- Brendan (3/5): The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful but this hotel did not live up to expectations. - The breakfast was fairly basic but OK. One lady serving and clearing tables in a very small breakfast room. She was very pleasant, hardworking and friendly, so much so that I hesitate to be critical of it. There was AC in room but it does not come on until end of April ! They did supply a fan when we complained. The very small bathroom had an overhead shower, but no curtain or screen, resulting in entire room being soaked every time we showered.

O staff do hotel é muito cordial e atencioso a todo momento, e o café da manhã é bom e com variedades. O quarto e o banheiro eram confortáveis e muito bem arrumados. Por questões estruturais, não há elevador, o que não foi um problema para mim, mas pode ser para outra pessoa. Além disso, o frigobar está dentro do armário, e esquenta um pouco o móvel onde ele está localizado.

- Carol (8/5): Great location, lovely hotel with very friendly staff. - The location was great, quiet courtyard right near Piazza San Marco. Venice was obviously busy but you could still find quiet streets to wander in. City was beautifully free from litter. Very rare to see any on the streets or floating in the water. Back in UK we saw more in 5 minutes than we saw whole week in Venice. We in the UK should be ashamed of our cities and waterways. Room was fine. Bathroom very clean, shower was powerful. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Everyone on reception was friendly and helpful. They were amused at our attempts at Italian. They lent an adaptor as we'd forgotten ours. Sarah, the lady who oversaw breakfast, was so kind & very patient with our limited Italian, miming helped a lot. Fan not provided in room unless you request it. Feel that if Venice doesn't allow aircon til May it would be good if the hotel supplied fans. We didn't realise the mozzie plug-in wasn't plugged it til day 3 so when we kept the windows open overnight I got eaten by mozzies. We didn't realise Booking had already taken the tourist tax so we paid it again at the hotel on departure. Just bear this in mind if you book through Booking.com.

Wir waren vom Frühstück enttäuscht- Aufbackbrötchen, fertig abgepackte Kuchen und Rührei aus Vollepulver, das so gar nicht nach Ei schmeckte. Die Duschwanne hatte keinen Vorhang, so dass wir uns hinsetzen mussten, um nicht alles unter Wasser zu setzen.

Si moviesen el armario hacia la pared y cambiasen la mesita de cortesía enfrente de la cama y el espejo de sitio, la habitación se vería más luminosa y espaciosa

Buona la colazione, posizione strategica dietro il teatro la Fenice, vicino al vaporetto, L'albergo nel complesso è una bella struttura. Camera datata. Bagno piccolo, assolutamente inadatto a chi è più alto di 1,75 cm, vasca da bagno con doccino semirotto, anche qui costretto a fare la doccia quasi piegato in due. Phon datato che non ha quasi più potenza. Il riscaldamento forse con il contatore rotto perché nonostante fosse spento c'erano 26° in camera e abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte per il troppo caldo. Da sottolineare però la disponibilità del personale nel cercare di risolvere i problemi della camera.

- θωμαη (10/5): Τέλειο !!! Παρά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο !! - Εξαιρετικό το ξενοδοχειο , όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και το πρωινό τους πολύ ωραίο !! Βρίσκεται παρά πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία !! Ότι καλύτερο για τις διακοπές στη Βενετία !!
- Laura (8/5): - Location Friendly staff Breakfast - the continental choices were good Provided milk for tea for room Luggage storage Only 2 small cups for hot drinks in a triple room with 3 booked guests A double and single bed when it was meant to be 3 single beds Using the shower was a challenging in the bath with a low roof- no shower curtain Unsuitable for elderly or immobile guests if 3 floors up - but was fine for me Bells of San Marco very loud during night - take ear plugs
