- Paul (8/5): Pleasant hotel with helpful staff. A few changes to the room would have made for a more comfortable stay. - The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was pleasant. The view from our room was very good. The room was not well designed. It was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor and two single beds with a large gap in the middle did not make a comfortable double bed.

Across the city there is a strange smell of sewage but there was definitely a smell in the hotel bathrooms. I thought the room / hotel was expensive especially for single occupancy.

For Americans that live in a quiet suburb, the Juliet balcony rooms are a little noisy as you hear the church bells ring. We asked for a quieter room and were moved. It’s too bad that the bells ring 24 hours a day.

- Natascha (9/5): Good for solo travellers, safe and excellent location. - Excellent location, great breakfast, nice room, luxury shower products and a beautiful rooftop. I was put in a room under construction so listened to dragging and the sounds of furniture moving continuously. I requested a double bed when booking in the app as that was on offer and got two small single beds. One afternoon I heard drilling above me all afternoon. The front door staff could not remember me so they continuously asked me if I was staying in the hotel every time I entered making me feel as if I was an imposter. When I booked my transfer cab to the train station they put me into a big cab with a surcharge when all I needed was a small cab for a regular fee. I would stay here again because of the location and the breakfast but the room while nice was ordinary and the noise which I did mention to staff was unacceptable at that price and for a four night stay.

Location is perfect and the view from the roof top bar is stunning. They left us a bottle of cava in the room as it was our anniversary which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again. One evening we realised that a duvet was missing from our bed, we called down to reception and they sorted us a new one immediately.

- Megumi (9/5): 旧市街中心部のロケーションで、連泊におすすめ。 - ロケーションが最高。毎日お祭り気分のバルセロナ大聖堂前広場に面したロケーションで、気軽な飲食店もあるメルカト（市場）にも徒歩2～3分。そしてスタッフは、客の希望を積極的にかなえようとする暖かいサービス、気さくで笑顔も最高だった。 客室数の規模に対し、エレベーターが少ない。レセプションが小さく担当者も少ないので、チェックイン・チェックアウト時や、ちょっとした頼み事がある時に対応を待たされる。

- Cem (10/5): Great location to stay if you especially want to be at the center of Barcelona - Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms Beds are not comfortable, has issues with the key slot inside the room, lights in the room difficult to turn on due to this key slot
