- Ipshita (1/5): I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel ever again - Location Before staying at the Hyatt, I didnot know the property is haunted! I read about it much later After I had this freak accident in my room. I tripped on nothing and fell and hit the side of my forehead hard. The room service lady had just arrived and saw all the blood on my face, chose to do nothing until my daughter and I begged for some ice! When my daughter called the reception asking for help, they said not their problem so go figure out with some hospital!! I continued to stay there for 4 nights, there was ZERO concern or offer of support from the hotel staff!! I walked around with 8 stitches and a huge bandage on my face, they pretended to not notice!!

I loved the staff and location Have windows that open, at least a little. Electrical outlets controls were messed up, too. Called housekeeping about this and they said nothing could be done

Wasser gibt es auch keines das verteilt wird. Bei Bestellung einer Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer auch kein kleiner Snack z.B ein paar Nüsse dazu, Kühlschrank im Zimmer auch leer, kein Begrüssungssnack (Obst?) Bin mir von 5* Hotels besseren Service gewöhnt.

- Dream01591018084 (10/5): Worth the money for the standard and location. - While this hotel is not nearly haunted as we were led to believe, it was a beautifully well kept building in an excellent location. I cannot find fault anywhere with the cleanliness or the customer service. Everyone we dealt with worked to an exceptionally high standard. Our room was large and had a wonderful view of Taipei 101, just across the road. Which was very handy when we went out for a walk to see the many sights in the area. Instead of following the map back to our hotel, we could just walk towards the tallest building we could see and next thing you know, we were back where we wanted to be. The hotel is also very handy to the MRT station, and there is a shuttle bus that stops right outside to go to Taoyuan airport. The pool and restaurants are very easy to find, there are plenty of upmarket stores across the road if the ones in the hotel are not to your liking, and you want more from your shopping there is a large shopping area just a block away past the dancing water fountain. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We usually book places more basic than this but stepping up our game has been a wonderful experience that look forward to doing again.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is impeccably maintained and easy to use. Its convenient location near major subway stations makes transportation simple and accessible. The room is also very quiet, with no issues related to noise. Guests are provided with thoughtful amenities, including water, tea, coffee, and more. Overall, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the level of service delivers excellent value for the price.

- suelandy1 (10/5): Grand Hyatt Taipei Top Rated - Grand Hyatt Taipei is definitely the top-rated hotel in Taipei. All the team members are extremely friendly and helpful. We used the Suite Upgrade Award to stay at the Grand Suite King which is so surprisingly spacious with 2 separate toilet areas which made the trip so much more convenient. The breakfast was super delicious. The papayas were super sweet. We travelled with a baby. Hyatt provided all the amenities we needed for the baby. We were at the club lounge for the happy hours, and there were quite a number of selections including the desert. The food at Cheers is also wonderfully prepared. Definitely highly recommend Grand Hyatt Taipei for anyone looking for a high-quality hotel.

- Roving65470472230 (10/5): Weekend stay at Grand Hyatt Taipei. - Stayed at Grand Hyatt from 3/7-3/9. Arrived early and front desk was able to check me in early. Hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. The hotel is located next to Taipei 101 so it is very convenient. The breakfast. Offer had a very good selection of food. Good to go early though as it gets quite crowded in the morning. Overall, has been a good experience and would recommend it when visiting Taipei.

- 999kany (10/5): Spacious room and good location. - I had a good experience in this hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated but very well maintained. The room is spacious and very clean. Stuff members are super helpful just like most Hyatt hotels I have stayed. This location is very nice. Adjacent to 101 and other shopping malls.

- TravelScalpel (8/5): Taipei 2026 - A 4.5 star. My room was wonderful and almost perfect but just a little small. Clean and quiet and well-decorated. The location of the hotel is perfect—close to the MRT, shopping, and the 101 building The facilities were great. The gym had everything needed for my workouts but so small for the size of the hotel. They also have a spa/sauna but i never got to use—they were closed on the day i wanted to go, the day before i left. One thing that was incredibly disappointing: at 1:30am on the night before i left, I heard a Chinese woman right outside my door speaking Chinese to a man. It obvious woke me from sleep and she kept going and going. I assumed it was a rude guest who had no consideration for others in the hotel. After several minutes of this, i couldn’t take it anymore so I got up and opened the door to confront this loud and inconsiderate woman. When i opened the door, I was so surprised to find it was a hotel employee who was chatting with another employee by the stairwell which was just a few steps near my door. She says “sorry” and quickly walked down the hall. I was so surprised, even shocked that a hotel of this caliber but not train its employees well-enough. I was so mad i couldn’t sleep the rest of the night and simply got up at around 4 to get ready to check out. Something like this should never happen.

- lisalync (10/5): Beautiful Grand Hyatt - One of the best hotel we have stayed at. Everyone and everything was top notch. The location was perfect next to the popular building tower 101, as it was the tallest in the world for quite some time. Walkable area and viewing areas nearby. Taxi is out front for trips to the Zoo; overhead tram, Roache night market and transportation to airport or cruise terminal all at reasonable set rates. The heated toilet seats are very comforatable!

- 888williamo (2/5): Grand Hyatt TPE has it's fastball back!! - The grand Hyatt Taipei has been a staple property in Taipei for many years. Over the past few years it has been refurbished and is still a high end property. The current GM has the staff really working at a highly professional pace. There are other high end hotels in the area but for anyone looking for a great location. Super professional service and great on property restaurants, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt. They really have their act together!!

- Roam42527428154 (10/5): Our favorite hotel in Taipei! - I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt Taipei many times, it is my hotel of choice when I visit the city. The staff, facilities, and the food at the cafe are all excellent. The location is convenient located next to Taipei 101, where we enjoyed food at the food court in the basement. We got a suite this time, instead of two separate bedrooms, which was nice to have the space to spread out, but still being together with the family.

- TmanHTX (10/5): Another excellent stay - This was my second time staying at Grand Hyatt Taipei, and it was another excellent experience. The service was warm, professional, and consistently attentive. The location is fantastic and made getting around very convenient. My room was spotless, and housekeeping was always polite and did a great job keeping everything clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the club lounge was a wonderful place to relax with very attentive staff. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d happily return again.
- 169dariang (10/5): Weekend Solo Trip - I went to Taipei for my birthday weekend. They provided me an upgrade with the view of the Taipei 101. I did a spa day, which was really nice (jacuzzi, sauna, and massage). They also left me a desert in my room and a card that said Happy Birthday. I would definitely stay there again.
