• Adela (9/5): Best hotel location in Vienna !!! - The Hotel Royal rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good sheets and pillows. The bathroom was renovated. It's small but very clean. The location is the best !! No noise whatsoever from the streets at night. It has a very good Italian restaurant. The Staff at the Reception are nice and helpful !! I would definitely recommend it and go back !! The closet doesn't have hanging space.

• Helga (9/5): Tolle Lage - Nettes Hotel in allerbester Lage, freundlicher Empfang. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Wir sind regelmäßig Gast im Hotel Royal. Lediglich beim Frühstück vermisse ich gebratenen Speck oder Schinken, was allerdings für mich stets das Highlight eines Hotelfrühstücks ausmacht. Daher haben wir für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht .... mal sehen ....

Klimatisierte Räume. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die immer belebte Fussgängerzone. Im Falle offener Fenster muss man den Klang des Wiener Lebens zu schätzen wissen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber gute Schallisolierung. Zwei italienische Restaurants mit für Wiener Verhältnisse angemessenen Preisen im Haus. Weitere Restaurationen für jeden Geldbeutel und Geschmack in unmittelbarer Nähe.

• Mia (9/5): - Lokacija je fantastična, u samom centru grada. Restoran u sklopu hotela je nudio pristojan doručak, ali iskoristili smo popust i za ostale obroke - vrlo dobra talijanska hrana. Sobe su osnovno uređene, ali prostrane i funkcionalne, s pokojim komadom starog austrijskog namještaja. Krevet je bio udoban, kupaona čista, a bilo je i prostora za prtljagu.

• Ulrich Müller (9/5): - Super Lage, besser geht es nicht. Schönes toskanisches Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und im 10. Stock mit Dachterrasse und super Ausblick. Bad war etwas klein und eng. Licht vom Flur war etwas störend, da die Zimmertür unten einen relativ großen Luftspalt hatte. Daher auch hellhörig.

• Katsuji (8/5): 快適でした。 - 地下鉄駅からすぐで、ロケーションは非常に良かった。 朝食はおいしかったが、5日間の滞在中、毎朝全く同じ内容だった。 朝9時に到着したので、チェックインできなかったが、荷物は預かってもらえた。 チェックインは午後3時ごろという事だったが、午後1時には部屋の準備ができて早くチェックインしてもらえた。 机が少し狭いので、ビジネスユースにはちょっと辛いかも。

• Claudia (6/5): Leider nicht nochmal... - -Beim Check in ist die Dame ständig ans Telefon gegangen obwohl ein zweite dahinter im Raum saß -Man wird nicht gefragt wie die Anreise war, beim Check in wurde nur erwähnt das wir noch was zahlen müssen und auch kein mal gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war -Auf dem Kleiderschrank war 1 cm hoch Staub und unterm Bett auch -Klimaanlage lief nicht richtig -Beim Frühstück wird direkt nach der Zimmernumemr gefragt -Man wird nicht als Gast gesehen Habe 12 Jahre im Hotel gearbeitet und SERVICE sieht anders aus. Da gönnt man sich ein teures Hotel zum Geburtstag und bereut es direkt.

• Manuela (10/5): Alle Erwartungen erfüllt - Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei und es wurde nie etwas leer. Ganz besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass ein Restaurant am Hotel angeschlossen ist. Sehr gutes Essen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und immer freundlich.

• Ina (10/5): Einfach fantastisch, alles super! - Die Lage ist unschlagbar, ein großes Lob an das Hotelpersonal. Es war sehr familiär, wir haben Tipps für Wien bekommen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Alles super, es gibt einfach nichts, was den Urlaub beeinträchtigt hätte.

• Pirjo (8/5): Vanha hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. - Hotellin sijainti oli ytimessä, lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja metroasemia. Lentokenttäbussi oli n. 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Huoneessa oli hieman tunkkainen haju. Puhelimen lataus oli hankalaa. Vanhanaikainen avainsysteemi tuntui oudolta.

• Gisela (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel - Die Lage des Hotels: Besser geht's nicht. Direkt am Stephansdom, U-Bahn um die Ecke, Einkaufsstraßen Kärtnerstraße und Graben um die Ecke, Demel (für Kaiserschmarrn) um die Ecke, ebenso nette Cafés und Restaurants. Frühstück: wird im hauseigenen italienischen Restaurant serviert. Vielfältig, frisch, Kaffee sehr gut, Platzangebot ausreichend auch bei vielen Gästen. Buffet wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt, wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Große Säfteauswahl. Mitarbeiter: super höflich, super freundlich. Immer bereit für ein paar nette Worte. Haben uns selten so willkommen gefühlt in einem Hotel. Bereits nach einem Tag wusste man unsere Zimmer-Nr. auswendig und reichte uns den Schlüssel, kaum dass wir an der Rezeption angekommen waren. Zimmer: Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer. Schön groß, Bad und WC getrennt, Dusche mit Wasserfallduschkopf und sehr guten Pflegeprodukten. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Kaffee- und Teezubereitung, Hausschuhe. Das Zimmer geht zur Seitenstraße raus, gegenüber ein McDonalds, daher auch spät in der Nacht bzw. eigentlich die ganze Nacht hindurch zum Teil grölendes Jungvolk unterwegs. Auch wer sich vom Glockenleuten morgens um 6.00 Uhr und 7.00 Uhr und auch immer mal wieder zwischendurch von zwei benachbarten Kirchen (u.a. dem Stephansdom) gestört fühlt: Einfach das Fenster schließen, dann hört man keinen Mucks mehr. Wir haben die Glocken geliebt!! Klimaanlage vorhanden, wurde aber nicht benötigt. Das Doppel-Bett, Kingsize, war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart, dünne Matratze und ziemlich niedrig. Wenn man schon etwas älter ist, kann dies etwas unbequem sein, vor allem, wenn man von Zuhause ein Boxspring-Bett gewohnt ist. Ist aber ein subjektives Empfinden, keine Kritik. Eine Couch war auch vorhanden, außerdem ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode und ein großer Schrank. Sehr willkommen war der Holzfußboden, vor allem, wenn man gegen Hundehaare allergisch ist. Tägl. Zimmerreinigung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir hätten lieber ein bequemeres (weicheres) Bett gehabt, aber andere Gäste fühlen sich vielleicht gerade auf einer härteren Matratze pudelwohl.

• Patrice (8/5): HOTEL SYMPA AVEC EMPLACEMENT AU TOP - Emplacement optimal. Insonorisation chambre top. Petit déjeuner complet. Restaurant top. Accueil sympa. Du fait de son emplacement central, il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres en première partie de nuit à cause du bruit (restaurant, rues piétonnes). Et comme la climatisation n'était pas encore opérationnelle, la chaleur dans la chambre était juste acceptable.

• LAVOISIER (10/5): Excelente opção no Centro Histórico. - Localização espetacular, no Centro Histórico podendo ir a pé para imensa maioria dos Palácios, Museus, Cafeterias, etc ... Catedral atrás do Hotel , todas as Ruas famosas pidem ser percorridas a pé. Em frente ao Hotel loja da Lindt, Starbucks, Mc Donald e Supermercado. Táxi e Uber disponíveis em frente ao Hotel. Estação central do Metrô a 50 m. Ótima receptividade dos colaboradores. Mobília antiga, cama confortável com a ressalva do edredon individual em cama de casal, WC bastante espaçoso com chuveiro facilmente regulado para temperatura adequada. Não usamos o Ar condicionado central pois temperatura a noite abaixo dos 10 ° C. Isolamento acústico muito eficiente. Rooftop com Restaurante e uma vista bacana da região. Tomada apenas de um dos lados da cama.

Staff professionale, cordiale, sempre disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dell'ospite. Camere ampie, pulite, insonorizzate perfettamente. Servizi di buona qualità. Arredamento della stanza un po' datato. Assenza di ciabatte da camera e dotazioni di cortesia limitate.

Les chambres sont jolies et confortables, le petit déjeuner délicieux et le personnel adorable. Je recommande fortement cet établissement ! Le prix un peu élevé, mais la prestation est à la hauteur.

• Ralph (6/5): Top Lage, aber deutliche Mängel bei Komfort, Sauberkeit und Frühstück - Preis-Leistung unzureichend - Die Lage ist hervorragend, und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant hingegen wirkten etwas unausgeglichen . Die Vorteile der zentralen Lage waren für uns perfekt - Stephansdom, Museen und U-Bahn-Stationen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt Top Die Betten sind unbequem und das Zimmer wurde nur unzureichend gereinigt; Pflegeprodukte waren qualitativ nicht für dieses Segment, eher flüssig kaum geschäumt oder gereinigt. Für Allergiker ungeeignet (viel Samt im Zimmer). Nachts ist es bei Zimmern zur Straße sehr laut. Das ist hinzunehmen, da die Lage natürlich Top ist! Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: sehr geringe Auswahl, keine angemessene Qualität und insgesamt nicht dem Standard des Hotel entsprechend. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Highly recommended!
