- Alisson (10/5): - Maravillosa la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Buena decoración del hotel, es limpio y cálido. Solo hay que tener presente que tiene enchufes distintos a los que usamos en Chile, así que lleven su adaptador! El estacionamiento del hotel está a una cuadra y media.

- Franceschi (4/5): Não vale o valor pago na diária, esperava muito mais. - A vista do quarto em que ficamos era linda, as áreas sociais que visitei eram reformadas e bonitas. O checkin era pra ter iniciado ás 15:00 horas, estávamos esperando na recepção do hotel, e atrasou mais de 45 minutos... se não fossemos pedir sobre o checkin estaria até agora aguardando eles nos chamarem... a estrutura em geral do hotel é velha, o banheiro do quarto é velho e o chuveiro alem de ser extremamente ruim de regular a temperatura, sai bem pouca água. Para o café da manhã, poucas mesas no ambiente, não comporta todos os hóspedes; todos os dias em que fomos tomar café, as mesas estavam todas ocupadas e as que estavam livres estavam sujas e sem os talheres, ficávamos mais de 10 minutos aguardando para trazerem os talheres e guardanapos, e a mesa continuava suja com as louças dos hóspedes anteriores. Além disso no quarto, havia uma porta que fazia divisa com o outro quarto ao lado, a acústica é péssima, pois a porta é fina e de madeira...

- Matías (6/5): Hotel antiguo con buen nombre - La ubicación del Hotel es excelente, en pleno corazón del centro de Bariloche. Lo que no me gustó, fue: - Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable, considerar también que las ventanas no cubrían la necesidad de ventilar la habitación también. Porque eran pequeñas. - El Hotel es antigüo, si bien está bien cuidado hay detalles que no se pueden dejar pasar, como no tener extractor en el baño, no tener buena iluminación en la habitación. - El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento a 3 calles y no tienen servicio de traer el vehículo. Su valor es de 32.000 diarios… Que no lo dice en ninguna parte de la publicación. En fin… es un Hotel de calidad media con el nombre de Sheraton.

Personalmente sufri un poco el descanso nocturno. Reitero. Aclimatar los ambientes a las temperaturas que se dan. Seguramente no es habitual que en Bariloche haya altas temperaturas, para el nivel de ese Hotel, debio tenerse en cuenta. Muchas gracias
- davidaH7833YM (10/5): Comfortable and convenient! - First! This property for many years was a Marriott. So Bonvoy by Marriott changed its name brand. Ok let’s get right to it. For the location, comfort and price it’s probably the best hotel in the city center. What I liked: the gym has good equipment if you want to exercise, probably the best in the city for a hotel. The indoor swimming pool, the hot tubs out on the sun deck with panoramic views of the lake and city, the sauna it’s an all-around very pleasant spa experience. The lady Patrica who manages the spa takes very good care of the guests. Thirdly, the staff from the bell men team to the front desk team to housekeeping, fantastic! The the restaurant next-door is new and it’s a nice addition inconvenient for the hotel guests. Good bartenders in the lobby bar… they understand on how to make a good cocktail. Overall the Sheraton staff and team provide a very pleasant and professional guest experience. What is unfortunate is the hotel rooms are dated and are tired. That is the number one registered complaint by travelers. Regardless I return and I always reserve a room with balcony over looking the city and the lake… it’s full sun and the night breeze with the open sliding glass door is fantastic. Well enjoy!

Las habitaciones parecen de los años 70, la grifería vieja, no hay decoración, el agua no es abundante y a veces no calienta. La tina es resbaladiza. No hay centro de negocios. El desayuno con huevos crudos, poco espacio para tantos huéspedes y poca variedad. Las habitaciones deben remodelarse como el primer piso del hotel.

Gran punto a favor la pileta climatizada y los jacuzzis en la terraza. Desayuno muy completo. El personal super amable y siempre dispuesto a dar una mano. Ideal para una estadía corta en la ciudad antes de partir hacia otros destinos más alejados

Nos pasó tanto en recepción como en el Lobby como en el desayuno. Fuimos a tratar de extender la reserva una noche y nos dijeron en recepción que no tenían acceso a las reservas.

La pileta muy buena y los yacuzzi de afuera me encantaron, la atención de todo el personal excelente, todo muy limpio, prolijo, cuidado. La ubicación muy buena, vas al centro caminando, tenes lugares cerca para comer. No tiene estacionamiento pero hay uno cerca, de pago, y también podes estacionar en la calle sin pagar, si es fin de semana o feriado.

El jacuzzi y la pileta increíbles. Los colchones y almohadas de primera calidad. No tenía aire acondicionado, nos pusieron un ventilador. Se nos rompió el inodoro (el cual solucionaron muy rápido). Tuvimos que pedir una alfombra de baño porque la bañera era resbaladiza.
