neilr0414 (10/5): Pleasantly surprised! - I was honestly surprised by my stay at Hampton by Hilton Bariloche. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out, the reception staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a great first impression. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The bed and pillows were probably the best part of the stay, super comfortable! The location is also excellent, very central and convenient for walking around Bariloche and getting to the main attractions. Breakfast was good and pretty standard for Latin America, not a huge variety, but enough options to start the day well. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Bariloche.

The manager Mr Lautaro was super helpful. He made sure that we are very comfortable. The room was clean and the location is great very near to the lake. Mr. Federico his associate was also very helpful. Overall, the staff is wonderful. I cannot name everyone here, but under the guidance of Mr. Lautaro everyone is providing a wonderful service to the clients. Possui boa localização, o café da manhã era simples, mas o suficiente. O restaurante era bem limitado. A iluminação do quarto era ruim, tornando o espaço num ambiente escuro, não confortável. A mesma coisa no banheiro... poderiam melhorar a iluminação.

Los días que estuve fueron gratos. Igual es caro, por ese mismo valor se consigue hoteles con mejores servicios. No disfruté del servicio de comida, no puedo opinar. Lo malo: Pésima señal de WIFI, incluye la señal de la tele que funciona en base al servicio de internet. Y las almohadas son un horror, me probocaron un dolor de cuello espantoso. La limpieza es muy superficial, no hacen una limpieza real de las habitaciones. He visto papeles o manchas que duraron varios días, lo que me hicieron dudar si en verdad cambian o no las sábanas.

Peter (5/5): - Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und effizient. Das Telefon haben sie jedoch nie abgehoben. Das Frühstück. Den Tisch muss man sich selbst decken. Die Rühreier und der Speck sind eiskalt und die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und arrogant. Leider haben wir auch Wäsche waschen lassen. Die kam in einem Sack geknüllt ohne bügeln und zusammenlegen zurück und ein Fettfleck im T-Shirt wurde einfach so gelassen und angeblich gewaschen zurück gebracht. Die Wäsche haben wir dann der Hotelmanagerin präsentiert und sie konnte unser Entzetzen über die schlechte Arbeit verstehen. Das Wäschewaschen wurde uns daraufhin nicht verrechnet. Lieber hätten wir jedoch ordentlich gewaschene Wäsche zurück erhaten und auch gerne bezahlt. Als Krönung dann noch der Baulärm (Bohren) bis 21.00h
