But at 11:30pm maintenance was sent to do a lock repair & woke us up. We had no lock issue! Then at 1:04 am someone tried to get in our door! Terrible night!!!!! Just got up & left!

Em cada andar é disponibilizado água e gelo, o que achei um ponto positivo. A acomodação é ampla, super confortável e ainda é disponibilizada uma máquina de café. O transporte para o aeroporto, além de ser cortesia do hotel, funciona 24 horas, basta agendar na recepção. Em razão do nosso horário do voo, saímos às 3:00 a.m. sem atrasos. Gostei de tudo.

- H54MZtrevorr (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend possible theft - Hotel room is great. Check in was fast. The breakfast bar had a man that was just rude and absolutely pathetic about me changing my order 10 seconds later. He had to throw away an egg must’ve grow it himself and deducted it from his own paycheck. Because of his attitude I left no tip. After taxes two sandwiches and two coffees came out to $41 I left no tip because of above actions. I see I was charged $44 on my bank after. So he wrote himself a tip. Besides that all other staff was wonderful.
- monicavA6192MO (2/5): Medication stolen! - Beware they hire people with 0 integrity here. My medication was stolen from the fridge in our room by a housekeeper. The lady at the front desk just looked at me with a dumb look when I mentioned this to her. It’s obvious they’re all in on this and it’s a requirement to have 0 integrity to work here. Beware!

The balcony was literally 2ft which is a little crazy because I paid for a room with a balcony to actually use. The hotel was very close to the airport and in a good location that was walkable to restaurants and shopping. Overall it was a nice stay, just wish I could have used my balcony.
- BeardiesRus (6/5): Airport Shuttle Problem - The south wing of the property is dated, dark hallways, well used carpeting. In all fairness, they are in process of doing a total renovation of the north wing. Our elite status was recognized We were given a small 2 room suite which was appreciated as we had a mobility scooter as well as luggage for two. All staff demonstrated good customer service and tried to be helpful. The Bistro was pleasant. However, there was a failure in the shuttle service from the airport. I called 3 times for pick up with none arriving for 50 minutes. Waiting outside in the 98 degree humid heat for that long was distressing. I should have called an Uber. Fortunately, the AM shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient. Just don't depend on service from the airport.
