Trotz Meldung bei der Rezeption gab es keine erkennbare Reperatur. Am vierten Tag wurden bei mir die kleinen Handtücher nicht wieder hingelegt. Auch hier bat ich an der Rezeption um Ersatz. Es wurde eifrig notiert, aber nie nachgeliefert. Wie gesagt: winzige Details. Sonst wirklich alles zauberhaft.
• Lombard (4/5): a proximité de tout, mais loin des attente que je m'était fait. - La proximité des champs Elysée La chambre était super avec l'emplacement et les équipements demandés Le manque de professionnalisme de la part de certain réceptionniste surtout un homme en particulier, on lui a simple demandé si on pouvais ce servir un café ☕️ a la réception qui de base et disponible pour les clients de l'hôtel, je lui demande de regarder ça machine a café parce qu'elle ne fonctionnait pas et il ma répondu et alors ! Heu mon coco c'est ton taff ce genre de problème, sans compter que au départ de l'hôtel on va pour récupérer nos affaires qui était garder dans le service de bagagerie, la dame nous demande de venir chercher avec elle parce que elle n'avait pas envie de regarder par elle même, et aussi dans la chambre on arrive pas de savon pour ce doucher a l’acceuil on ma regarder comme si je mentais c’est usent, donc je trouve tout ces petit détail difficile a accepter surtout quand on va dans un hôtel 4 étoile surtout proche des champs elysee,

Personally did not like the bath as it was very tight to have a shower and the light switches were placed oddly but nothing end of the world.

• Angeliki Sotiriadou (9/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,10 λεπτά από την Αψίδα του θρίαμβου και άλλα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή παρ ότι κεντρικά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Έμεινα ευχαριστημένη από την διαμονή μου. Έβαλα πληρωμή στο κατάλυμα και μου κράτησαν την πρώτη νύχτα μερικές μέρες πριν πάω, όπως αναγραφοτάν στην booking. Όταν έφτασα στο ξεναδοχειο μου ζήτησαν να πληρώσω όλο το ποσό και ότι αυτό που τράβηξαν θα το κρατούσαν ως εγγύηση. Μου επιστράφηκε κατά το check out,αλλά ήθελα να αναγράφεται στην booking ότι κρατείται η πρώτη βραδιά ως εγγύηση και πληρώνεις εξ ολοκλήρου το ποσό όταν φτάσεις. Εφαρμόζω πάντα αυτήν την επιλογή και δεν μου έχει ξανά συμβεί κάτι αντίστοιχο. Θα προτιμούσα να μου ζητήσουν μετρητά 50 ή 100€ ως εγγύηση για να τα πάρω κατευθείαν μετά το check out και όχι να περιμένω πόσες μέρες με την τράπεζα . Βέβαια σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα επικοινώνησαν άμεσα μαζί μου!!!

Muuuuy amable y servicial Dicen que el chek out es a las 12.Nos demoramos a la vuelta del paseo y llegamos 12.15 y ya habían puesto nuestras valijas y mochila abajo en recepción ! En todos los viajes que realizamos nunca nos sacaron las valijas por una demora tan corta. Menos mal que las valijas estaban cerradas con llave!! Sentimos que nos estaban echando!!! Que hubiera ocurrido si las valijas no estaban cerradas??

• Solenne (9/5): Magnifique - L’emplacement parfait, tout proche des Champs Élysées et autres monuments. Agréablement surprise d’avoir été surclassé. Chambre spacieuse, propre et calme. Et j’ai adoré le parfum d’ambiance de l’hôtel. Il faudrait juste mettre une tablette dans la douche pour pouvoir mettre nos affaires.

This was the 1st time I would have to wait for my room visiting Paris most times I am always accommodated on arrival as my flight often lands early in the morning I had to wait till afternoon for the room. Would have been a better experience if I was able to check in upon arrival

However, in the evening, there's a middle-aged staff member who had difficulty getting up from the armchairs in the lobby while looking for someone to ask for water; he definitely needs to be reprimanded. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping is very friendly, but the bathroom grout is very dirty and needs to be repaired. Also, the fact that the coffee machine and croissants in the lobby are free is great. During the day, the friendly staff are very attentive and helpful with everything. The property served its basic purpose, but it was not comparable to what we had originally planned months in advance. In particular: The bathroom was very small, one person could barely fit. The rooms felt dated, with noticeable wear (e.g. floors, overall condition) Overall, the standard was below expectations for the price paid While it may be suitable as a short-term fallback, it did not offer the level of comfort or quality we had initially arranged.

• Marion (6/5): 318€ la nuit on paye l’emplacement mais pas la qualité de la chambre - L’emplacement est bien et notre chambre était plutôt calme. Le personnel très gentil et le petit-déjeuner très bien. Les chambres ont clairement besoin d’être rénovés, c’est très vieillot surtout la salle de bain…très très loin d’un 4 étoiles… le mobilier sent le vieux… En guise de chauffage il y a un grille pain électrique…. Il manquait un spot dans la salle de bain, la douche dans la baignoire, si vous êtes grand la tête touche le plafond…le pommeau de douche pourrait venir de chez Gifi… Nous étions en couple donc 2 personnes mais 1 peignoir et 1 petite serviette. Les 2 grandes serviettes ne sentaient pas très bon. Il n’y a rien de moderne dans les chambres pas de prise USB ou type C comme dans tous les hôtels actuellement… pas de prise sur les tables de chevet. Seul consolation, le lit était bon.

• april pels (7/5): Pleasant - Room size and location. Bed was comfy as well and the breakfast was nice. Front desk and restaurant Staff was very friendly as well House keeping staff! Very unprofessional! They came into our room and was just stomping about and barely touched anything. They just took out trash from the bathroom and the hall and left the one in the kitchen and replaced the towels. Didn't change the sheets, clean the sinks and bathtub(which was SO HIGH UP our heads were literally almost touching the ceiling) and didn't wipe down surfaces. Also, the toilet was in a separate room trust me the space was so tiny. Lastly, They could really upgrade their sofa and TV it was so uncomfortable cuz the top part kept removing/shifting and the tv was very small.

The layout is also inconvenient, with the toilet located in a separate space without a sink, requiring a walk to the bathroom to wash up. Digital nomads should be aware that the Wi-Fi is only stable near the room door, which forced me to work from the lobby. Additionally, the breakfast is underwhelming for the price; you are better off visiting a local bakery. I would recommend exploring other options in the area.

Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mohammed à la réception, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long de mon séjour. Il s’est montré très serviable, professionnel et toujours poli, prêt à aider avec le sourire. Son accueil chaleureux et son efficacité ont vraiment fait la différence. Je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel et de son équipe.

• Lombard (7/5): - La chambre était super avec l'emplacement et les équipements demandés Le manque de professionnalisme de la part de certain réceptionniste surtout un homme en particulier, on lui a simple demandé si on pouvais ce servir un café ☕️ a la réception qui de base et disponible pour les clients de l'hôtel, je lui demande de regarder ça machine a café parce qu'elle ne fonctionnait pas et il ma répondu et alors ! Heu mon coco c'est ton taff ce genre de problème, sans compter que au départ de l'hôtel on va pour récupérer nos affaires qui était garder dans le service de bagagerie, la dame nous demande de venir chercher avec elle parce que elle n'avait pas envie de regarder par elle même, et aussi dans la chambre on arrive pas de savon pour ce doucher a l’acceuil on ma regarder comme si je mentais c’est usent, donc je trouve tout ces petit détail difficile a accepter surtout quand on va dans un hôtel 4 étoile surtout proche des champs elysee

• Polo (8/5): - Le calme de la chambre,le petit-déjeuner, l'emplacement de l'hôtel. À l’arrivée, changement de chambre. Pas de machine à café et le réfrigérateur mis à disposition ne fonctionnait pas ; de plus, il présentait des traces de moisissure sur la partie haute. Le mot d’accueil était destiné à une autre personne, je pense, car il était indiqué « Mme Paulus ». Or, certes je m’appelle Paul, mais je suis un homme. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles, je trouve que cela manque d’entretien (joints, finitions, etc.). Et pour finir nous avons demandé le petit déjeuner en chambre et à 10h30 toujours rien.... Nous sommes donc descendus en bas pour le prendre .
• Mrs W (3/5): Not recommended. - Upgraded spacious room with clean sheets and a walk-in shower. Checked in early and paid for the room but it wasn't ready, no problem, came back later. Same staff but they forgot we had already checked in and had not recorded our payment and asked us to pay again. Sorted it out, and the room was ready, but the lift didn't work. No problem - we could use the service lift. The room was HOT, switched on the aircon but it didn't work, had to open a window - very noisy construction work outside. Old sparse furnishings, bed bases two different sizes (?), broken mirror, faulty bedside light, bathroom power outlet didn't work, bathroom sink didn't drain, shower screen didn't work so the floor was flooded. Only one bath towel provided for two people, and no response on the phone from reception. One capsule for the coffee machine, so went down to get coffees from reception, but no water in their machine, and they were unable to refill it because they couldn't get access to the water tap..? It was laughable.

• Alexander (2/5): - Einzig die zentrale Lage. Sanitäranlagen unbrauchbar und schmutzig. WC stank nach Urin. Dusche war kaputt und Badewanne von der Größe her nur für Kinder zumutbar. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Temperaturen im Zimmer waren höher als draußen. Fenster öffnen war auch nicht möglich, da man vor Lärm nicht schlafen konnte, obwohl sich das Hotel nur in einer kleinen Straße befindet. Zimmer war ebenfalls schmutzig. Ein überteuertes Dreckloch.

• Ruth (8/5): Great location, good breakfast, very friendly helpful staff. Good sized rooms for central Paris. Would recommend! - Great location - central but peaceful. A quick easy walk to the Champs Élysée. Some minor things: no coffee machine our room despite instructions for one being there. A panel came away in the bathroom but was quickly fixed.

Μας άρεσαν όλα στο ξενοδοχείο - Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική , το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και πάντα διαθέσιμο για να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε. Το πρωινό μας άρεσε πολύ με την σύζυγό μου και σίγουρα θα ξανά επισκεφτούμε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο .
