Devone (6/5): Pleasant - The room was cheap and was quite clean. Being a very cheap room, it was exactly what I paid for, a clean place to sleep. The towers that the rooms are located in are a little scattered and difficult to get to using the small, slow, busy elevator.
Sahutchai (1/5): Bad - Location is ok Didn't stay at sun guesthouse but owner told that it's the same should stay here at Chung king building. Very dirty and have a problem with toilet can't flush ,etc.

Xiaotong (5/5): It's okay, just somewhere to stay the night - It was central Tsim Sha Tsui in ChungKing Mansion, close to everything and easy to get to i suppose. I booked one less room by accident and the owner happy to accommodate an extra room at a cost at very last minute, which was quite helpful The rooms are tiny, if you've booked for 3 people, no space to move around if one person is standing in the room. Bathroom is tiny too in the centre of the room like a cubicle, the aircon in our room didn't quite work. Appliances are Mainland China plugs not sure why, but make sure to bring your own China to UK/HK adapter.
Shiela (2/5): Very poor - Good location. We did not get the Family room that i booked. The owner said because they have lots of guest- eventhough i booked it 2 months ago. And the staff was so impolite. Our flight was early in the morning, they didnt even offer something to drink, we've waited for few hours to move to another building. Not even sorry to what happened.

Aimee (8/5): Sun guest house is clean. Everyday the front desk is cleaning it. Fixing the bed. And shes very accommodating. - Within the city. Near to some malls leading to the MTR. The surroundings is dirty and the elevator is too small only 6 persons can fit. But if you have luggages thats another problem.

Vanessa (9/5): Great service - I liked the location, near to tourist spots, easy access to public transportation and you can get everything you needed around the area. Clean room, air-condition working. The owner and the Filipino staff are accommodating , approachable, great service! There's no other consumables were provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap) not sure if those items needs to ask or they don't really provide it and you need to buy your own. Just that, everything is great.

The receptionist is a filipina and very accommodating. The lobby and elevator. It is unclean. Other tenants visitors are spitting and smoking in the area near the elevator. It was shocking and scary it feels unsafe.

On top of the unhygienic living conditions, the surroundings were very loud and there were knocking and other noises outside our door all night. Overall horrible, uncomfortable, unhygienic stay.

Daniel (4/5): Tiny place, central location. - It was a central location. The size…I think 9m2 is pushing it. It’s tight with one person…with 2 it was almost unendurable. For €90 I’d expect a lot lot more. It also seems to operate under numerous names so don’t be confused on entry.
Daniel (5/5): Good place for one or two nights - The tiny flat is right on Nathan Rd which makes it convenient to get to all the main tourist attractions. Right next to the Metro Station too. The beds were comfortable but the covers were too small. The apartment is tiny. There were three of us staying there and only one person could be up and walking around. The rest of us had to sit on the beds and wait. The line ups for the elevators were long and only 6 people could go at a time. The lobby area is sketchy with people trying to sell you stuff. We stayed for 4 days and were not offered any clean towels.

Walking distance to K11 musea, victoria harbour, turbojet ferry terminal to macau, bestmark 360, food center, etc. PLUS tapat lang ng MtR station TST, and tabi ng bus stop! Grabe! the best pra sa mga tulog lang ang gagawin sa hotel at gagala naman whole day. Masikip yung room itself pero so perfect na for its size!

No hassle with transportation as it's in the center you can ride mtr, buses and taxis. very convenient accomadation. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a room with a window and they said they will try and not give any false hope. In the end we were provided a room with window. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! TWO THUMBS UP. Traveler (10/5): good location pretty cheap overall all good - Good location my room was not in order bc some water leakage from upper floor which was making crazy noises even I wasn’t staying so much at room but it was disturbing sleeping time as well so they changed room after first night to not just quiet one but imho much better one. So actually i was staying at Different room in different building. The original one was quite smaller and not so cosy but ok for short staying to feel HK experience. All top. Just small size of room but that’s what you have to handle with being in HK anyway if you wanna real HK experience small room to stay it’s exactly you should go for.

Verified traveler (10/5): - The place is near MTR, China Ferry Terminal (Going to Macau). Kelly is super nice and friendly. They have water dispenser too. Fresh towels everyday as they clean the room when you are out . We met the owner and she is super nice too. The guesthouse is neat and clean.

Staff is professional and very polite. Bed is comfortable, rooms are clean and in a small space everything is well studied. Price is very good for the service offered.
