- Samuel (5/5): NÃO VOLTAREI E NÃO RECOMENDO - Localização, higiene são os pontos fortes 1: Escolhi principalmente este hotel por ser o único que dizia ter e apresentava fotos do fitness Center no próprio site e na galeria do booking, ao chegar lá simplesmente a recepção me informou que estava em manutenção . 2: Quartos com decoração velha e escura na cor vinho. (ap1306) 3: Piso em madeira antiga acordava qualquer pessoa que esteja dormindo quando levantava ao meio da noite pra ir ao banheiro (ap1306) 4: Folos para o café da manhã todos os dias às 09:30 após a nossa corrida na rua, sempre após esse horário as reposições paravam de ser feitas , houve um dia que até os ovos não repostos. 5: Por 3 dias fomos obrigados a ter que chamar e esperar o técnico da manutenção para acessarmos os nossos apartamento, pois a fechadura eletrônica não funcionava, dos 3 dias pelo menos 5 vezes nos não conseguimos. ISSO FOI INSUPORTÁVEL

- Jerome (9/5): Bien agréable séjour de 3 nuits à Tirana - J'avais demandé un étage élevé, nous étions au 14e et dernier étage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la place Skanderbeg. Je recommande vivement cette démarche La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est mal ventilée et de ce fait "réservée" aux fumeurs. Si on est sensible à la fumée de cigarette, il faut rester dedans. L'eau n'arrive pas vite au 14e étage !

No soft pillows available. No suit pressing service. Air conditioning didn't work. Only one plug socket in the room. Shower in the bath held together with gorilla tape and flooded the bathroom every time I turned it on. Intermittent wifi. The place needs pulling down and rebuilding.

The ladies at the reception were incredibly sweet, and Mr. Doris was very cool and attentive as well. One thing we appreciated was that we were able to exchange money at the hotel, which was very convenient. Breakfast was lovely, especially because we could enjoy it on the terrace. The beauty of the hotel is simply amazing—really impressive. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of the city, which made getting around very easy. From our room we had a wonderful view, which made the stay even more special. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Apart from that, we had a great experience and felt very well taken care of.

- Cemoğlu (8/5): Manzaralı ve merkezi konumda olması güzeldi. - Otelin en sevdiğim yanı tam merkezde olması, her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Havaalanı servisleri otele 3 dakikaydı. Odalar meydan manzaralıydı. Yılbaşı için konaklamıştık. Manzara harikaydı. Kahvaltı ortalamaydı. Otel ücretinin tamamını peşin ödememize rağmen ya pasaportumuzu teslim etmemiz gerektiğini ya da kişi başı 50 euro depozito ödememiz gerektiğini söylediler. Pasaportumuzu konaklama süresince orada bırakmak istemediğimiz için 50 euro depozito ödedik. Check out yaparken odayı kontrol edip depozitomuzu iade ettiler. İlk defa böyle bir uygulama ile karşılaştık. Rezervasyon yaparken böyle bir uygulama olduğu bilgisi bize verilmemişti. Odalar eskiydi. Yenilenmesi gerekiyor.
