Richard (10/5): Great hotel, world-class hospitality - Very nice little hotel in the centre of Florence. The facilities are very cosy and the rooms feel modern. The most impressive thing however, was the people working at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they all did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. If I would return to Florence, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rachel (8/5): Fabulous break, lovely people, felt safe and looked after. - The location was great with easy access to the centre, The staff were really friendly and nothing was any trouble. Very clean with a great room that was really comfortable with a great shower. The entrance wasn’t great as we had a little trouble opening the large wooden door to get to the second floor entrance from the street on an evening and it was a little noisy but we were so tired and the room was so comfy we slept well.

Todella hiljainen huone 2. kerroksessa, hyvin nukutti. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen. Sisähissi oli vähän hidas. Ulkotilaa oli erittäin rajallisesti.

Stuart Shaw (9/5): Arte Boutique is central to everything in Florence, has a lot of character with friendly staff. - Arte Boutique's staff was very friendly and engaging. Our room, which was a spacious suite, had an amazing view of the duomo. The happy hour during early evening was a relaxing time for a pre-dinner cocktail. We had some mosquitoes in our room throughout our stay and both of us ended up with multiple bites despite killing a half dozen of them over a 5-night stay, and they were present whether or not the windows were open.

The staff was very he - Excellent location and convenient to all major historic sites and museums It was very difficult to drive to the hotel due to restricted zone and road closures . Navigation got lost and was not helpful . It would be best if the staff directed us to their garage to drop off the car and then we could take a taxi to the hotel . An even better option if garage provided a service of dropping customers off us at hotel and parked our car after . Other hotels offer this service .

Lovely juices and coffee. Perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing!! It was our first time there so the hotel was an easy walking distance to everything. Even made it easy when we needed a quick rest between activities. Staff was wonderful and really helpful how to get the most out of short stay in Florence. Highly recommend.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Besonderes oder Außergewöhnliches. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das abendliche Apéro, das wirklich gelungen ist und eine angenehme Atmosphäre bietet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super – zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, besonders für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

NIGEL (10/5): The Arte Boutique Hotel is a little master peice. - The hotel was excellent. The location was very central and it appeared to us we could walk to the main attractions generally between 5 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. We also liked that the hotel and location being slightly away from the main tourist attractions was swamped with tourists so restaurants and bars around the hotel had a good mix of local and tourists. Another benefit was the hotel is very near (St. Marco square) for the tram to and from the airport 5 minute walk. The room and overall hotel was very clean and you tell they had been recently renovated and the overall ambience was very calming after the bustling streets of Florence. Other reviews have given positive comments off the Continental breakfast which I endorse, as the selection of meats, cheeses, breads /pastries etc. was very good. Also, a another major bonus was the free daily (6pm to 8pm) appreitivo drinks and bar snacks provided. This was a super start to evening plans. Last but not least, the staff were superb, very friendly, could not help enough and always had a smile. I wish all hotels had the same attitude to Customer Service!!!! The Art has certainly been put into the Arte Hotel and and is a masterpiece of a Boutique hotel. Nothing to note. Maybe the hotel signage on the wall could be a little larger to aid helping you find the hotel entrance on first arrival, if you are not arriving by taxi / Uber.

shoyuu (9/5): Wonderful!! - 家族で二泊しました。サービス、部屋の美しさ、清潔さ、シャワーの設備にとても満足し素晴らしい滞在となりました。前日の早朝に空港へ出発しなくてはなりませんでしたが、事前にタクシーの手配予約と朝食も部屋に届けていただき、大変助かりました。子供達にも親切なので家族連れでも心地よく利用できます。外のドアを開ける方法を親切に説明してくださいましたが、その通りにしてもドアが開かないことはありました。ただ電話すればすぐに対応していただけます。大変満足していますが、強いて言えば、ドライヤーのコードをさしても直ぐに抜けてしまい、抑えながら使いました。私たちの使い方が悪かったのか、コンセントの問題なのかは分かりません。また、これは日本以外を旅していればよくあることですが、トイレは詰まりやすいので注意が必要です。

Jia Jia (7/5): Boutique hotel in Florence - Great location, in close proximity to most famous sites. Deluxe king room was spacious, bedroom slippers and bottled water were provided for free. Poor soundproofing, could hear noisy guests from outside of the room and upstairs. Room furnishing is a bit dated, especially the curtains. We also found a strand of hair on one of the bathrobes, so the cleanliness could be better.
