Andrea Price (9/5): Clean, organized, small room, very good location. - Great location, small room; it was a fine stay. Fridge and all the little amenities. Indian restaurant on first floor is tasty! No place to sit in lobby while waiting for things. Room so small you have to store your luggage under the bed.

Michael (7/5): Not so great - The location was great and very convenient but, however, this comes with some issues as outlined below. Keep in mind that certain parts of Shinjinku are heavily populated with night clubs which operate from the late evening to early morning. With this particular hotel, during the early hours of the morning, noisy crowds exit the night club from across the road (see photos) which is continuous until daylight. Then, after closing, a repetitive, continuous 30 second music loop echos from their Bose PA system making it impossible to get back to sleep. I had 3 nights stay here and this occurred each night. If you stay here request a room that isn’t exposed to the direction of this club or find somewhere else.

Hôtel super bien placé au coeur de Kabukicho à deux pas de l'hôtel Gozilla. Chambre petite mais ultra optimisée avec tout ce qu'il faut. Proche de plusieurs stations de métro Prévoir de l'attente pour l'ascenceur car il n'y en a qu'un ! Attention certaines chambres sont près de couloirs qui sont en plein air et du coup il peut y faire très froid

Leave your North American expectations for the size of the room and welcome to tinny but very organized and well thought room which is enough. Everything was good.

Minh Trang (9/5): - Lage top, direkt neben Godzilla und in der Umgebung gibt es alles. Zu Fuß sind es nur ca. 5–7 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Shinjuku, von dort kommt man überall schnell hin. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – sogar die kleinen Details fehlen nicht. Das Bett war bequem, jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Perfekt, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und das Hotel hauptsächlich zum Schlafen nutzt. Für einen klassischen Erholungsurlaub eher weniger geeignet.

The area is crowded with tourists every day. A 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Size of the room could be better for the price you pay

Sin ruidos, se descansaba muy bien. En general lo recomiendo por su buena calidad precio. Solo un ascensor para muchas plantas. Aún y todo sin problemas si te adaptas. Recepción un poco pequeña pero al final te resuelven.
