- George (10/5): Enjoyable Few Days - Good location 10-15 mins walk from railway station (for buses to airport). Reception staff were friendly and helpful in English to us whose Italian sadly is non existent. Restaurant meals were good value with plenty to choose from. Shower in our room had doors and was one of the few in our experience where none of the water ended up outside of the shower.

We had 2 different rooms because the first one was a shoe box that looked at a garbage can and it was our honeymoon. The showers in both rooms were awful. Extremely low water pressure so I was unable to shower and had to wait til morning.

- Katarina (9/5): Beautiful stay - The staff was really helpful even before coming to the hotel. They answered all emails quickly and also were happy to answer questions regarding our stay. We were greeted warmly and everything was explained to us! The room was very clean and modern and while staying there it was also cleaned very well while we left the room. The only thing I might critique is that in our room when the neighboring room was watching TV, you did hear it quiet a lot but for us it wasn't that big of a deal!

The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch—everything was spotless, well maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. It instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect, especially for visiting Rome. Being so close to major attractions and transport made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. It’s one of those places where you can step outside and immediately feel the magic of Rome around you. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, were the associates. Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed, not just like a guest but like someone they were happy to have. I would 100% recommend Prassede Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would gladly stay here again. A fantastic hotel all around! 💛🇮🇹

- Bianca (10/5): Fantastico - La Struttura si trova praticamente di fronte alla basilica papale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Roma Termini. è distante circa 10 minuti di camminata dal Colosseo e ad altri monumenti come la fontana di trevi e l’altare della patria. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Offriva i soliti prodotti di cortesia ma anche pantofole e balsamo per capelli. Lo staff è gentilissimo disponibile e preparato. La colazione è varia ed è servita al tavolo. Ottimo soggiorno!

The cleaning staff were very polite and friendly and did a great job. The only thing that put me off was the floor in the bedroom. It appeared badly stained, and it was the first thing I saw as I entered. The pressure of the hot water in the shower was poor & although I like the tiles, due to their complexity, they are stained in the shower area.

- Sander (7/5): Great stay - The hotel was really clean and the staff were amazing (Martina and Linda) as they helped with searching a good Roman restaurant on Xmas evening. Breakfast is at the restaurant Molina next door - super friendly staff as well. The rebuilding on another hotel above us was annoying but again the staff were helpful and acted on the noise made. Owner even apologized for it even though it wasnt his fault. Temperature was arranged centrally so that was arranged via the reception, this was new to us but worked well with the 24/7 coverage of the whatssap number (again Martina & Linda)

From the first day we arrived, we woke up every morning to renovation noise inside the hotel. The room we were given was shockingly bad. The “double bed” they advertise is actually two single beds pushed together, and during the night I literally found myself falling into the gap between the beds. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the lower bedding was dirty and smelly. And one of the biggest problems was the hot water. After spending the whole day walking around Rome, all we wanted in the evening was a simple hot shower. We turned on the shower, waited and waited, but not a single drop of hot water came. This wasn’t a one-time issue — it happened every single evening. There was no hot water at night at all. We were forced to wait until the morning to shower, which completely ruined our comfort and our plans. The wardrobe had no door — they claimed it was “designed like that” — but inside there was a huge motion-sensor light that turned on with the slightest movement and lit up the whole room like daytime. Sleeping was almost impossible. The electric sockets were coming out of the wall, the bathroom tap was loose, and the entire hotel had a bad smell. Calling this a “comfortable room” is simply dishonest. For this price, you can stay in a real 4-star hotel in Rome. Don’t be fooled by the “central location” — Rome is walkable everywhere anyway. We were extremely disappointed and requested a refund through Booking.com. Don’t waste your money — avoid this hotel. And one more thing: The management of this hotel absolutely does not belong in the tourism sector. Running a hotel in such poor condition shows a complete lack of professionalism. A manager who cannot maintain even the most basic standards should honestly consider another career, because this level of mismanagement damages the reputation of Italian tourism
- Andreas (8/5): Rom! Traumhafte Lage vom Hotel. Frühstück hervorragend. Jederzeit wieder - Das Frühstück wurde serviert. Man konnte ohne Begrenzung auswählen. Speisekarte nur auf Italienisch und Englisch. Nicht auf Deutsch. Mir persönlich ist ein Frühstücksbuffet lieber. Das konnte man aus der Buchung heraus so nicht erkennen. Das Frühstück war aber wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage zum Bahnhof und bei der Kirche Santa Maria Maggiore ist einfach gewaltig. Besser geht es nicht. Ich brauchte nichtmal ein Taxi vom Bahnhof zum Hotel. Und logischerweise ist am Bahnhof auch die Metrostation für beide Linien in Rom. Wir sind ja täglich mit der Metro gefahten. Das Zimmer war leicht staubig, minimal Spinnweben in der Ecke usw. Der Duschablauf ( Syphon ) scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Wir hatten immer leichte Geruch aus der Kanalisation.

Centralised heating. We had to message the property to change the temperature in our room. Staff were very responsive and changed the room temp asap. Would have been nice to be able to change the temp at our convenience.

- Ted (4/5): Won’t stay there again. - The location was perfect. There was no hot water, and the air smelled unpleasant (odor from a spray probably). Additionally, they had blocked the guests from changing the AC, requiring us to call the reception for any modifications. Furthermore, our shower was broken, and the reception was aware of the issue (and confirmed it) but failed to take any action to fix it.

- Susan (9/5): - The hotel was conveniently located not far from Rome Termini train station -a 5-10 minute walk. It is also walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions in Rome. From the moment we entered we felt very welcomed. The staff are exceptional - warm, friendly, happy and helpful. The restaurant attrached to the hotel was good for dining, serving delicious food. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
- Manuel (9/5): Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln, die die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter aber wieder - Super Lage, saubere Zimmer und hilfsbereiter Service durch das Personal. Hotel generell und alle Zimmer bräuchten eine Renovierung. Der Lärm des drunterliegenden Restaurants ist in der Früh zu laut.
