- MOHAMED MUZAIN (5/5): Average stay - The stay was okay overall, but there were several things I did not like. The property was advertised as a hotel, but it felt more like a privately run home accommodation. Check-out at 10:00 AM was too early. The breakfast was disappointing water pressure in the shower was weak The room was on the second floor with a very narrow staircase, which made carrying luggage up and down very difficult.

Facilities were missing (lamps without lightbulbs, TV without working remote). Though it's presented as a 4-star, this is a small, cute, family-run, fake-fancy pension; you shouldn't expect service above that of a 2-star

Room was spacious and sunrise from the balcón was beautiful! There was no heating in the bathroom and breakfast was ok for a couple of days, but if you are there longer you might miss variety.

Kein Duschbad in der Dusche, Fön defekt... Kein Wasser im Zimmer und Kühlschrank leer. WLAN fällt dauerhaft aus... Sehr laut, Zimmer liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße.

Il Personale è gentile e disponibilie ma non parla italiano. Avevo prenotato una Doppia con 2 letti e invece ho trovato una matrimoniale. L'ho fatto notare e mi è stata proposta a un altra camera sempre con un matrimoniale ed un divano dall'aspetto durissimo.ci siamo dovute accontentare e abbiamo scelto il piano inferiore perché non c'è l'ascensore. L'hotel dista almeno 20 minuti dal centro. Si trova in zona ospedaliera. La stanza è grande ma manca di appoggi per valigie e di attaccapanni, nel bagno manca il bidet. la Colazione a buffet è inesistente, poche cose e croissant imbustati manca anche il latte caldo e possibilità di tostare il pane. Arredamento antico ma soprattutto le Luci spente e l' impossibilità di accenderle, sia nelle scale di accesso ai piani, che nella piccola hall, sono a rischio inciampo. L'unica luce che si accende è all'ingresso. Più che un hotel è un beb visto che non c'è nessuno tutta la giornata. Quando è piovuto, una Parete della camera era infiltrata da pioggia. Essendo su strada principale la stanza è molto rumorosa e fredda. In conclusione, il buio, l'assenza di personale tutto il giorno, l'arredamento antico barocco danno una sensazione spiacevole, inquietante quando si rientra nel pomeriggio in hotel. Si può trovare sicuramente di meglio.

La cordialidad de Sheila en todo sentido Muy poco, por ejemplo, la observación que hubieron algunas luces en el dormitorio que no se encendían. Por último, hubiéramos querido tener una tostadora y leche caliente en el desayuno. Eso nada más ☝️

Je vous conseille le restaurant juste à côté, à des prix très abordables. Chambre et salle de bain tout confort, bien équipées. La gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais les produits proposés ne sont pas qualitatifs. Impossible de trouver une place proche de l'hôtel pour se garer.

Sehr hilfsbereite Rezeption. Beschreibung zum Parkplatz und weitere hilfreiche Informationen vorab über WhatsApp bekommen. Sehr gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ausbaufähig.

Pas de personnel présent sur place à l' accueil selon les heures et la lumière étaient éteintes au sein de l établissement durant ses moments. La télévision ancienne ne permet pas de brancher un câble HDMI par exemple et le wifi est faible.

Кровать скрипела и была сделана из 2-х, вид из окна на брошенную машину, которая уже начала цвести. Долго искали бесплатную парковку, нашли на противоположной стороне улицы, рядом была за 700лек за ночь.
