• Małgorzata (7/5): - Bardzo czysto, własna łazienka, dostęp do kuchni i lodówki, miły kontakt, blisko głównej stacji metra i pociągów. Pokój ciasny, klatka schodowa wymaga remontu, okolica niestety brudna i zaśmiecona. No i trzeba pamiętać że to nie hotel.

The rooms were very small, nothing to do with the pictures, the bathroom on the hallway to share with another booked room... the room has no windows, the only small window was in a the bunked bad's room. Thw WI-FI doesn't work. There are very dirty stairs to the entrence.
• Francesco (2/5): - La colazione inclusa era eccellente. Forniscono saponi e asciugamani. Quando abbiamo prenotato eravamo convinti fosse un B&B (come scritto nella descrizione). In realtà è un ostello. Appena si entra prima di salire nell’effettivo stabile c’è un cartello con su scritto (questo non è un B&B). Straniti dalla situazione già dall’inizio saliamo sopra e scopriamo che nel nostro stabile prenotato erano presenti altre persone. Tutto ciò non era specificato nella descrizione dello stabile. La camera per famiglia (4 persone) in realtà è una stanzetta di qualche metro quadro con un letto matrimoniale, un solo comodino e una tv non funzionante. Sempre in questa stanza è collegata un’altra stanzetta con ancora meno metri quadri dove è presente un letto a castello. Totalmente claustrofobica. Il WiFi era inesistente. L’unica cosa di cui non ci si può lamentare è la pulizia. Ogni giorno alle 9 venivano a pulire. Il “parcheggio privato” è in realtà un parcheggio a pagamento non del “b&b”.

As camas e as almofadas são bastante confortáveis, permitindo um bom descanso. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom, embora um pouco limitado, pois incluía apenas um croissant (que era ótimo) e uma bebida à escolha entre cappuccino, café, sumo de fruta engarrafado ou água. Ainda assim, tudo tinha boa qualidade. Destaco também a simpatia dos funcionários da pastelaria, que foram sempre muito atenciosos.” “O aspeto menos positivo da estadia foi a falta de apoio presencial. O Wi-Fi não funcionava. Infelizmente o entorno tem muita sujeira (e isso é um problema da cidade e não da hospedagem). O banheiro fica externo ao quarto. E a cama é tubular faz um barulho terrível sempre que você se mexer.

• Gabriela (1/5): DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE - Nothing literally nothing August 29th 2025 I hated it everything, to start the host or anyone isn’t there to greet you and you have to call, I was fortunate that my SIM card works in all europe but I still payed for an crazy expensive international call, because there was no one or no information, just a ugly nasty building. A lady from a bakery came, she was incredibly rude and only spoke in Italian even tho WE DID NOT UNDERSTAND, as we talked to her she ignored us. Right after we got into the room we could notice that it was DIRTY there was a gigantic cockroach on the shower floor, and a lot of dirty and hair all lover the room, and trash under the bed and table, we could notice they only made the bed and did not actually cleaned the room. The shower it’s disgusting I was so uncomfortable of taking a shower over there, couldn’t wait to leave. In the mornings as we went down to have breakfast and the workers at the bakery were extremely rude to us, uncomfortable, we felt unwelcome. Building its nasty, old, dirty and ugly. The neighborhood its nasty and so dirty. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Letto troppo cigolante, bagno ad uso esclusivo della camera tripla non interno alla camera ma esterno (bisogna passare attraverso la cucina dove ci sono gli altri ospiti e quindi scomodo), assenza di ganci in bagno per gli asciugamani, wifi non funzionante. Le foto della camera non corrispondono a come è attualmente.

• Mario (7/5): - Breakfast in the nearby pastry shop was very good, the staff were very friendly and available. It was very close to the Central station, and many little markets and places for eating were open until late hours. Our stay could have been much better with just a little bit of investment in household appliances. For example, the kitchen equipment was very bad; a couple more pots and pans, sugar, and oil would be great. It was a nightmare to turn on the gas in the kitchen to cook something. This should be repaired. The entrance and the kitchen were shared (this was not understood from the description). Also, we had problems with the hot water, so the boiler is apparently not working well.
• fabio (1/5): Pessimo - La colazione Tutto molto sporco e decadente, il riscaldamento non c'era o cmq non funzionava , l'appartamento era umido e freddo si stava meglio fuori, le pulizie non venivano fatte da tempo sia in bagno che in camera c'era sporco ovunque, il bidet non aveva acqua ed era tutto ossidato, la finestra del bagno rotta non si chiudeva, la porta finestra della camera si chiudeva ma male , entrava aria , la doccia e il bagno in generale sporco di muffa ovunque ,posso mettere dolo 4 foto ma ne avrei altre da mandare

Il proprietario molto disponibile e cortese. Colazione sublime! cek in e cek out flessibili con possibilità di lasciare a loro i bagagli. Consiglierei una pulizia prima di fare il cek in, anzi in generale!

El hospedaje no debería difundirse en Booking, por las siguientes razones: 1: No tiene servicio de WIFI o no funciona, 2) No hay ascensor, es un primer piso con gradas 3) La entrada al Edficio es sucia, de terror, se requiere una llave adicional para ingresar por una puerta metálica. La zona es "fea" con calles sucias, inmigrantes sin hogar. No recomiendo el hospedaje.

Trato muy bueno por parte del propietario y un muy buen desayuno en su propia pastelería, justo debajo del alojamiento. Muy cercana a la estación de tren. • Gregorio (4/5): Decepcionante, no volveríamos - Cocina completa Para empezar, la ubicación no está mal, pero estaba pegando a un barrio peligroso. Hay fotos que no coinciden con el alojamiento, ya que supuestamente están bloqueadas, pero al reservar aparecen. Por otro lado, la mitad de luces no funcionan, la cama parece del siglo XV, suena como una carraca, el colchón súper incómodo, y mucho ruido; vamos, imposible dormir. Es un piso compartido, que para colmo, nuestras “vecinas” de arriba, nos robaron un paraguas, aunque Fabio nos dio uno después. Es medio simpático comparado con lo que hay en esta ciudad. La ducha enana, el agua no sale demasiado caliente, y la calefacción del cuarto mejor no encenderla (el filtro deja un olor horrible). El menaje no estaba demasiado limpio, pero había de todo.

• Lorenzo (2/5): - Per farla breve non abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura (sempre se esista), il gestore ci ha portati in un hotel li vicino, stile horror, quindi la nostra camera e il tutto non corrispondeva alla descrizione, in più la camera dell'hotel è stata uno schifo.

Mais de gros points négatifs : petit déjeuner pas compris alors que sur la réservation oui, isolation des chambres inexistante (c'est comme si on était dans la chambre des voisins ...), réservation pour 1 lit double et 1 canapé lit et finalement qu'un lit double, ménage/changement des serviettes de toilettes fait seulement une fois (le deuxième jour...), pas de réception.

Cependant, l'insonorisation avec la chambre attenante est presque inexistante. Il y a une lucarne dans le mur de séparation. Ainsi, si les occupants de la chambre d'a côté écoutent la TV ou parlent, c'est comme si nous étions dans la même pièce. Le bruit de la rue est présent mais assez modéré. A noter qu'en cas d'arrivée après 21h, 15€ seront demandés.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - I was not aware that we had to contact the hotel manager prior to checking in, which led me to walk around the city for two hours trying to find the property (it is not marked on the outside). The shower also did not have hot water and the manager did not tell us that upon greeting us.
