• James (10/5): We had a pleasant five days in every respect at Banks Mansion. - Location! We were able to walk most places we wanted to visit and there were excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Enjoyed the five p.m. happy hour for free drinks and socializing. Nothing to dislike.

There was an issue regarding an unauthorized deduction from my bank account during my stay. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the complimentary wine and cheese assortment in afternoon. There was ample seating and a good assortment of games to play if desired. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times.

• Emily (10/5): Perfect hotel for a weekend away, great location and the staff were superb - The whole experience was superb. The staff were so accommodating/ went above and beyond. Communication was great before arrival and they organised for the room to be decorated for my partners birthday. The room was lovely, a good size, we had the view of the canal and everything was 5*. They were great on arrival, so welcoming and kept making sure they added anything they could to make the weekend special.

Lady in the kitchen made awesome eggs & everyone was very friendly- a real credit to the hotel. It was tired - lots of signs of wear (eg chipped furniture) & things broken (like the ice machine). There was also work taking place & whilst the work was only during the day it did impact. Maybe would have been better to close for a week or so.

• Lisa (10/5): An unforgetable stay and a boutique hotel I wholeheartedly recommend - Everything about this hotel was outstanding from the staff, the decor, the comfy bed, the toileteries, the self serve bar, cheese trolley, snacks and absolutely fabulous breakfast. It was also located very centrally and the lobby was a fantastic place to sit and relax. I highly recommend and would like to return. A minor thing but the lift was a little slow.

• Elidemir (2/5): - Location.. The hotel does not have a 4-star concept overall; the staff was sullen and unresponsive. The woman who prepared breakfast in the kitchen and said she had worked there for 28 years was very sweet and attentive. In the rooms, there was only one small bottle of water provided; the double bed was very uncomfortable and I think it was old because the middle part was higher while the sides had sunk in, and when I first opened the duvet, there was black hair on the pillow and similarly, there was long black hair on the bathrobe.. So overall, it wasn't a hotel worth the money we paid..

Das Angebot all inklusive war hervorragend, eine tolle Auswahl an Getränken und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück mit allem was dazugehört. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber , gut ausgestattet und gemütlich Das empfohlene Parkhaus in der Nähe ist sehr beengt bei der ein und Ausfahrt. Die max Höhe von 170 cm ist kein Scherz. Wir kamen fast nicht wieder raus.

Dat is pas echt vrolijk wakker worden! Locatie top. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vond ik erg goed, zeker door de locatie en het all inclusive concept. Interieur is niet zo mijn ding, beetje oubollig.. Maar de rest maakt het goed!

O quarto é extremamente espaçoso, bem equipado e funcional, oferecendo toda a infraestrutura necessária para uma estadia confortável. A cama merece destaque especial: foi uma das melhores em que já dormimos em hotéis, com nível de conforto excepcional. A equipe é muito solícita, atenciosa e esteve sempre disponível para atender às nossas necessidades. A localização é estratégica e facilita muito uma experiência completa e fluida em Amsterdam. Não identificamos pontos negativos relevantes durante a estadia.

• Essam (10/5): A great location, great food with a very friendly staff. - staff was super specially Shafani who checked me in. location is at the middle of Amsterdam. the 5PM chess and drinks time is great. the breakfast was basic but with great quality specially the egg omlate and fresh orang juice machine. room size for Amsterdam is considers very good with a side desk and a what can be considered a lazy chair. clean bath with hot water. The hotel is going Through renovation but you would not feel it.
