A reggelis néni 2 karika szalamival futkosott feltolteni az asztalt, vizet is kérni kellett. Szinte semmi nem volt az 1 fajta szalámin kívul.Minden nap ugyaaz.A másik a büdös a folyosón , macskapisi a folyosó szőnyegen . Az asztalon ugráltak a macskak, undorító.

The breakfast is not as it appears in the photos, the cleaning is minimal, the heating turns off very frequently, in the apartment upstairs they were using a drill until 3am, the price is very high for the quality but this is more the fault of Booking.com for not doing a rigorous review of the establishments.

• Tatiana (8/5): - Очень удобное месторасположение, рядом остановки трамвая Т1, метро, автобусов. У нас были апартаменты с двумя спальнями номер 3 на третьем этаже. Постельное белье и полотенца были белыми, чистыми и свежими. Мастрасы удобные. Заселили нас раньше на 2 часа. В бронирование входят завтраки, которые проходят на втором этаже: суп, омлет / вареные яйца, куски слоеного пирога - это из горячего, огурцы, помидоры, зелень, оливки, сыр, колбаса, петрушка, из выпечки кексы, порционный джем и шоколадная паста, есть хлопья, молоко, сок, чай, кофе из автомата. Это все. Нам хватало, кому-то может показаться маловато). Рядом очень много кафе, если спустится немного вниз, цены в два раза дешевле. В главной спальне нет окна, комната темная и не проветривается. На окнах в других комнатах порваны сетки, при проветривании залетали комары. Кухонное оснащение очень бедное, кастрюля и сковорода есть, но нет масла, соли, деревянной лопатки, нож один и тупой, не было средства для мытья посуды, кухонного полотенца. В кофейнике в верхнем чайнике ПЛЕСЕНЬ густая и синяя, офигели знатно. Электрическая плита уже умерла, но ее не хоронят, а продолжают заставлять работать, нагревается очень слабо, еле-еле хватает пожарить яйца, макароны уже не сварить, будете ждать полдня, пока закипит вода, но она не закипит. Месторасположение и плюс и минус одновременно. Окна трешек выходят на улицу, где разгружают товар в кафе, очень шумят , раннего утра поддонами, разгрузкой, громко орут. Для русских минус, что апартеманты полностью предоплатные, нужна карта иностранного банка.

Собственикът е изключително любезен и отзивчив, закуската е много вкусна, оставиха ни стек минерална вода, бяхме много голяма апартамент две спални, хол и отделна кухня. От хотела ми осигуриха трансфер от и до летището срещу заплащане. Нямам никакви забележки.

Отличный и дружелюбный персонал, который всегда был готов помочь. Расположение просто идеальное, все главные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности. Внизу расположен неплохой ресторан, что очень удобно после прогулок. Апартаменты просторные и уютные, здесь комфортно отдыхать как большой компанией, так и семьёй. Отличное место для приятного отдыха! В здании нет лифта, что может быть неудобно. Завтрак довольно скромный, хотя в целом наестся можно. В одной из комнат была плесень, а при открытых окнах слышен шум с улицы. Также на кухне не хватало посуды.

Die Lage perfekt , mit der Tram ,fast vor der Haustür schnell überall . Vieles lässt sich auch zu Fuss erkunden. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. leider ist die Lüftung oben auf dem Dach viel zulaut , und es gibt nur paar Stunden in der Nacht eine Pause., so ca. bis 4.00Uhr morgens. Wir konnten nicht richtig schlafen.

• Stoian (1/5): Never again! - Location is very convenient Spacious rooms in the apartment Entrance is through a busy and smelly restaurant Followed by a dirty staircase full of cats The breakfast room is full of cats, even sleeping on the tables The apartment (#3) is worn down, broken hangers, wall paint falling from the walls. The sofa in the living room was dirty, several chairs were broken. One of the bedrooms did not have an opening window and the light was dim (one lamplight was burnt). There was a strong booming sound (ventilation maybe) throughout the night, which made us feel like the beds were shaking. And to top this off, the host tried to charge us more than we had agreed. Overall an unpleasant experience that we will not repeat.

La restaurantul de la parter se servește mâncare foarte gustoasa, la prețuri rezonabile (persoanele cazate beneficiază de un discount de 10%). Am avut parte de un sejur minunat! -

Son apartamentos ubicados arriba de un restaurante por donde se accede a los mismos, por lo tanto tienes ruido y olor a comida todo el tiempo. La ventilación del apartamento da hacia la ventilación del restaurante y eso hace que no puedas ventilar. No sabemos si en el edificio o en alguno cercano estaban en construcción trabajando en la noche.. por lo cual el descanso se hacía difícil.

• Chanene (10/5): Istanbul - It was very spacious and clean. Also very well located near the grand bazaar and restuarants. Sound proofing was excellent. And the breakfast was excellent. The guys were very helpful with luggage up the stairs. Ertan ( the manager) especially was awesome and very helpful. He gave us lots of tips and was so friendly. He was great to deal with. Just be aware that there isn't a lift so ask for a lower level if elderly for the stairs. There was satellite TV but no english channels.

• Marian (7/5): Nu mai doresc să revin la această proprietate. - Se află situată lângă principalele atracții turistice. În apartament era un zgomot aproape continuu de la instalațiile frigorifice sau hote, ferestre mizerabile, mobilierul era învechit, accesul în apartament era destul de murdar, micul dejun destul de slab. Am fost dezamăgiți de faptul ca la restaurantul deținut de această proprietate au încercat să ne fure la nota de plată, cu toate ca eram clienți fideli.

• Vladislav (1/5): Не рекомендую никому данное размещение - Расположение хорошее - на этом плюсы заканиваются. Мы снимали два аппартамента. В одних аппартаментах в первый вечер сломался дверной замок. На утро пришел мастер, исправил. Администрация отеля предъявляла нам счет на 60$, якобы это наша вина. Мы не заплатили, написали в поддержку Booking - нас проигнорировали. Были мелкие поломки - сломана ножка у дивана, не закрывался сейф. Здесь в отзывах написано, что "вход через ресторан" - это настолько через ресторан, что вам приходится протискиваться между ужинающими людьми. Это так стыдно - тревожить других людей. Меня покусали клопы - отвратительное ощущение, мой отпуск испорчен полностью. Во вторых аппартаментах случился потоп - нашу кухню затопило сверху. Это случилось вечером, поэтому никто ничего не сделал, просто поставили сосуды, куда капала вода всю ночь. Мастер пришел только следующей ночью. Начали сверлить сверху в 00:30 и это продолжалось до 05:00. На ресепшене мне сказали, что это "в соседнем доме". Администрация отеля обещала возместить сутки проживания, но как вы понимаете, этого не произошло. Я не требовательный гость, но эта поездка была ужасной. Огромное количество стресса и потраченные деньги на здоровье.

• Mohser (8/5): - Principalement l'emplacement est très bien situé en plein cœur de Sultan Ahmet. Proche des points d'intérêts, des restos et des transports. L'appartement était propre et le personnel aimable. Le petit déjeuner assez simple mais suffisant. Appartement au 2e étage et pas d'asenceur, difficile avec les bagages et personne pour aider. La porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas.

O autoclismo não funcionava corretamente. O chuveiro estava estragado e tinha fugas por todo o lado, zero caudal! O hotel tem um cheiro horrível nas escadas, cheira a podre misturado com cheiro de gato.

Au propriul restaurant si ne.a facut reducere 10% daca mancai la ei pranzul sau cina. Mancare buna si gustoasa cu portii mari. Personal foarte amabil. Era aglomerat in fiecare seara...deci, se mananca bine. Preturile au fost ok, ca si pe la alte taverne. Micul dejun a fost inclus....bunicel dar nu asa waw, aveai totusi ceva sa alegi. Foarte aglomerat si greu de intrat cu masina in timpul zilei. Trebuie sa ajungi dimineata devreme max 7,00 sau seara tarziu cand se inchid magazinele. In cursul zilei practic imposibil sa ajungi cu masina. Stradute fff inguste, in panta.Noi am avut mare noroc ca era duminica si nu au deschis toti si asa am reusit sa ajungem pana la cazare, in timpul zilei ma refer...cred ca era in jur de 14,00. Parcare privata nu are dar exista una cu plata la hotel Radisson in apropriere cam la 3 min de mers pe jos, 600 lire pt 24 h.

• Muhammad (10/5): - Suite war in Mitten Stadt und jeder lebensnotwendige possibility war zu fuss erreichabar Sofa bett im Wohnraum, wel unstabil war. Sonst hat uns alles gepasst. Apartment Management soll wenigstens wasser zum trinken zur verfügug stellen. Wr waren so gegen Mitternacht im Hotel und hätten unterwegs um die zeit keine möglichkeit uns wasser zu kaufen.

• Andrea (2/5): Would not recommend it - The good thing is that the staff was friendly (but we could barely communicate with each other), and that the apartment was clean. I do not get it how it has so many stars. I guess is the price and location… we had quite a bad experience. Out of four nights, three we couldn’t sleep until 3.30 am due to construction renovations. They were building a new balcony and constitutions started at 11pm and lasted until 3.30 am. The last night we had a good rest… still, the apartment needs some upgrade: the two sofa beds were broken, very poorly illuminated and out of 5 chairs, 3 were broken. The breakfast did not have any vegan option, and the only fruit it offered was rotten.
• Kemal (7/5): Bien - L’appartement est très bien placé, au cœur de la ville et très bien desservi par le métro, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous étions situés au centre d’une rue très animée, ce qui rend l’emplacement pratique mais assez bruyant. L’accès aux appartements se fait par le milieu du restaurant, ce qui peut surprendre. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu bien dormir à cause du bruit : en plus de l’animation extérieure, un moteur ou générateur a tourné toute la nuit.
