Ulrike (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit Stil in bester Lage. - Das Hotel hat den Charme der Vergangenheit, ist aber gleichzeitig topmodern ausgestattet und befindet sich in fantastischer Lage direkt an der Votivkirche. Das Personal ist professionell; die Restaurants im Haus sind nicht nur praktisch sondern von bester Qualität. Die sehr gute Lage hat den Nachteil, dass es im Sommer sehr laut und warm sein kann.

Michael (10/5): A very comfortable stay with no complaints at all. - Buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is convenient. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Fresh linens provided daily; fresh sheets provided halfway through stay. Pleasant front desk staff. Pleasant and efficient wait staff in restaurant. Restaurant is not a tourist trip, it is frequented by locals. Restaurant food is very good.

Anonym (8/5): Ideales Hotel um Wien kennenzulernen - Die Lage ist top, man kommt mit Bus und U-Bahn überall gut hin. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Das Personal war freundlich, aber manchmal unaufmerksam. Der Witz war, es sollte ein Glas Sekt geben aufgrund eines runden Geburtstages, aber nicht an diesem Tag, sondern beim nächsten Aufenthalt in einem Kremslehner-Hotel. Lächerlich!

Dierthling (9/5): Historic hotel in a good location. - We liked the historic feel of the rooms, some might think it's dated but I enjoyed the esthetic. The location was good, not too far from the airport via taxi. A short walk away from markets, trams, metro, and sites. The breakfast was pretty good, a decent spread of options. The coffee wasn't great but you could order a cappuccino from the staff.
