I always worry about that with my sensitive nose. It was less than 20 minutes from the Disney parks. Staff was friendly. It met all if my needs. One small hiccup, missing flatware, a fry pan, and dish washing cloths and towels. Staff made it right.

Our reservation was not correct when we arrived. They had us checking out a day sooner(29th) than our confirmation said(30th). Neither the hotel or the booking agency would Remedy this situation and we ended up having to check out one day earlier than anticipated . We booked through a third-party and there was no mention of $20 a day to park your car.

- Tatiana (8/5): Agradable - Instalaciones muy cómodas, con todo lo que se necesita para poder cocinar lo básico, tiene una perfecta ubicación, el servicio al cliente es muy bueno. No realizan limpiezas tan seguidas y cuando van no cambian las sábanas y tampoco limpian toda la habitación, en cuanto a la limpieza podría mejorar muchísimo.

- Cassie (4/5): Read before booking! - Close location to Disney and proximity to everything else. We recently returned from a wonderful family trip, visiting multiple parks and enjoying a full week of activities. Unfortunately, our hotel experience did not meet expectations. This was our second stay at this property (previously in 2022), and based on that positive experience, we chose to book again. However, several changes and issues made this stay disappointing. At check-in, we were informed that the shuttle service to the Disney parks had changed as of March 1, 2026. It is no longer continuous and now operates on a single drop-off time (10:25 AM) and pickup time (10:30 PM). Our stay began April 11, and although we booked well in advance, we were not notified of this change. We were also charged a nightly “destination fee” ($10 + tax) for amenities and premium WiFi. As IHG members, WiFi is already included, and the property does not offer amenities beyond what is typical (e.g., a standard pool). The hotel policies still list WiFi as free. Parking was an additional $20 per night. The room itself had several issues. The shower had very low water pressure, a small shower head, and the water had an unusual odor. This made it difficult to clean up after long days at the beach or parks. The room was stocked with only three towels for a family of four, and there was minimal toilet paper upon arrival, requiring an immediate request for additional supplies. One of the queen beds was positioned extremely close to the wall, requiring one person to climb in from the foot of the bed. Housekeeping was also lacking. Over our six-night stay, trash was not collected, and we had to manage it ourselves. There was no room service and no breakfast offered. While the hotel staff were friendly, the property, policies, and overall value did not align with expectations—especially given the added fees and reduced amenities. We will likely choose a Disney resort hotel for future visits.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The shuttle to and from the Disney parks doesn’t have enough pick up and drop off times. The parks open at 9 and having to wait til 10:25 to get picked up and taken to Epcot is not convenient. Also there was only one pick up time that’s late in the evening. My husband I ended up driving ourselves to the park due to this when part of the reason I booked the hotel was because of the shuttle advertisement. But really it’s lackluster.

- Lydie Medley (10/5): Great staff, clean room, perfect location. - The front desk staff at both check-in and check-out were efficient and professional. The room was clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the bathroom amenities—Dove products are a great touch. Parking was convenient, and the hotel’s location was excellent.
- Rafael (5/5): Will never come back - New and clean building. When we arrived the staff kind of threatened saying that we have to pay for their parking lot, even though there are several parking lot free and very close nearby. If you stay more than one night, they usually do not clean your room, you have to schedule it, and they are not available to clean it the majority of the days. Also the staff are not receptive at all. Also I am still awaiting for the refund of the safety deposit, they said they will send it. It is more than a week and nothing, I will have to call them to solve this. Think 2x about coming to this hotel. Very expensive too.

There were a few things I did not like from the beginning of the stay, at check in I was informed of a $20 a night parking fee, so that was an additional $40 on the bill I did not budget for. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket to use the fold out couch as a bed, I did not receive it until the next day after asking again, we had a pillow delivered to the room. I worked in hospitality for many years, I notice things that others might not see. There was a rip in the bed sheet, also holes in the single towel hung in the bathroom. The room was clean enough, but i was grossed out by the stains on both couches and even the lamp shade. I noticed the cabinet handles in the kitchen had smudges all over so I wiped them clean myself. The top of the microwave was filthy. The level of cleanliness was below what I expected for the price paid. I wont be returning.

- Robin Hermes (1/5): Bad - Location “I made a reservation with Booking in which I booked two rooms, which, when I arrived at the hotel, only one showed up. I made the complaint to Booking, I made the complaint to the hotel, and I paid for two rooms, and they only gave me one. No one gave me an answer—neither the hotel nor Booking. I am truly very disappointed. The person who assisted me at the front desk had no professional ethics to resolve my problem. I honestly don’t plan on booking again through Booking nor returning to that hotel.”

Front desk needs better training and much better customer service skills. - Close to where we wanted to be during our stay Front desk at check in was very rude. Charged me when I already told her I had paid for my room. Actually argued I didn’t pay already and I even had to pull up my bank account to show it had already been paid. Charges do not show immediately but the fees she took out were immediately and were not returned immediately. Caused me a lot of issues because being double charged meant no money for planned food while there. I had to wait for the money to be returned to my card. We had no money for food as we had planned this trip on a budget.

- Juliana (6/5): Decepcionada - Localização… Lake Buena Vista é sempre uma região maravilhosa para ficar. Quarto pequeno, com a cozinha praticamente ao lado da cama…. A “mesa de refeição” é a escrivaninha…. Não era o que procurávamos e nem o que tínhamos entendido ser oferecido pelas fotos do Booking. Pedimos para cancelaram nossa estadia por conta destas questões, foi sofrido mas, com a segunda funcionaria que chegou depois na recepção, conseguimos… mas até hoje, 7 dias depois, não foi feito o estorno no meu cartão de credito! Enfim, dificil!

- MELANIE (8/5): - J'ai choisi cet établissement pour sa proximité avec DISNEY SPRINGS (3 arrêts de bus) 14 nuits - chambre double QS très bien équipée et fonctionnelle (cuisine équipée avec 1 grand frigo) - ménage très bien et à la demande sauf petite partie moquette - Calme au bout du couloir - laverie gratuite - piscine et terrasse avec serviettes de bain à disposition - enregistrement et départ rapides - dépôt de 50 $ avec remboursement immédiat - commerces et restaurants à proximité - idem arrêt de bus ville - très bon rapport qualité/prix - certains membres du personnel gentils et serviables - consigne bagage possible et gratuit : j'ai apprécié. Je recommande cet établissement car convenable et économique. Les moquettes n'étaient pas assez entretenues dans la chambre, l'ascenseur et couloirs - je n'ai jamais entendu ou vu d'aspirateurs pourtant j'ai cherché - la piscine manquait d'entretien et de nettoyage régulier avec épuisette - il fallait aussi réclamer les serviettes pour la salle de bain dès dépôt des anciennes. Service du BUS 350 trop irrégulier mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel. On a vu des personnes en forte précarité de ce côté.
