The moment ,I mentioned if it's possible to get a room with city view, they upgraded me free. The room is so clean, and despite of their warning that it could be noisy due to the busy street, I slept like a log. And most important of all, it is very close to many famous spot in old quarter. Closes is the train street with just a 10 min walk.

- angryptaszek (10/5): Niewielki, wygodny hotel w korzystnej cenie i dobrej lokalizacji obok dworca kolejowego Ha Noi - Kapitalny, niewielki hotel położony tuż obok głównego dworca kolejowego w Hanoi. Zatrzymaliśmy się w nim na jedną noc przed dalszą podróżą pociągiem do Ninh Binh i w tej roli obiekt sprawdził się po prostu idealnie. Jest bardzo wygodnie, a obsługa okazała się niezwykle miła i pomocna. Biorąc to wszystko pod uwagę, stosunek jakości do ceny jest tutaj absolutnie nie do pobicia!

Not only they delivered it amazingly and complimentary, they knocked on the door to surprise us with a cake. We told them we will check out early due to our train. As we were handing out our room, someone came and carried our bags down… Thank you The hot water in shower was limited but wasn’t an issue for us

- Fabian (9/5): - The hotel has an excellent location right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the small daily conversations with them, which became something I genuinely looked forward to. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the breakfast care package they prepared for me on my departure day, as I had to leave very early. Even though the hotel does not offer breakfast, there are many great options nearby, so it was not a major issue. The main downside was that the hotel currently does not provide a breakfast option, which would have made planning my days a bit easier. Additionally, the internet connection was occasionally unstable, which made it challenging at times since I had online work to complete.

- Shonan 1 (9/5): 駅近のスタッフが素晴らしいお宿 - ハノイ駅近で、鉄道や空港からの86番バスを利用するなら便利。スタッフ、特に午後から出勤するQueenさんは英語も上手でとてもkind & helpful。日本のホテルマンレベル。 夜行便に乗る時、チェックアウト後にも関わらず、階下のスパのシャワーを無料で利用させてくれ、また、二度目に泊まった時はノイバイ空港まで無料で送ってくれた。 設備は古いがメンテナンスは行き届いており、価格からすれば十分。 特にないが、前の道路からフロントに行くためには階段を使わなければならず、ホテルスタッフが助けてはくれるものの荷物が大きい人には不便かも。

Egal was ich gebraucht habe, ich habe sofort Unterstützung bekommen, egal ob bei Café Empfehlungen, der Suche nach einem Schneider, etc. dazu haben sie eine Karte mit Empfehlungen ausliegen. Vor allem die Liebe Dame an der Rezeption! Ich hab mich am Tag meiner Abreise fast 1h lange mit ihr über Bücher unterhalten, während ich auf meinen Bus gewartet habe ❤️ Vor allem antworten sie innerhalb weniger Minuten und sind immer erreichbar, da die Rezeption 24h besetzt ist! Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten, die man hier als Vorschlag anbringen kann, wie eine größere Ablagefläche im Bad oder das anbringen eines Hakens, damit man ein Handtuch in der Nähe vom Waschbecken, aber keine großen Dinge!

They helped us with transportation phone calls, laundry, the spa, directions and were the friendliest staff we've met in the 3 weeks we've been traveling South East Asia. The rooms were clean, they always made sure we had enough water and toiletries. The location was perfect! It felt safe and comfortable. We walked to many places, but if we needed a grab to anywhere in the city from our hotel, it only cost around $2-$3 Canadian. Food in the area was phenomenal and close. The staff were very informative on the sites to see and the bananas they gave us were the best we've ever had. The front desk staff and doorman are definitely an asset to this company. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and thorough. The showers had dividers so the bathroom wasn't soaking wet all the time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and if we make it back to Vietnam, we will definitely stay there! There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel and budget wise, it went above and beyond.
- Camilla (10/5): Fantastisk hjælpsomt personale - Ankom med nattoget til Hanoi, og havde bare brug for et værelse fra tidligt om morgenen og indtil om aftenen, hvor jeg skulle flyve hjem fra Vietnam. Bookede derfor to nætter på hotellet, så jeg havde værelset hele dagen. Prisen var lav, så forventede ikke det store. Fik dog et virkelig fint værelse (med vindue), og personalet var virkelig flinke og opmærksomme under hele mit ophold. De bookede endda gratis privat lufthavnstransport til mig! Beliggenheden er perfekt ift. stationen og Train Street, og på få minutter er du i hjertet af den gamle bydel. Efter udtjekning manglede jeg en genstand, og personalet var super hurtige til at svare mig og lede mit værelse igennem.

- Louise (10/5): - Good and quiet location, walking distance to old quarter and other main tourist sites, great value for money, and has all the basic amenities one needs. But most importantly, staff at the hotel are amazing - they have been very accommodating, welcoming and generous. We checked in very late for our stay because we arrived at Hanoi late, despite this, the staff who greeted us were very welcoming. They were very flexible with payments and allowed us to pay at check out, since we didn’t have sufficient cash and it was too late for us to find an ATM. We stayed only for a night and when we checked out, they gave us each a snack bag, which was a surprise and very much appreciated! Due to unforeseen circumstances, our flight was delayed and we planned to travel to the airport at midnight to spend the night there. However when the staff were made aware of this, they offered us to use one of their available rooms for free after we checked out, which meant we could take a shower and even get a couple hours of good sleep before we set off to the airport!! Thank you again to the team at Hanoi Aria Hotel- your kindness and generosity is much appreciated and we will definitely recommend this place to other people! Nothing!

- Fanni Veronika (10/5): Csendes kényelmes megbízható hotel az óváros mellett - Ár érték arányban nagyon jó hotel: Rendkívül kedves személyzet, 0-24 recepció, működő lift. Vannak szobák ablak nélkül, de ez egyértelműen fel van tüntetve. Mi ablakos, nagy méretű ágyas, kifejezetten csendes szobát kértünk, és ezt nagyszerűen teljesítették. Hanoi óvárosban nehéz csendes szobát találni, itt viszont nagyon jót aludtunk. Az ágy is kényelmes. Minden nap volt takarítás, a tisztasággal meg voltunk elégedve. A fürdőszoba viszonylag tágas, a zuhanyzó kényelmes, jó zuhanyfejjel, forró vízzel, jó vìznyomással. A klíma jól működik és csendes. Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, séta távolságra rengeteg jó kávézó, street food hely, bolt, látnivalók és 3 percre a vonatállomás. Nagyon ajánlom, ha az ember jó áron egy kényelmes szobát keres aludni és nincsenek luxus elvárásai. Külön köszönöm a fantasztikus személyzetnek! A wifi kicsit lassú. A szobákra ráférne egy felújítás, de ennyi pénzért az ember ne panaszkodjon. Minden más szuper volt.

- B.Tee (10/5): - Tolles kleines Hotel im Old Quarter von Hanoi. Die Lage ist gut, das Old Quarter erkundet man eh am besten zu Fuß. In Hanoi gibt es viele tolle Cafés mit äußerst leckerem egg oder salted coffee, die ich unbedingt jedem Kaffeetrinker ans Herz lege. Für mich war es dementsprechend kein Problem, dass im Hotel kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Mein Highlight ist das Personal: zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. -

- Nicolett (10/5): - The staff were easily the standout here. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of countries, and the staff at this hotel were EASILY the best I've ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They always greeted us with smiles and offers of help and they refused to take tips for any of the amazing things they did to make out stay great. They even gave us both a bag of travel snacks when we left, including a can of a local drink they had noticed I had been drinking every day! 5 stars is not enough for this hotel. At all. I will go back to Hanoi just to stay here for the service. The room also had everything you needed. Had English speaking tv channels, was clean, was serviced daily and surprisingly wasn't noisy at all considering they are on a busy road. The location is great, to not only walk to train street, but also for booked tours- both day trip tours I had organised on my own, picked us up and dropped us off, right out the front too. Which you'll find is pretty hard to come across when you're staying in the city! The hotel does offer to organise any tours for you too. Unfortunately I'd already organised mine before getting to Vietnam, or I would have definitely trusted them to do them for me. There's nothing I didn't like.
- MASAYUKI (10/5): コスパ最高です。 - 立地はハノイ駅のすぐ近くで、空港からのバスがハノイ駅に泊まるため夜間の到着でもかなり安心で便利。 旧市街まで徒歩圏内。 すぐ隣に小さなスーパーマーケットがあり、コンビニも銀行も近くにあります。 すぐ近くに美味しいエッグコーヒーが飲める喫茶店もあります。 もちろんシャワーのお湯も問題なし。 部屋掃除もしっかり行なっていただき、日毎に水を用意してくれます。 フリーWi-Fiももちろん完備。 私はたまたま道路に面していない側の部屋でしたので、外の騒音も全く気になりませんでした。 むしろ旧市街のど真ん中よりよっぽどマシです。 歩くのが疲れたらGrabでバイタク捕まえればすぐ旧市街へは行けます。 立地もいいがとにかくスタッフの方々がフレンドリーで皆さん優しい方ばかりです。 受付の時から丁寧にホテルのシステムや周辺観光の案内を行ってくれて本当に素晴らしい対応だと思いました。 ツアーデスクもあり、かなり格安で手配してくれます。 また雨が降ると傘を貸し出してくれたり、最終日は飛行機が早朝発であることを伝えると空港までのタクシーも無料で用意していただけました。 しかもフルーツなどの朝食を付けて。 もちろん1泊何万もするようなホテルと比べると部屋は見劣りするかもしれませんが、この価格でこのサービスは本当に素晴らしいと思います。 かなりおすすめできますよ。 なし。

- Raccoon Sawaki (10/5): ハノイ駅から4分。早朝発には利用価値高い - 朝5時１５分発の空港バスに乗るので、5時チェックアウトの旨を伝えておくと、前日22時に朝食を準備しておいてくれた。更に宿のアンケートに答えると、空港まで無料サービスを追加してくれました。ハノイではホテルの競争が激しく、他のホテルも含めて頻繁に劇的なサービスが起こります。 気温は13℃のため暖房を付けたが、余り暖かくならない。TVがとうとう作動しなかった。
