• Michelle (8/5): Good location, be aware of the limited avalable check-in time and noise - It's close to the train station in walking distance of 10 minutes. Big space with a living room. There's a kitchen with coffee machine and tea pot, some fruits, cookies, milk, etc. The host can only be there during the afternoon for check-in. We waited in a restaurant next door for a while to allow us leaving our luggage before check-in. The room Windows are to the street with railways. So the noise can be a problem until midnight then starts again next mooring at 6am… We later got WhatsApp connection and the communication became easier…

Nos explicou tudo, nos mostrou um mapa de Firenze muito lindo feito à mão, com todas as indicações de restaurantes e bares, nos deu dicas de como nos locomover na cidade, lugares a visitar e de eventos e exposições que estavam acontecendo. The shared kitchen are had lots of provisions available for guests to use without charge. The location is ideal for the main rail station. We loved our room (Jonny and June) and it gave us the most relaxing stay so far in our Interrail adventure. Highly recommended. Nothing - perfect for our needs.

• Petros (10/5): Beautiful stay in Florence with great hosts. - Viola and the entire staff are extremely kind and accommodating. They communicate every step of your stay. The property is comfortable and so easy to get to from the train station. Its quiet and peaceful. Perfect for short stays to see Florence or if you are planning longer trips. You get full access to the kitchen and beautiful garden. It was a great stay. I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Florence. The rain shower needed a small fix in my room but the hand held shower attachment worked great with lots of water pressure.

The owner Viola and her staff Irene are super proactive and responsive, providing all the information we need. The location is convenient, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Amenities are great. They provide coffee, tea, snacks, fruits, a full kitchen where you can cook. A nice dining/sitting area and a quiet green backyard. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. There is a nice Sushi Restaurant, Sushi Subido, next door. Really convenient for us. Our room is right beside the local rail. It can be noisy sometimes. But my kids and I are great sleepers so it didn’t bother us.

Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich toll und ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Altstadt, aber nahe dem Bahnhof. Man hört die Straßenbahn, welche vor der Unterkunft verkehrt, ist aber immerhin gut angebunden.

The shared kitchen with basic stuff helps a lot also. And the garden to chill is amazing. Some rooms are close to the reception and kitchen and time to time was a little bit noisy, but nothing out of control. I felt that everyone is aware of that and respect it.

• Brigitte (9/5): Herzliche Unterkunft in Florenz! - Der Vorab-Kontakt zu Viola, der herzliche Empfang, der wunderbare Garten, die liebevoll & einladend ausgestatteten Räumlichkeiten, die sehr bequemen Betten, die Frühstückssnacks und der Kaffee im Gemeinschaftsbereich sowie die gute Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes Santa Maria Novella und damit die Zentrumsnähe werden mich dazu bewegen, auch meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Stadt Florenz in dieser Unterkunft zu buchen. Klare Empfehlung! Von unserem Zimmer aus der Lärm der Straßenbahn. Aber als Vielreisende habe ich immer Ohrstöpsel dabei - also: letztendlich kein Problem.

Habitación muy espaciosa, cama comodísima y grande para descansar bien, ya que Florencia te deja muy cansada al final del día. La cocina y salón compartidos preciosos, puedes desayunar gratis con la leche, galletas, fruta, café, etc, que puedes encontrar cuidadosamente ordenados. Q maravilla! Tiene un jardín con butacas para relajarte. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren y de todos los sitios turísticos, un paseo. La dueña Viola muy amable, muy simpática y siempre ayudando en todo, ella tiene tanto estilo como su alojamiento. • Deborah (10/5): - The B&B was charming and had a lovely breakfast/common area where there was tea, coffee, and snacks available. The rooms were comfortable and each had a unique, different decor. Elena and Viola were both very helpful and kind. They offered useful information about what to see and how to get around Florence. The tram line is right outside the Frimi B&B and was only 1.7 Euros to travel all the way to the airport. The location was convienent to everything we wanted to do. As in all central locations, you can hear street noise but we just put on a white noise app and slept very well.
• Madison (10/5): - We loved our time at Frimi. Viola and Elena made us feel at home, and the room, kitchen and gardens were beautiful! It was in a convenient location in this very walkable city, and I could not imagine staying anywhere else. I will be recommending this property to anyone I know who is travelling to Florence!

The rooms were great, spacious, absolutely tempting and very nicely decorated. Kitchen is fabulous and not to forget, the garden outside. This is a must stay in Firenze. Highly recommended

• Mr B (10/5): Fabulous - What a wonderful find. Viola was so friendly and helpful, and communication throughout was excellent, even before we even arrived. We chose a room that overlooked the garden. It was spacious and quiet. The room was beautifully decorated, with unique attention to detail, as was the rest of the B&B. The large bed was very comfortable, the shower powerful and everywhere very clean. We had our own fridge and access to a shared kitchen. Complimentary fruit and biscuits along with coffee and a selection of teas and juices were provided which was a bonus. Viola kindly provided many recommendations which were helpful. We booked a reservation at Vini e Vecchi Sapori which didn’t disappoint. The location was the perfect location for exploring everywhere. Lots of restaurants and some interesting, less touristy places to see. 7 mins from the station and 20 minutes walk to the Duomo and centre of Florence. Equally, a 30 minute walk takes you across the river, areas worth visiting. Of course there is public transport on your doorstep which is very easy to use as Florence now uses contactless. We would highly recommend and will definitely book here again should we visit Florence in the future.
• Jia (10/5): Exceptional - Viola and her staff were wonderful hosts. The property was lovely including the back garden. Viola explained everything really well and gave us a map of local recommendations which we loved. Location is great, only 10 mins from the main station. The kitchenette was well stocked. We stayed in the triple room which included separate room for the single bed. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with each one having unique decor. We were really impressed with how personalized each room was. Shower was also great. Wifi didn't work in our room. The scent diffuser was a bit strong in our room , but you can open windows if it bothers you.

• Santiago (10/5): Best service ever - The reservation was for my young daughters. Frimi crew took care of them during their stay. Based on my daughters report and the videos they sent, the hotel is beautiful and the hotel crew (thank you, Elena) is warm and kind.

Viola and others are very nice and helpful. Feels like I visited my friends of relatives. There are many vintage things and the place looks very well put together and stylish. Also very close to railway station and tram stop One more interesting thing is that there many tips, maps, cards and other things that will be useful for tourists -

She is truly warm caring and engaged in what she does she is what a host is supposed to be My wife and I found that she went over and above what she had to do and excellence was the only option for her we truly loved our time with her The room was the most creative place ever The room we stayed in was the Johnny and June room and I'm going to not give away the answer to what you may think it is but you have to experience as all I could say is there is a 1950s motorcycle that's actually in the room we truly loved our experience with baola the room was immaculate the and creative and she went way above and beyond our expectations
• Mon40 (10/5): Great Florence expireance. - It is very nice boitique hotel, each room is personalized with a lot of nice details. Our room was decorated with antique furniture and with a lot of style. Every room has its own true story which gives it a special atmosphere. Viola eho is runing the place is extremely hospitable and helpfull, taking care of all you need. There is also very cute garden. Everything was perfect, just some noice from the neighbour dog being in fight with the cats. But, you can allways close the window.
• Asta (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful hosts, both Elena who greeted us, and the owner Viola. They gave us some valuable tips, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel home:) looking forward to staying here again🐝. The place is clean, has all the basic necessities, plus a cozy garden to relax in. Most importantly, you can tell how much care and love went into decorating and maintaining the rooms. It’s been an honour staying here, grazie mille!

• Scott (8/5): Lovely, would return! - Lovely place and fantastic staff. Not far from all that Florence has to offer and if you struggle on your feet their is a tram 2 minutes walk from the b&b Could be quite noisy when other guests were moving around and in the kitchen/living area.

• Ritu R (10/5): Beautiful stay close to the historic center - Frimi is a beautiful property just 2 tram stops away from the historic center. Viola has given the place a character which is at once unique, stylish and very much like her - elegant, welcoming and friendly.

• Sean (10/5): Lovely stay! - Host Viola was lovely, showed us around on arrival, beautiful home and the room was lovely. We were in the vintage room, and it was our favourite stay so far in Italy. Handily by the train station, and easy to walk to most of the places in Florence. A full stocked kitchen for snacks and coffees too, 24/7. Viola provided a number of suggestions of things to see and places to eat, with some discounts and was on hand via WhatsApp to help with any query. Definitely returning there on our next trip to Florence. Air con was great.
• roadrunr2018 (10/5): Amazing B&B ! - We spent 5 days at Frimi B&B in June 2024. This place is cozy, clean , have accommodations to allow cooking. The place is clean ands very well taken care of. Only seven minutes from the train station. Viola the owner is just amazing very helpful and available.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Sleepless in Florence - Bohemian room doesn’t just have a city view it is right on the street level which means the paper thin walls convey all of the noise, wasn’t able to sleep at all which is the point of booking a room. If I wanted to stay awake all night, my family and I would have slept on the street. There is a streetcar that runs frequently which sounds like a spaceship every time it passes. It’s impossible to ignore unless you’re dunk. Other than that, the room was clean and modern, however the single bed is on a creaky and weak frame. It’s clearly meant only for a child.
