1/5): Estafa ! Horrible ! - Tuve que esperar que alguien venga a abrirnos. No era seguro. El ascensor era en el primer piso. Tuvimos que subir todo en escalera. Y la habitación era horrible. No es lo de la foto. Nos fuimos y nos devuelven el dinero. Ojo es una estafa!!!! No es lo que muestran. Es una habitación dentro de un pasaje horrible. Muy feo. No pudimos quedarnos
• Corinne (7/5): Sentiments mitigés - L emplacement. La proximité des lieux touristiques (2 min du Duomo et la galerie Alexandre). La chambre était tb, bonne literie, eau chaude, petit frigo avec eaux inclues. La situation centrale du lieu est le seul atout (pour moi). Le bruit de la rue(tram), des odeurs de cuisine des restos aux alentours, problème d insonorisation, la tv qui n allait pas... Et surtout, personnel Inexistant !!! On sonne à la porte d entrée (pas très clair vu qu il y a quelqu un là mais c est pour d autres locations !?.. La personne prend nos cartes d identités , nous fait payer, nous ouvre la chambre et puis.... Plus rien... Pour partir... On ne voit personne... Donc sentiment Très mitigé !!!

• Carla (6/5): Localização não é tudo. - Da localização e espaço do apto. De ser surpreendida com escadas antes do elevador, que é dos anos 1930. Além disso, a funcionária não ajudou em nada com as malas e nem explicou o uso do elevador. Quem nos auxiliou foram funcionários do hotel, que é no mesmo prédio. A recepção foi bastante ruim.
• Romulo (9/5): - The location is definitely prime, very close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. If you enjoy sightseeing bus tours, the boarding point is across the street. When you arrive on the room level, it feels like you're in another place, it's very modern and the accommodations are spacious and clean and the staff is wonderful. There is no lobby on site. Upon entering, you must climb 10 steps to a small area where you will collect your keys and then use a very small elevator, barely large enough for two people. If you use a wheelchair, it's an extra struggle, and an electric stroller is out of the question.
