Al frente hay un centro comercial con el que puedes comprar comida o cosas. El desayuno delicioso y su personal siempre fue atento y muy gentil. No hacen aseo diario a la habitación a menos que se solicite.

• CaliforniaPlanner (8/5): Good enough but expensive for what it is - This was a good, though unusually expensive, Hampton Inn in a convenient location. Pros included public transportation (which we didn't try taking) right nearby within walking distance, as well as a Target and several chain and good independent restaurants. Cons: Our bathroom sink had very poor water pressure, the refrigerator partially froze a can of Coke, parking is $22 a day (should be free in this area), the front desk staff didn't know anything about a game/puzzle room that's advertised on the hotel's site and alluded to by at least one reviewer, the room was extremely dark (even with all the lights turned on), there was no clock (not a problem since we had our phones, but still), and the TV's digital guide didn't always correspond to what was actually on, nor did it go beyond the show currently airing and the programming immediately afterwards. All in all, it was okay, though I think I would look for a less expensive comparable option were I in the area again, though that might not be possible to find.
• Selder-Travel (6/5): It’s Ok. - Average hotel with average breakfast in an average area… We just needed a place in Miami for 2 nights. This place qualified. We had booked this place with points only to find our reservation had been cancelled in February. No idea who did this. We’re still trying to resolve it. Hotel reception could do nothing except offer us anew reservation. Whoever was on duty the night of April 6th was minimally helpful. Try elsewhere if you can.

• Hunsicker (4/5): - My son threw up in the lobby upon arrival and the staff made no effort to make sure he was okay or any rush to help clean it up. I was also not told until my arrival that there was no longer a shuttle to the cruise port even though I have an email from the hotel confirming they do. The location was not great as there was very few restaurants within walking distance. For the price, I expected a much nicer place.

• Jacqueline (5/5): Wir waren leider etwas enttäuscht - Das Zimmer war ganz schön, wenn man das Bad nicht mit betrachtet Die Dusche war nicht so toll, die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Der Pool liegt die meiste Zeit im Schatten. Der Whirpool war kaputt. Das Frühstück gibt es in Plastikgeschirr und Besteck und die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt. Uns haben vor allem Aufschnitt und unterschiedliche, hochwertige Brotsorten gefehlt.

• PatFT (10/5): Great reasonablly priced place in Coconut Grove - Great hotel in the area we lived in 50 years ago. Hampton Inn was comfortable, had breakfast, and easy access to everything via Uber but walkable for most except us seniors. Staff was wonderful! If we ever come back we will definitely stay here.

Hotel oferował bardzo dobry standard, przestronne i komfortowe pokoje oraz znakomitą obsługę. Dodatkowym atutem była świetna lokalizacja i przyjemna atmosfera - dla nas to była i dobra odległość do Fairchild Botanic Garden, ale też nie tak daleko od lotniska. Na nogach można było przejść się do Coral Gables, gdzie odbywał się Art festiwal.
• manuelrX4424YR (6/5): Great hotel overall, but terrible cleaning policy - Stayed a couple of nights before a cruise. MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE FRONT DESK YOU WANT YOUR ROOM DONE EVERY DAY! Their hygiene standards are to clean rooms every second day. First time I've ever heard this appalling policy. Location is great: you have a convenience store in front of the hotel, and a nice commercial building one block away, with shops like Target, Sprouts and Chipotle. Other than that, not much to do. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great but gets packed if you're late. Miami has become a very expensive place to stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you're going on a cruise, great value for your money, just let them know you want your room done every day right when you check in.

• JSchalles (10/5): Large family rental - Everything was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was a last minute booking and the host was flexible and very accommodating. The whole community consists of Airbnb's, which was unique. Even though we aren't normally loud or obscene, I never felt like I was the stranger in an established neighborhood. Oh the Clubhouse was really a nice treat as well. It took a couple days for them to come out to turn on the pool heat. I reminded the host and he sent someone right out though and it was taken care of that day.

• ClaudiaC30021 (10/5): Snowed in and Happy in Coconut Grove in a Travel Delay - There was a major winter ice and snow storm nationally and we could not get home from the Miami Half Marathon to Atlanta because planes were snowed in in the northeast. We got the last room at the Coconut Grove Hampton Inn for Tuesday January 27. Titomia, when we checked in, and Trinity, later in the afternoon, at the front desk were fabulous and helpful to us in checking in, I needed a quiet area to work, grandkids had a blast in the pool and gym, swimming and exercising. The Hotel Manager was wonderful and we want to commend the manager and the front desk staff! The hotel is in walking distance of Target on one side, and the downtown funky and artistic Coconut Grove.

• gregorypQ4684OC (8/5): Good Location; Reasonably Close to Airport - We choose this location to explore the Miami area and because it would be just a short drive to the airport to drop off our rental car and catch an early flight. It worked great for our purposes. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was just ok by Hampton Inn standards (nothing seriously wrong, nothing too special either). Parking was convenient. We walked just a short distance to a nice, local restaurant for dinner. We left too early in the morning to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast and were at the airport in less than 15 minutes.

Staff was awesome - Awesome staff, good location room was clean Breakfast was terrible the bagel i grabbed had mold I have a picture of it , totally understanding of the hotel remodel , but was never told pool was completely closed and the newly renovated room is definitely not Hampton inn quality , the painted parking area is extremely dangerous as I almost fell holding my 2 year old do to the rain on the surface it was like an ice skating rink

• Lindsey (4/5): 3/10 experience and was extremely disappointed. - The staff was very sweet The hotel was under renovation which wasn’t listed on their website and workers were renovating the room beside and above us until 8pm and started again at 7AM. And we only booked with this hotel because we wanted a shuttle to the port for our cruise and we told them to schedule pickup for us. They do and then the morning off they call the shuttle guy and he doesn’t answer! Ended having to pay for an uber and the front desk guy said this happens a lot lately. Like what in the world?! Don’t say you have a port shuttle if you don’t because I would have stayed somewhere else if they didn’t. Place was dingy with elevators having cardboard covering the walls. And sooooo loud.

• X5982GAdebbiem (10/5): Excellent experiences with this hotel - I absolutely love staying at Hampton Inn Coconut Grove when I’m in Miami for work or for leisure. It is tucked safely on a side road off the busy main thoroughfare. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. This hotel brings so much more value than any of the more expensive hotels. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention all 3 of the dining room staff. They are so helpful and provide everything for a great dining experience. They remember your favorite items and try their best to provide for all guests in particular Martha. Martha is a great asset to the hotel. I recommend without reservations this hotel.

• hual821 (2/5): Rude breakfast staff - I stay at Hampton Inn locations frequently, but this Miami hotel had the worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had. The kitchen lady was extremely rude and focused on policing guests instead of providing service. She yelled at my kids for using tongs to take potatoes and showed clear impatience with other guests, including someone holding a baby who needed help with the waffle machine. Basic items like fruit were missing for hours, likely because the staff member was busy monitoring guests rather than preparing food. Hampton Inn is usually known for friendly service, but this employee should not be in a customer-facing role without proper training. I would not recommend this location.
