• SATOSHI (7/5): 良かったと思います。 - 万博やユニバーサルスタジオへもアクセスが良く、車で30分ほどで行けて便利でした。部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。近くに空いている駐車場があったので、車での移動もスムーズでした。やはり1番は、宿泊代が安いところですかね。 テーブルがあればもっと快適だったと思います。外食ができなかったため、2日間とも宿で朝食と夕食をとりました。

• Elia (8/5): Bé per tot menys per les normes… - Ens va agradar l’allotjament, ens van fer un upgrade a l’habitació més gran i va ser un detall. Ho agraïm molt. L’allotjament està a prop d’Universal Studios amb tren, així que ens va anar molt bé. Molt bona comunicació amb els propietaris de l’apartament, responen ràpid. L’allotjament està ple de normes i amenaces de pagaments, els dies que t’hi estàs, estàs intranquil, patint per no fer res malament. Anàvem amb nens petits i pobrets tota l’estona els havíem de dir que fessin silenci, que caminessin a poc a poc… molt poc habilitat per ells en aquest sentit, no cal estar de viatge patint amb normes i amenaces. D’altra banda els nens del pis de dalt caminaven fort i també els sentíem a tota hora…

• Ardana (9/5): Good - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything we needed was available, from amenities to a cozy atmosphere. The only thing we missed was a table and chairs where we could comfortably sit and eat. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend it.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 最高！！ - 事前に送ってもらったチェックイン方法のPDFが開けませんでしたが、迅速なメール対応のおかげで問題なくチェックインできました。 部屋が広く清潔でした。駅からも近く、スーパーやコンビニ、飲食店も多くあり、とても便利でした。 大阪旅行の際は必ずこちらを利用したいと思います。

• Rithy (9/5): Great location, very good value for money - Location was great. Noda station is just two stations away from Osaka station. The Oasis grocery store, convenience stores and many restaurants ensure easy access to your needs. I like the local neighbourhood feel. Actual property is tight but served our needs and understandable for the very good price for 4. Clean, good hanging space, warm room, comfortable beds, quiet thanks to double glazing. Washing machine a bonus though we did not use it. We found it easier by the way to walk along the main road (sorry, can’t work out street name) then turn right at the lights when you reach the pizza place to get to the guesthouse. Tight and tricky if you have many luggages. Steps to a floor up may be a bit narrow/steep for some.

There was no garbage bins to empty the bins from the room.

• Anupong (10/5): Great location, lot of food stores around. - Location close to JR and Subway. Many restaurant and food stores around. A bit small, you can hear the sound of cars and motorbikes outside. There is an exit light in the room.

• Xiuhtlaltzin (8/5): Great stay with a few inconveniences. - The size of the room is good for a Japanese accommodation. The bathroom was great and the washing machine was convenient. There were some stores and restaurants nearby and a relatively close subway and train station. We stayed for 8 days, and we had to keep the garbage in the room throughout the whole stay. By the end of the trip, we felt overwhelmed by it. But it was hard to dispose of it by ourselves. We wished there were at least instructions to dispose of it at least after the first 3 or 4 days. Another thing is the stairs. If you have mobility issues, this is not your ideal place (for us, it was ok).
• Helena (8/5): Great value for money in strategic location in Osaka. - The place is located at walking distance to the subway and JR stations. Beds were comfortable, in a quiet location and with easy access. The apartment has everything we needed, including excellent shower, equipped toilet, air conditioning, fridge and last but not least a washing machine, which was quite handy in the hot summer 😃 The apartment is very homely but a bit worn out compared to other places and could benefit from a facelift, but we stayed so little time indoors that the decoration was not a problem at all.

Pillows were really uncomfortable, the big one was too hard the small one too soft.

Information about local places of interest was provided by the host and there was easily enough space for all five of us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

• Rosemarie (8/5): Nice place but... - The rooms fit the four members of the family. The place is very clean and well organized. We were able to cook and wash our clothes. The owner is accommodating when one of the line hangers fell out of place to hit my face. If you are a family with a small child who cannot talk by whispering, this is not a place for you. The room is not soundproof and the owner who lives on the 3rd floor is very sensitive to the sounds.of what you are watching on social media.

• Giuseppe (2/5): Tourist trap, be aware - Having a washing machine One of my worst experiences in 15y with Booking. Owner was extremely rude and sketchy. After the booking was complete, I received pages and pages of extra rules with arbitrary fines and requests. He even signed "booking.com", which is fraud, as I checked with Booking.com and confirmed they were not involved. He delayed the check-in by 1h without explanation, and without apologies, which is incredible in Japan, without even letting us drop the bags. I had to call the customer service at Booking.com for almost an hour to make sure I was safe. On to the stay. Bed is extremely uncomfortable, very poor quality, you feel the springs biting you. The thin mattress top provided is waterproof, so at night you stew in your own sweat. The place is very cold (Dec22), the only heating a tiny and noisy air conditioner that was insufficient, we went down to 14 degrees both nights. There is a nice shower, but no bath, and the bot water is limited by the owner. The windows have barely any blinds, the morning light floods the apartment so there's no morning sleep. There are 5 beds and technically a mini kitchen, but no table (only a tiny desk) and no chairs! (only onetiny stool!). Location is calm and residential, but the building has no sound insulation whatsoever and you hear the neighbor child running up and down. The owner put gym mats on the floor (yeah I'm not even joking!) so we would not make noise, but the neighbors don't reciprocate the kindness already in early morning. The price was ridiculous for two people, we were bound to be a short walk from the Convention center, else you can afford a beautiful 3-star hotel close by for cheaper. Then the last night at 8pm, the owner sends another message that the guests will check out will be 1h earlier than agreed! 10am instead of 11am! The message say that if we want to complain we should contact him before 6pm, so bring a time machine if you plan to book here!
