• Martina (2/5): Scarsa pulizia - La posizione Struttura ben diversa dalle foto che rappresentano un collage di stanze differenti. La cosa più grave è la pulizia: struttura sporca con batuffoli di polvere agli angoli del pavimento. Non è prevista la pulizia della stanza né quotidiana né dopo un tot di notti né il cambio della biancheria. Lenzuola bucate e tende sporche completano il quadro. Se il benefit è una terrazza comune a cui si accede dalla scala condominiale bisognerebbe forse ricordarsi che gli ospiti soggiornano nelle stanze che, quantomeno, dovrebbero essere pulite. La vetustà degli arredi raggiunge il picco nel cucinotto e nel bagno comunicante con questo ambiente.
• Maria (10/5): ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Napoli - Tuanis si trova in una zona di Napoli ottimamente servita dai mezzi, piena di negozi e ristoranti. L’appartamento è perfetto come punto di appoggio per visitare la città o soggiornare per esigenze lavorative o familiari. L’host è cordiale e disponibile, un ottimo padrone di casa.
• Eva (9/5): Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse die von den Mietern jederzeit genutzt werden kann - Die Lage ist toll, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, öffentliche Metro und weitere fußläufig, die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und ein Ort des Rückzuges, der Besitzer Pierpaolo immer erreichbar und absolut hilfsbereit, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. App war sehr sauber und das Bett super. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

• Luca (3/5): Informazioni inesatte sui servizi , la cucina non c'è ! - Ho prenotato la Junior Suite con Balcone per un soggiorno per i miei genitori e i requisiti fondamentali per il soggiorno erano una carta posizione , la presenza di balcone e di cucina . All'arrivo alla struttura scopriamo nostro malgrado che nonostante le descrizioni e le foto parlassero di una fantastica cucina provvista di ogni attrezzatura , la cucina non esisteva affatto nè c'era macchina per caffè bollitore ecc... L'host afferma che a causa di un problema la cucina non era più disponibile , ma allora perchè non avvisarmi visto che ci siamo sentiti anche fino al girono prima dell'arrivo ? E perchè foto e descrizioni mendaci ad oggi dopo più di due settimane dal soggiorno sono ancora l'al loro posto ?! Sicuramente non sarà cattiva fede , ma semplice svista e superficialità che però non cambia il disagio verso cui va incontro qualcuno che pensa di avere una cucina a disposizione quando in realtà non è così con conseguente problemi che ne conseguono . Ci si immagina di fare un certo tipo di soggiorno potendosi cucinare a "casa" mentre poi si vede costretto a mangiare fuori . E chi paga le extra spese di pranzi e cene fuori che non erano state preventivate perchè appunto si pensava di avere una cucina attrezzata a disposizione !? Che peccato perchè esperienze del genere non fanno che alimentari i luoghi comuni e i pregiudizi che si hanno su una città che non li merita , che è bellissima e piena di gente per bene . A onor del vero l'host si è adoperato offendo la possibilità di fare colazione a sue spese al bar sottostante , procurando un fornello da campo con moka e infine comprando ex-novo una macchinetta per il caffè con le cialde , quindi impegnandosi a rimediare alla "svista" che però rimane grave , la cucina non è una tazza un asciugamano o una carta igienica è un servizio che determinante nella scelta di una struttura e non si può dire che ci sia quando non c'è . E perchè c'è ancora in descrizione ?!

• Denise (10/5): Super approvato - La struttura si trova in una zona decisamente comoda, fornitissima di negozi, locali per mangiare, mezzi di trasporto; è sicuramente l'ideale per chi vuole visitare la città ma non soggiornare nel caos del centro. Tra l'altro si trova sopra uno dei mercati più belli che abbia mai visto. Le camere e i bagni sono molto spaziose, comode, pulite e silenziose. Il proprietario presente e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo

• Ádám (10/5): Pierpablo was a great host. He was very flexible and helpful. - The location was great. Close to a metro station in an organized area with lot of services and shops nearby. We only stayed for one night but the host cared for us a lot. It was a bit cold and he came from another part from Naples during peak traffic time to turn on the heating. Clean and comfy beds, nice view from the appartment. Tea, coffe and snacks were free. :) Not all the cutlery was clean, but that was not a big problem. Easy to oversea 1-2 dirty forks. The appartment and the baht was very clean
• Nir (9/5): Superb - The house is cozy and comfortable. The roof is wonderful and it's fun to sit there both for meals and for chill. Pierpaolo is a wonderful, caring and caring host. He seemed to just want us to feel "at home". The location is in Vomero, a pleasant neighborhood above the city center, very close to public transportation and an entertainment center for many Neapolitans. The market, as already written before, is neither noisy nor disturbing. Supermarkets are really close and in general everything is close and convenient. For those who come in the summer, the large apartments do not have air conditioning in the living room. We didn't need it.

The owner let us use the washing machine which was useful. Kitchen could use more appliances.

• Panagiotis (9/5): Superb - Pierpaolo is a great host!Very helpful, quite polite and friendly and most importantly very responsive. The location is great. Vomero is a nice neighborhood and the apartment is close to a lot of different facilities(e.g. there are lots of private parking stations quite useful in case the visitors have rented a car). It also gives the chance for a nice walk towards the city centre. It is relatively good value for money, given where the hotel/airbnb prices have moved over the past 2 years.

• Texas (7/5): Good value for money spacious apartment in busting Vomero area - Excellent location in the bustling Vomero area, with many restaurants and shops, close to Metro station and grocery store. Busy market place just outside the windows is setup every morning just before 7am
• Adriana (10/5): Napoli- grandiose and noisy - We stayed 6 nights in a nice apartment with balcony, big rooms, very clean, cleaning services in the middle of the holiday, very beautiful roof terrace. The owner was very friendly and helpful ( he recommended good restaurants nearby, he ordered a taxi for us to get to the airport early in the morning, he gave us directions how to get to the apartment and kept our luggage after check-out) with prompt whatsapp comunication. The area is safe, with many restaurant and public transport to the city center. Nothing important to mention

• Marc (10/5): Great stay in Naples! - Our stay at the Tuanis was wonderful! Great location at the heart of Vomero, elegant and spacious quarter, lots of supermarkets and good restaurants close by - also easy to get around, 15 min from airport (by cab about 22-25€ each way all inclusive), metro station 2 min walk away, and the three funiculars about 10 min walk away. The room was compact but didnt feel cramped at all (the high ceilings help), all needed equipment in kitchen, washing machine and bathroom. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent as well, we never heard anything coming from outside in the morning when the street market starts. The host Pierpaolo was always easy to reach and went out of his way to help as needed. And, the absolute best, is the top floor terrace, amazing!! Everything was great - if something at all can be suggested, it would add a small microwave ;)
• Manuela (9/5): Pleasant - Very good location, 10 minutes walking distance from Vanvitelli metro station, and close to many terraces. The owner was very helpful and provided a lot of information. Most of all, we felt very safe in this area, which is important in Napoli. -
• Satu (9/5): Great location in the loveliest Vomero, bright and spacious apartment - The apartment was as shown in the pics; very simple, but bright, clean and spacious. We also liked the opportunity to wash our clothes since there was washing machine. We loved the location in lovely, lively Vomero and also right next to the "mercato". Noise from it didn't bother us at all - in fact we didn't even hear any noise, when the windows were shutted over the night time. Paolo was very kind, even when we left our keys inside the apartment. Sorry again! Not much. Maybe the sofas in living room could be more comfortable to sit .. And we're sure Paolo fixes the broken curtain and the toilet bowl, which got broken in our (normal) use.
