• Holger (4/5): Gute Lage Nähe Airport DMK ,aber nichts für Umsteiger die nicht Taub sind - Nahe 3 km Airport, zum Weiterflug gut. Relativ sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Handy hatten ein problem. Wir fragten das Personal ( Empfang) um einen Rat.einen stadtplan von Umgebung gibt es nicht im Hotel.Das personal war nicht in der Lage mir ein offenes Restaurant in der Nähe zu erklären. Ich sollte doch in mein Handy schauen und schickt uns in die falsche Richtung in ein verwahrlosten Bereich. In Wirklichkeit war ein grosser Markt und gute Restaurants in 50 meter weiter(in der andere Richtung entfernt). Das Zimmer war unter Dach (7 OG) ca 34 C° durch die heisse Decke kühlte es sich nicht richtig ab ,ca 26 C°. In der Nacht war das Zimmer erfüllt vom höllischen Maschinenlärm vom Dach und vom Balkon des Hotel.(betont keine Flugzeuge )Ich habe 3 h geschlafen meine Frau 2h geschlafen. Als ich auf den Missstand angesprochen habe, kam am Reception schulterzucken.Das Frühstück war ok. Eigendlich müssten wir nur das abstellen der Koffer bezahlen. Alles andere war nicht den Preis gerechtfertigt.

• Ash2323 (6/5): Could of been better - Staff,very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast food was good with a good range of choice. Worried the towel rail would fall off if I took a towel down too hard. Shower would suddenly surge and go cold and then ease right off and go extremely hot and then go back to original setting for about 30 seconds and surge again and the cycle just kept on. Having booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant, I thought the terrace rails were not exactly " infant / child friendly. House keeping was done every day but only 1 tea bag was left (2 adults in the room ???) Also at breakfast 1 tea bag draped (yes draped not inserted ) inside a large coffee percolator pot does not make for a nice cup of tea no other tea bags were on offer to make a decent cup. Room was quite dated even the sofa had a very unprofessional repair.

• marsswiss (7/5): 90er jahre einrichtung - Scenery standort und sehr hilfsbereites personal. Der junge techniker spricht fliessend englisch und ist mega hilfsbeteit. Aisstattung ist veraltet. Suit wahr eine klimaanlage defekt also haben wir 2 zimmer mit durchgang gekriegt. Wahr ok doch leider nicht das selbe.
• Vincent (7/5): Literie zéro 😡 - L'espace...le lieu.le cadre la propreté et le service La literie.. juste inadmissible..ce fut horrible.. nous n'avons pas bien dormi du tout...en contradiction avec l'ensemble des lieux....ne pas oublier que nous allons a l'hôtel pour dormir.. c'est la l'essentiel...la plus mauvaise nuit de sommeil passée à Bangkok
• Kanokphon (4/5): - Freundlichkeit vom Personal Als erstes ein falsches Zimmer bekommen gebucht wurde Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett jedoch ein 2 Bett Zimmer bekommen nach Meldung an der Rezeption dann doch auf einmal das richtige bekommen aber leider Katastrophe Bettwäsche flecken verschmutzt Katastrophe, anruf an der Rezeption wurde uns ein Zimmermädchen geschickt welches dann dass Bett neu machte

• Anouk (9/5): PERFECT VOOR DOOR REIS! - Grote slaap/woonkamer. Locatie! 2x 7/11 supermarkt op loopafstand, de markt, koffietent op het terrein, tempel en een leuk restaurantje aan de overkant! Zwembad. (Koud en in de schaduw)

• Jessica (6/5): Price-quality for one night is good - Location is a 10 minute ride by taxi, room is big, personnel friendly, around the area are several local eateries, restaurant food was of good quality. It's not a 4 star hotel (anymore), rooms are very outdated, taxi ride could take longer during rush hours (eventhough it looks close to the airport)

Dangerous bathroom ((( - Good location and breakfast, clean room and swimming pool, nice helpful staff, free shuttle to the airport. Please note that is dangerous to take shower - the floor was extremely slippery, my husband fell and hit his head! Do something to prevent similar accidents!

Wrong type of tiles installed on floor. Like an ice rink when wet, you have been warned! Reading comments it's been like this for some time at hotel which is disappointing. Wifi is hit and miss, breakfast range was good on the face of it was very poor quality close up. Airport drop off is only at three set times, 7.30… 10 30 & 1 30, great if you like long waits at airport.

Odalar yeni değil. Çok temiz diyemem. Çalışanlar ingilizce çok iyi bilmiyorlar. İlk günkü odamızda sıcak su vardı. Ama ikinci gün başka odaya geçtik sıcak su yoktu. İki kere telefonla arayıp söyledim. Ancak ingilizce konusunda zorlandıkları için birinci de anlamadılar. İkinci açan kişi de odaya kimseyi yollamadı. Ama kalınabilir. Ayrıca odanın sistemdeki adresini grab uygulamasına sakın kopyalamayın. Taksi başka yere götürüyor.

There was a very very weird drainage smell at the property. After crossing the reception place and entering where the rooms are it smelled very bad like a sewer and up in the hallway in and around our room as well. They had no option for eating post 9pm. Restaurant was closed no room service.

Lage Flughafennähe sonst nicht viel zu sehen. Wir sind im Restaurant mit Kareoke beim Hotel essen gegangen. Haben ein exelentes Tom Yum gegessen.
