Infelizmente, tive uma situação menos positiva no último dia: os meus AirPods desapareceram do quarto, provavelmente durante o período em que fomos tomar o pequeno-almoço. Reportei ao hotel e pedi que verificassem as câmaras. Apesar do incidente, quero destacar a forma profissional como a situação foi tratada. O hotel investigou o ocorrido, conseguiu localizar os AirPods e tratou do envio para Portugal, Consegui recuperá-los apesar de chegarem partidos e ter de pagar para receber uns AirPods que me foram roubados no meu quarto do Hotel.

Sujit (6/5): Great location, service, sumptuous breakfast but overpriced, pressure to spend on expensive add-ons - Service and location are amazing. It is walking distance to most of the attractions along pleasant cobble-stoned streets. The big breakfast everyday was almost too much, but we did get excellent service from Tugba and others. The cook obliged with special requestsand the barista served up excellent Turkish tea and coffee. The rooms are oppulently decorated. The Spa is good, the sauna, steam room and bath are included and I got great service from Robert, but the paid services (massage etc.) are expensive. Pressure to sign-up for hotel-offered tours and services at check-in. We did eventually sign-up for an all-day private tour of the broarder city area for $400, but were surprised when it was just a driver and no tour guide. The driver did his best to guide us, but we felt duped. Brought it up with management and they did nothing about it. There are prenty of much much cheaper tour options available which we used for the nearby tours of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We paid top dollar for a sea view room but the room they assigned us was on the 1st floor overlooking a terrace and busy road and then the sea. There was no privacy as people dining on the terrace can look right into your room. I asked to me moved the next day and they moved me to a 2nd floor room with a partial view of the sea. Since we did not plan to spend much time in the room, I did not press this any further, but again we felt duped as I assumed we would get a high floor sea view room as noted on the original Booking site. The hotel is adjacent to a busy highway and they play fairly loud background music all day. There are literally 1000s of good hotels iand restaurants in that area (no local residents live there), so I will look around next time I visit.

Y eso fue un upgrade porque la que no tocaba estaba en otro edificio en la parte de atrás. Era viejo y la ventana daba al techo del hotel en la parte de los aires acondicionados. Para tener las habitaciones con vistas, hay que elegir las más caras. Las otras ni valen la pena. El desayuno es un desayuno con productos turcos, para nada adaptado a turistas.

Die Lage in der Altstadt, in der Nähe vieler touristischer Highlights, trotzdem in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft mit Blick aufs Marmarameer. 2. Das freundliche, stets hilfsbereite Personal (Service, Empfang) - insb. Herr Burak und Herr Erhan von der Rezeption. 3. hoteleigenes Spa, hoteleigenes Außenpool, gutes Frühstück. Mein Zimmer im Nebengebäude war leider sehr hellhörig, man hörte die Nachbargäste kommen und gehen, auch wenn sie leise waren. Der Blick ging nur auf einen dunklen Innenhof bzw. Nachbarhaus .

Annika (8/5): Good breakfast but alla in all not really worth the price. - Good breakfast , big variety but the scrambled eggs weren't cooked well enough. Calmer area in the old town close to the water. The welcome drink is either coffee/tea or a can of soda (so you don't expect wine or similar). It said in the booking that spa access was included but that was only 30 mins per day and only in three limited rooms. Jacuzzis were NOT included for example, you have to pay extra for that. And they'll charge you for sitting longer than 30 mins in the sauna/steamroom area. NOT GOOD at all for a hotel stating that spa access is included. Never experienced that anywhere in the world before (and Ive traveled A LOT). Also good to know that the Annex not is on the actual hotel premises, its up on the street so you have to get fully dressed in order to go to the breakfast, spa, pool or lobby. There's also only view towards a shady courtyard or street from the annex, no sea view.

CRYSTAL (6/5): Comfortable and flexible at a good value - The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were nice, and the breakfast had so many selections. Also, although our checkout time was 12pm, our car wasn't picking us up until 230pm because we had a 6pm flight. They let us stay in the room until 2pm which helped us take in more sights until leaving because our bags stayed in our room. The walls are extremely thin, and depending on which street your room aligns to and which floor you're on, you will have a completely different experience. We were traveling with friends, and their room was on the ground floor and facing the main street. They didn't sleep for 3 days because of the noise of people, cars, and fighting cats. Our room was on the third floor, facing the opposite street, so we had a quieter room. But, the walls were still very thin, so make sure to bring comfortable ear plugs.
Kim (8/5): Staff can't do enough for you! Very accommodating. - Staff couldn't do enough for you. Comfortable rooms. Drinks in bar are on the pricey side. Shout out to one of the reception men (can't remember his name) but drives the red BMW. Very friendly and went out of his way to help. Bonus having the spa, we used this and had a turkush bath, shout out to the cleaner who works in the spa he was very polite and accommodating. Lovely hotel and lovely staff, thinking of going back next year. Drinks in bar are quite expensive. WiFi is a bit hit and miss.

Līga (9/5): Normāli. - Loti labas. SPA centrā ļoti dārgas masāžas. Saprotu, ka inflācija, bet Stambula neadekvāti dārga, protams arī hotelī cenas atbilstoši.
Dilek (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! - Freundlichkeit, Sauber, sehr familienfreundlich! Besonderer Dank geht an Sevil! Sie war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett! Besonders gegenüber Kinder! Gab nichts zu bemängeln!
